Idea is simply pick two teams of this list of dark horses: (including England) Your scoring: 1 pt for every game won in group stage. Additional 1 pt qualifying out of the group. Further 1 pts for each round progressed. Also, the point system should be weighted more towards the final stages I reckon (in which case I'd probably swap Russia for a different country). Example: - Team A draws 3 matches but proceeds to the next round (it's possible): 1 point. Reaches the semi final: another 2 points, so total of 3 points. - Team B wins 3 matches and proceeds to the next round and is subsequently kicked out: 4 points.
