I name all my manager profiles after former newgens. I have a handful and more from countries all over the world that i can use depending on the route of RP I want to approach the save with.

I know sometimes in football the manager/head coach will have perhaps a 2 assistant manager team beside him but 6? To give context in my current Rangers save im in season 7 and my DoF is in charge of ataff recruitment, hes recently appointed my 6th assistant manager... this normal? Ill get a screenshot put up when I'm home.

Brilliant thread idea, one of my main FM24 saves this year will be trying to get Rosenborg back to their late 90's - early 00's domination, they've not won the league since 2018. Hope this thread kicks off and sees some action.

Exactly who I'll be signing him for, he's the proto-perfect Benfica target. Great minds think alike as i thought the same with Medina, his current age and attributes spread make him perfect for moulding. Gonna be a fun save in Portugal with all these South American's. @kopfan1977 to be honest that's how I've found a few of these, recommended one that then leads to the others. Hoping there's a tone more when the full game drops as SA is proving again to be a gold mine.

@Ronaldo Beckham Awesome to see, very jealous that you've managed to get Aravena as I'm yet to get the chance to manage him yet. Looks promising, I'm sure once he's settled in the league he'll come good. Shame about Barco as he's probably the biggest talent out of them all.

Another few random finds from my "Early Access" save with Rangers, obviously the scout reports are skewed towards the standard of the league I'm in and the team I am so be mindful these are all English Premier League standard players, they aren't intended to as i rarely play in England so these guys could defiantly do jobs in other leagues around Europe and wider world of football. Needs works on his passing and heading but given his age it's doable. ************************************************************************************************************************************** Name : Muath Faqeehi Club : Al-Hilal (KSA) Nationality : Saudi Price Range : Can be picked up on a bosman near the end of season. Review : This could be a strategic one, if you somehow get the Saudi league as an add on then this lad would be worth his weight given he looks a rare home grown Saudi youngster. He's actually a good player in general, nice balance of attributes that could be slightly moulded. *************************************************************************************************************************************** Name : Alaa Ghram Club : CS Sfax (Tunisia) Nationality : Tunisian Price Range : Less than £2m Review : Another young solid CB, decent across the board and could be develop into what ever role you play. Has some pace, decent positioning and solid tack, head, marking. **************************************************************************************************************************************** Name : Naoki Maeda Club : Nagoya (Japan) Nationality : Japanese Price Range : Less than £150k or can be picked up on a bosman end of season 1. Review : Slightly older than most would like but is a good squad option, in my game he choose Celtic over me and was immediately worth £13m and scored 4 in his first 5 games so there is a player there. ************************************************************************************************************************************** Name : Yasin Ozcan Club : Kasimpasa (Turkey) Nationality : Turkish Price Range : Structured deal around £6m/£7m. Review : I've not found many young players who can play both CB & LB, I like the idea of having Ozcan as the LB on a IFB role as they're rare. Good spread of attributes and love that determination. ************************************************************************************************************************************ Name : Theo (Zidane) Club : Auxerre (France) Nationality : Algerian Price Range : Less than £5m, I've actually seen his transfer listed on 2 saves towards the end of the season and both times it's been less than £1m. Review : A lot to live up to for the son of a legend, Theo looks to at least have a splash of his dad's talent, could defiantly cause damage played in the 10 behind the striker(s). Ok maybe not but this lad excites me and will be a top 5 target when the full release come. Some of those attributes at 18 are wild, new favourite found.

Wow he does look very good this year. A bit out of my price range but could be a great signing for my Benfica save on the full release. Great prospect.

Wondering if any from SI can give a vague idea if the reported and acknowledged bug in network games where it crashes before a match day is being worked on? Not expecting a definitive answer but rather if we can expect this solved for full release or a hotfix before, as this happened for my friend and I on Day 1 of early access and has put us on a halt from that day for our main use of the game, which is unfortunate.

These three are well know wonderkids but they deserve their moment in the sun, I'll never be able to afford the in my beta save with Rangers but any league above the SPL should be look at them. His physicals are always a worry and he isn't blessed with lighting pace but technically he's could be lethal. For some reason i see him as very much a player Benfica or Brighton would pick up. ********************************************************************************************************************************************************** Name : Valentin Barco Club : Boca Jnrs (Argentina) Nationality : Argentinian Age : 19 Sale Range : Has an £8m release clause at the start of game(Potentially this was an addition to a new contract) Status : If what I read has an traction he's Manchester City bound in real life so pick him up while you can. The most Scottish looking Argentinian I've ever seen, thankfully does not play like one. Look at those attributes already at 19, potentially world class? Echeverri is a very exciting talent in real life and this is mirrored in FM this year, at 17 he looks to have the world at his feet with some solid attributes for his age. Name : Alexander Barboza Club : Libertad (Paraguay) Nationality : Argentinian Age : 28 Sale Range : Free (or deal for less than 30K) Status : Few big Argentinian clubs sniffing about him at game start so be quick, offers a solid no nonsense approach. Pace is perhaps an issue in the top, top leagues but with the right role set up and partner(s) he could be a solid pick up. ************************************************************************************************************************************************************* Name : Juan Escobar Club : Cruz Azul (Mexico) Nationality : Paraguayan Age : 28 Sale Range : Less that £300k Status : Love the big man, a bargain fee for my cash strapped Rangers side and he offers a much different option in the centre of defence than the donkeys we have from the jump. Solid all round attributes for his position, can cover out on the RB strata as an IFB to offer cover. Passing needs a bit of work but he's so young and already with a base of very decent attributes. Good with both feet, can play on either wing. He has a lot of important attributes for the modern WB/IWB.. oh and did I mention he's only 16, solid investment although if you agree a deal he won't join until he's 18. *********************************************************************************************************************************************

Álvaro Fidalgo Name : Alvaro Fidalgo Club : Club America (Mexico) Nationality : Spanish Price Range : Less than £1m at game start Review : Bargain, likely will change in the full release because being able to pick him up for £500k is probably business I wont be able to replicate this FM, he's so tidy on the ball and have exceptional long range passing. Can play equally efficient on the left as an IF/IW or in the AMC strata. A favourite of mine for the last couple of FM's.

Alvaro Fidalgo, Spanish AMC. Plays for Club America in Mexico at game start. Got him to Rangers for £500k first season, great wee player. Doria is a Brazillian CB, not sure which club he's at.

I'm currently trying to bring him in the January window to replace Ben Davies at Rangers, his value is between £450k - £1.8m. Not sure if he's got a random PA or what, his attributes still look very solid, scout report says he walks the SPL for note.

Yeah I tend to custom the database and select the continent of South America - All players of nationality (although all players at top teams will get your most of them as well), I do the same for Eastern Europe, Northern Europe, some African nations and Asia.
