I hope my coaches are doing this for a laugh, they are saying the same thing and disagreeing with the other. I hope they aren't trying to prove themselves either.

I believe fc united on my blyth save could have that beaten as their are more games in the blue square north and they only managed 4 draws and no wins, all the rest where losses and big ones iirc. i could get a screenshot if anyone is interested to see it.

which one are we supposed to be seeing?

the goalkeeper called Dave Jukes (David James?)? either of the zombies - go Cam go! ?

or the fact that England has an unattached player in the main squad whose name, incidentally, sounds anything BUT English

The two zombies of course, I added the zombie myself.

Zeli Ismael is a real person, a young lad currently at Wolves (thought he was at Liverpool). He's rated very promisingly.

Interestingly Romania are at the reanimations too (though they do have a history of it):

I'm finding it very funny. I haven't seen real player names recycled like this since CM 97/98.

I used to enjoy the re-use of famous names for regens. E.g. Paddy Le Saux and Johnny Shearer.

Sounds about right, given how those overpaid wassocks usually play against minnows.

Alright, so the spelling isn't quite right, and with that pace/agility he won't be floating like a butterfly, but his strength and aggression mean he can certainly sting like a bee.

Never been a sweeter match of FM. In the end anyway, watching it and going a man down after 20 mins or so as Man Utd had just equalised made it almost the worst. Justice has finally been done. JT's still club captain, but hardly ever plays and has recently started helping in the coaching realm.

EDIT: I won this year's one at Wembley aswell against Inter, so to go towards healing our Moscow wounds this game is perfect, maybe with enough mushies i can mak it seem real...

What a Champions League Semi Final, i did put out a very weakened squad after our 3-0 win away in the first leg.

After 19 minutes i was fearing that decision was going to cost me...

You'll find that 10^16 - 10. Probably something to do with him moving to Cardiff in 2004 and then returning to Brighton in 2000...

I've had a few funny player names during my six year save, but this chap has to be my favourite. I had noticed him during the season, but he's now retired, so this is the last time I'll get to snigger at his name when it pops up on my game:

Screenshot the clubs landmark history thing

That just doesn't seem right, why would they sack Sir Alex and his assistant leave then employ Ancellotti and Mancini? Both who would have been employed themselves

    - Yer Maw attempts to finish a cross.
    - Defender slides through him, scoring an own goal.
    - Goal is credited to someone completely different (Memelli)
    - Goal is disallowed as Yer Maw is thought to have dived.

I'm pretty sure this should have stood!!

I've not trawled though all these funny pics but has anyone noticed any pics where people have had fun with the new backgrounds, like adding a window cleaner to one of the houses or a deck chair on the beach and so on ?

Disagree completely. It's about the ME not the players names, and the screenshots show an unusual and humourous event that deserves to be in the thread imo. No need for your comment.

It's Gay Dawn, I've watched that team play when I was younger.

For the record, criticism of others' screenshots is fine, but the foul language is just unnecessary.

The worst performance I've ever seen by one player on any CM/FM. I'm Man Utd (and happen to be an Everton fan as well!).

I went through the highlights and Phil Jagielka gave away 3 penalties and was directly at fault for a total of 7 of the goals. So that's 8 major mistakes as one of the pens was missed.

I had never even seen a 1 rating. If there was a cameraman focusing Jagielka during the entire match he'd have lots of highlights

Yeah, it was pretty much all Jags' fault! The rest of the Everton team did Ok and managed a decent amount of shots. While I was still the better team by some way they did have there fair share of chances which is shown by Akinfeev's 8.1 rating.

It simply shows that the user has given the guy a nickname.

In this case it obviously means:

    Heraldo - name
AsMan - Job, so Assistant Manager in this case
    a20 - Judging Ability of 20
    p19 - Judging Potential of 19
    Or...
He wants an Angel to take care of Jesus.

Yeah, I am pretty sure that is what he means

Worst case scenario, if you can't get an angel... Get David Cross to sort him out.

That is only a short term fix though - before long he'll be back.

I had a 0.1 rating once...can't remember which version it was though.

I was confused for so long thinking that was a player of the season vote lol. I couldn't work out how everyone had such an awesome goals:games ratio

2026. I think the has labeled the players as their complementary legends. That's just nicknames I am sure.

I wonder why the AI failed to sub him off?
