Germany should stop hiring Bayern Munich managers, they don't have a difficult job at club level so don't know how to deal with the pressure of being in a competitive tournament. Well now it's being seen as a viable career option, which it wasn't previously, so players wanted to focus on their education first because east Asian countries place such a high emphasis on academic achievement. See how they get on today, but they have phased some of the experience out too quickly imo. Only 5-6 out of 26 that survive from the 2018 squad.
