Early team news

Cameroon v Brazil (21:00 BST)

Alex Song is suspended for Cameroon following his sending off for elbowing Croatia's Mario Mandzukic in the back.

Benoit Assou-Ekotto headbutted team-mate Benjamin Moukandjo in that match and is unlikely to play, while Samuel Eto'o (knee) remains doubtful.

Brazil forward Hulk has overcome a thigh problem.

The quartet of Neymar, Thiago Silva, Luiz Gustavo and Ramires will trigger a one-match ban if booked for the second time in this tournament.

Early team news

Croatia v Mexico (21:00 BST)

Croatia head coach Niko Kovac could recall Mateo Kovacic in place of Brazil-born midfielder Sammir, one of the few players who failed to impress in the 4-0 win over Cameroon.

The team is likely to be otherwise unchanged for a game that Croatia will probably need to win to qualify.

Mexico boss Miguel Herrera has suggested he will go with the same line-up for the third game in a row.

Hector Moreno, Jose Vazquez and Paul Aguilar are one booking from a ban.

Croatia VS Mexico pretty huge then. Not sure who I'd rather advance tbh, possibly Mexico just.

Both of them can go through if Cameroon bother to turn up. Given how bizarre the Cameroonian World Cup has been so far I wouldn't put it past them to blooter Brazil.

Ahh, I was thinking Brazil had beat Mexico, forgot it was a draw.

If Cameroon beat Brazil and the other game ends in a draw, Brazil will be out. :D

Not going to happen though, Brazil with the usual line-up as Hulk is back, replacing Ramires.

Will some Brazil players cry like babies again when the anthem is played?

It's about time they try to be more composed instead of being affected so much by this kind of stuff.

Hopefully no tears because it's bloody cringey!!

EDIT: Just looked at the screen and a Brazil fan is crying!

EDIT 2: No Brazillian players crying.

Surely Brazil have better strikers than those two?!

Walter has been doing better at Fluminense than Fred, and there is Alan Kardec too, but really wouldn't make a huge difference.

Why not play Neymar further forward and drop Jo/Fred? Seems the only one capable of anything.

Scolari not a fan of playing without typical strikers.
