Germany looked awful against Ghana. Ghana looked so wasteful against the US. USA have defended well and attacked just as good as they've defended. Been superb. They were wasteful because of the US defence. Doesn't have to be one or the other. One was an effect of the other. Causation is the term iirc. e: IIRC - Ghana had something like 18 shots and only 4 on target v USA...
