G_D_K Posted January 29, 2014 Share Posted January 29, 2014 By the looks of it, you have to uninstall, then re-install the skin (which is a bit rubbish, what's the point of a subscription if it doesn't auto update?) You'll know it's worked if the skin version says v1.02 in the preferences Mine auto-updated just fine. Might have to do a fresh steam restart though (I had a steam restart this morning). I agree bartdude...I asked tome if he could do a update were the match header auto hides but he said he would have to re do it...That's the only problem with this years skin Tom the 3D match screen looks awful I wanted to make a header that didn't just look like a graphics change of either the standard or FMC skin (Steklo X3 was far too pedestrian a layout for my liking) unfortunately, this is the trade off. The autohiding action bar pretty much forces you to lay the header out in the same way as the standard skin. It's one of the more annoying things that has been creeping into FM since FM10, the lack of flexibility for skinners. is there normal classic link for skin update? How can I make the overlay darker on this screen I've changed the background so it's a bit brighter and it works fine on every other screen, but the overlay on that page as you can see makes some text hard to read. I only use you skin, and can only play FM with it Still, I have some suggestions comparing to the FM2013 version. I see you have already changed the club header, anyway I think the background color is to dark. A white turns to gray and don't represent realisticaly the teams colours In 2013 weas easy to see how good a player was playing in that position, but now the line you use to "give" that information is to thin, can you do a more "strong" stroke line, like the one I have changed in the yellow box? Other great feature you had in previews version was that 2 menus (inside yellow box) and that are not present in 2014 version. It used to be great and very helpfull with lots of great information about our club. Above we can see wich team we will play and how many days until it, instead of always going to fixtures page. Finally, I can't find the "talk to player" button when i Right click in a player. I have to enter the player's page. Hope you don't get mad with me about this suggestions, I tried to help to creat a even more perfect skin, you are free to not use them Keep up your absolutly great work! I agree with your sugestions except the bar about how good a player can play in that position. I think is good in that way. About the rest, I agree with you 100%. The normal header is better. I've used Steklo skin since..yeah well...always? with this version i have ooone little wish tho =) i would love it if when you rightclick on a player name, you know to get the little meny..i would love if there was the option of "private conversation"...not the "talk about"... but the option where i go directly into "private conversation" to have a talk with him about the last game, or on form and that stuff... i would LOOVE to have that option. If you dont want to add it, is there anyone who is able to point me in the right direction och creating this myself? EDIT: I AM SUUUUCH A ******! - im so sorry man! i actually never looked at where you end up when you press the "talk about -> praise player -> Form/Lat Match"... and as i see now you end up JUUUST were i wanted to end up! Firstly there is no picture of my players when I talk to the privately or in a team meeting - and secondly in the original skin there is a part on the right of this picture which explains why I am seeing the news, ie. However I have one small issue in the Player Personal Details Panel, as you can see in the picture, I have all those boxes on the right of the image and I can't used them, I cannot put any information, they are somehow INACTIVE.
