  1. Many thanks for the fast reply again!! I have had a look around and have found this one on amazon that is under my budget - https://www.amazon.co.uk/MSI-1693UK-15-6-Inch-Gaming-Laptop/dp/B0767K2ZN8/ref=sr_1_8?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1525211179&sr=1-8&keywords=laptop&refinements=p_n_feature_fourteen_browse-bin%3A8322505031%2Cp_n_pattern_browse-bin%3A937175031%2Cp_n_feature_seven_browse-bin%3A8322553031%2Cp_n_feature_fifteen_browse-bin%3A8322531031%2Cp_36%3A9708209031&th=1 it looks like it has roughly the same specs as the ASUS, however the GTX 1050 is 4Gb
  2. Many thanks for both replies!! What specs do you look at when deciding if the laptop is good enough? I notice that all 3 laptops are very similar withthe following differences - - i5-7300HQ v i7-7700HQ - GTX 1050 v GTX 1050Ti I am only asking as I can have a quick look around again before parting with my cash.
  3. Hi, I am looking for a new laptop and have a budget of £800. I have had a look around and have found these 3 - https://www.saveonlaptops.co.uk/9S7-16J962-1869-MSI-GL62M-7REX-1869UK_2191608.html https://www.saveonlaptops.co.uk/ZX553VD-DM970T-ASUS-ZX553VD-DM970T-Gaming-Laptop_2145528.html https://www.saveonlaptops.co.uk/9S7-16J942-079-MSI-GP62-7RD(Leopard)-079UK_2068374.html Are these good enough to play Fm18 and future versions? I dont want to be buying a new laptop every year when the game is released. Also, are there any better laptops out there for £800?
  4. I have just played the first winter game of fm18 and noticed the ball colour is weird. I am using the default skin and have only added facepacks and logos. The normal 'white' ball was fine but this one isnt Any ideas?
  5. I am looking at spending upto £850 for a new laptop. I currently have an ASUS ROG G551JM, however in 3d games it stutters a bit (Geforce GTX 860M). Any suggestions?
  6. he could push to £500 but medium graphics is the minimum requirement
  7. I am looking for a laptop for my brother that will play FM16, running 4 leagues on maximum database and high graphics on 3d. His budget is £400 but can maybe push a little more if it makes a lot of difference. Any help is much appreciated
  8. I believe I have narrowed it down to these ones now unless someone can think of a better laptop for the price.
  9. I am currently looking for a laptop to replace my faulty Sony Vaio. I have a budget of £750 maximum. I have had a look around and found an MSI CX61 2PF-1464UK which has caught my eye ( http://www.saveonlaptops.co.uk/9S7-16GD11-1464-MSI-CX61-2PF-1464UK_1703768.html ) I use the laptop every day fro FM and web browsing, watching movies etc. I am after the best laptop I can for my money and would like one that will run at least English, Spanish, German and Italian leagues with a large database. If there are any other suggestions for laptops it would help as I am a little bit lost looking for
  10. Hi, I am looking at getting a new laptop as mine is about to die (lots of messages coming up about HDD imminent failure). The laptop I have at the minute is a Sony Vaio VPCCB4C5E. It has run FM14 OK but sometimes I have a lot of stuttering, probably due to the integrated graphics. I have around £700 to spend on a new laptop and would like a bit of advice. My brother has a MSI CX61 which seems to run FM smoothly but I am looking at other options aswell. I would use the laptop for browsing the web, word processing, playing FM and also watching films occasionally. It is used as the main 'com
  11. I am not too sure about laptops, is the one in the link an upgrade on yours or a lower spec?
  12. does anyone have the msi laptop? just for a proper user review on fm14???
