shanks
Took a trip down memory lane today by playin CM01/02 when something curious popped into my head.... Who is the greatest CM/FM player of all time in your opinion??? For me, Tonton Zola Moukoko in CM01/02 or Daniel Braathen in CM03/04 head the list. GalwayUnitedFC
Zola was an unbelievable player in CM01/02. Also ,before any one ever really heard of him,i was advised to sign Carlos Tevez from Boca.Valued at around 10 mil,hed always cost around 30-40 mil,But he was well worth it.30 goals a season. Rocknrollpear
Anatoli Todorov for me. Could get him dirt cheap from Levski Sofia and he simply scored for fun.....Serge Makofo turned brilliant after a few seasons on CM 03/04, he was a right back but had 20 finishing, 18 composure and 20/20 pace/accel, I stuck him up front and he duly delivered. If I was an average prem team with an avaerage transfer budget, Emmanuel Olisadebe could easily single handedly get you a EUFA spot.

shanks
samba was immense! Also, Jonas Lunden and Tomas Rosenqvist. anyone remember them?
NepentheZ
Edgar Davids was immense in a few versions (99/00 IIRC). Justin Georcelin (now banged up) turned into a legend. As was said, Cherno Samba was a great. Jonas Lunden was FB, always on a free transfer at the start of one of the games. Raul/Del Piero have both had over hyped stats in a version or two, too. NepentheZ
Before the big money moves , too... Ricardo Quaresma / Thiago Motta were always signed as my wingers, and there was a LB or RB (Can't remember which) named Bruno who was FB/
