What level of team will you go in FM11 ??

just wondering, please vote in the poll and give a reason below

I am going to go my favourite team, Liverpool. When I get used to the new features I will begin an unemployed game.

I nrmally like to go lower league to build up a team as my own and there's normally less pressure to perform as well.

I dont know really. Never usually start a save with Forest until patch 3 or the last patch. Im going to say either Huddersfield town, Burton Albion or Blackpool or an umemployed game or Scunthorpe. So many choices

I had a really fun game with Huddersfield this year. It is a good, easy game that I somehow found relaxing

I always play as Blackburn. Hope they get a better transfer kitty than fm 10 which was £0.

Yes I am playing 2 games at the moment, dont ask me why just depends on what mood I am in. The other game is Werder Bremen. If you want to know a bit about my Huddersfield save here goes, I won promotion to the championship in my first season getting into the round before the quarters in the FA, I mainly bought listed players or free agents. 3 seasons later and I was in the prem. I now just buy young players for the future as they already have a good spine of youngsters. The good thing about Huddersfield is that you dont have to invest alot of time into the game to get fun out the other end as they have a good & balanced team with plenty of backup.

Mate. If you want to keep me posted on how your going. Theres a few of us who are posting in the Huddersfield thread in GPTG. Have you posted in the Hudderfiedl thread. i think you have if I remember rightly.

I think that is the best thing to do to start of with especially to see how much difference DLR makes

My first team on the full game will be one of the bavarian teams in the 2.Bundesliga as I really love managing in that division. For the demo I'll probably pick Real Madrid to check out the engine and because I probably won't get a chance to coach Khedira and Özil too soon otherwise.

Meh, probably start unemployed for a save, bump around near the bottom of the playable leagues for a bit before finally taking over either a country or a top division side.

I'm starting with Levski Sofia, for various reasons but I hope it will be a good test for DLR.

I voted unemployed, as that will be my main game.

I will, however, start off with Arsenal. Just to get a feel of the game, and how tactics work. See if my old tactics on FM10 will still work or not.

When that is done, i'll start a career game, unemployed.

I'll start as Liverpool, but after I tire of that game, I'll probably do something like holidaying 10 years into the future and starting unemployed there.

Will start as Man Utd as they are my favourite team. In the spring I'll add Bosnian league and start with my other favourite team F.K. Sarajevo and play those two saves. I voted 'Top Division'.

Hopefully HIFK get promoted to the Ykkonen (Finnish Second Tier) this season so I'll probably play with them first and see how that save goes.

Start off as Birmingham,get rid of the deadwood and build

I've played every version of the game managing big and small teams, but starting in the lower leagues and taking a small club to glory gives me most satisfaction so that's what i'll be doing in FM11. Probably a team from the Blue Square prem, possibly Mansfield.

Prob start off as Man U for a couple of seasons to get used to things, then go to England Tier 8 to bring the mighty Stamford Dans to the top... or make use of the dynamic league rep to make Uzbekistan the powerhouse of world football

ill start with newcastle (support them) have a mid length save then probably start un-employed, although if its anything like fm2010 itll probably be worcester city every time cause theyre the only ones who'll employ me at the start

I said lower league, but I'm actually going to start unemployed so I can skip the first year and get FC United promoted like I did in FM10.

prepatch im going with manchester united. Possibly cardiff then into the welsh league with possibly port talbot with the DLR now instore.

I will start with an easy, top division save to get used to the game etc. Then, once I feel comfortable with the game, I will play a lower league save either in the BSS or BSN

I'll probably delay buying it a while, but when/if I do, I'm kinda temped by Newcastle, if not that I'll probably go gor some top-tier team in a lesser division like scotland or norway. LLM can wait till later.

I will most likely play as top division teams looking at my history with the franchise. For the first time however I am considering a really long term journeyman game but only time will tell if it will be so.

did you manage them in fm10? just wondering what kind of finances you start off with? (eg transfer and wage kitty)

going to edit Wolves in the db to basically do a Wimbeldon to them, dispand them as such, put them in BSP, remove all players, coaches etc and rebuild

That sounds likes fun, might have to give that a go with Sunderland.

i have designed the kit and logo already, cant wait to get it underway! Just got a bit bored of starting with them every time, so this year it will be Wolverhampton City Wanderers FC!

if anyones gonna start with crawley town BSP i suspect you'd get a decent financial backing as in real life

I'll probably load up all Scandinavian leagues plus a few other European (England, Spain etc) and start in the bottom league in Sweden. I love the Swedish leagues for some reason, has been my longest save on FM10, mostly with Hollviken.

Will be playing as Arsenal and England on the demo (maybe a Leeds game in there as well) to get used to the new features and see what the going rate for some players are (Lloris, Muller etc)

On the full-game though, a created team.

Set myself up with a core team of greats and see how I far I get while keeping the signings cost down (seriously my highest signing was Van Der Vaart for 9.25m on FM10)

on fm11 i'll play with Inter, my favourite team. on demo, i usually do a game with the team that has won champions league, so this year i'll play with Inter with demo and with complete game.

after 2-3 seasons with Inter, i'll start a new game with Spezia, Italian Lega Pro 1st division group a (old C1/a). then, i'll play with QPR like FM09 and 10. when there will be the january update, i'll start the perfect game (like this year, i'm still playing) starting unemployed, or with Pontedera, my hometown. that game will bring me to fm12.

I have to start with me favourite team Ipswich.
