Australia went 2-1 up through a dubious Jedinak penalty only for Holland to hit back a few minutes later due to the Aussie FB not stepping up in time and playing 3 Dutch players onside for RVP to smash home. 2-2 Australia have been very impressive, Holland getting better. Not sure on the first question and as for the second question, yellow cards are reset after the group stage. Weren't they given positions within the group at the inital draw ie A1, A2.
