Not any one team in particular, but if in your game Mancity dominate, and my game chelsea dominate, and someone elses another team dominates, it does seem strange. I think it is a combination of the: 1) Retirement of SAF 2) Squad with a a fair few ageing players. 3) Reliance on Rooney to score most of the goals. 4) Too many bit players in the midfield when compared to the stars in the other big teams. In my current save Chelsea won the title in season one. Man Utd chased them until Feb 6th, where they imploded and only managed 3 wins and 3 draws from 12 games, ending up 4th behind Villa (me) level on points with Man City and Arsenal.. West Ham have consistently challenged the last 3 years which is the biggest surprise. Never mind struggle to make the Top 4, they struggle to make the top half of the table. Their last two managers have been Steve Coppell and Tony Mobray. Liverpool as the same, Rafa is still the manager but they went into administraition twice allowing me to poach a couple of players on the cheap. Chelsea struggle to make the Europa League. The only teams who challenge season after season are my Leeds team, Man City and Arsenal. I've seen Villa, Sunderland, Spurs and even Leicester challenge for the Champions League places. After the retirement of Ferguson in 2011, Mancini took over and kept the job for 18 years, then he retired. The next manager kept his job for exactly 7 months . Then they came to me, but I refused. Some of the more unusual champions are: Sheffield United Nottingham Forest Sunderland Watford and Scunthorpe were runners up on two occasions!
