More tweaks!!

Versions for Wingers and Inside Forwards depending what suits your team.

Arsenal won the double at least with both tactics!

Tests with Arsenal for sub top and elite with Liverpool.

Really happy with the results, thanks @knap for testing with Liverpool.

Please let me know any feedback if you test. I will provide player traits if tested.

These work on the latest match engine!!!

Interesting stuff. Looks like the two centre midfielders struggle for decent ratings?

Yeahh seemed to work well for the more attacking players. In the other test with Salzburg where i actually play the games Szoboszlai got one of the best average ratings, but thats helped by his quality.

The striker appeared to do really well in all tests  987990817_Salzburg4231S.thumb.PNG.5207977395ef3a65fd3ff21fa1024e24.PNG

Holy Ghost Fire 451 Test with Wolves (made 4 signings Tah, Freuler, De Paul, Boga) Media prediction 7th

Won EPL and FA Cup

No matter which team I try this tactic over-performs always!

PS. Had to play the whole season with Ruddy coz Rui Patricio had an 8 month injury lol

Which one exactly? There's about 20...

HOLY GHOST FIRE 4312 P107 FA. Though honestly most 4312 versions should work fine as they just have some TI or PI differences. For me the combination of IWB's, wingers, AMC and two strikers has been the most effective set-up, especially if you don't have elite players.

I love these tactics, I also use the training schedules of 1 or 2 matches per week. But I am four years in and always get absolutely killed by injuries, it's almost like I need 3 players for every position. Should I downgrade my training intensity?

Out of interest who are you managing and how are you doing? I keep switching between letting my AM do my training and using downloaded schedules. Still trying to work out which is better. Probably just me being paranoid but I'm sure it has a huge impact on results and I'm not sure if it's a positive or negative :D

@oliverdanielbeddow

I've added Cadoni training to my YT Channel links. May be more balanced than RDF

i'm using 4-2-4 Paris IW in this first 2 seasons and all great except i always lose in the quarter-finals of UCL.

In theory HOLYGHOST 4-5-1 would be a better choice for harder games right?

(I'm with Benfica but my team is in theory as good as any other.)

Something I've been curious about as testing results have been coming in is how correlated the new testing results might be with the Liverpool results. In general, they seem to be correlated. Although the Kashmir Kingstonian and 41320 Dark Side of the Moon appear to be outliers. If you remove those, there's certainly a correlation where the better Liverpool tests are doing better in the longer test as well, although there's really still a lot of scatter.

Are you into analytical reviews?

I have a PhD in astrophysics so yeah :D

In the past I have written very complex squad analysis tools for my own use. These days I'm a little less "algorithmic" and I try to play the game more naturally. But in the past I would dump all player attributes, calculate how good each player was for each position, and assign the best 22 automatically without even having to think :) I don't quite play that way anymore, as I try to make the "thinking" the fun part.

I've just been using WARRIOR 442 P104 EC CC on my Sampdoria save, 3 league titles and 2 champions league wins in 5 seasons, I've tried the other top tested tactics on the google doc but always end up back with warrior.

IMO it's the best 442 around. Forward play between the 2 strikers is nice to watch as well

I decided to replicate Sir Alex Ferguson's tactic season 2007/2008 by changing the roles of the players in the Beowulf knap tactic and the result was this

to note that the champions league really was a failure but in compensation we won the europe league

I leave here the tactics file for those who want to try it

Then your PK taker sucks. You're the manager. Replace him.

would have thought he'd score more having 19 finishing, 18 composure and 16 penalty taking. not sure them attributes mean anything though
