When my right winger got sent off, I realised my mistake. My options for a sub, were a goalkeeper, a striker and 5 central defenders! Until you learn of the dreaded misdrag, when you think you've replaced a player with the one you wanted, and instead replaced him with the one next to him. I can't say the same thing for FM 20, as I have not played much of it, but on FM 19 I find that if you look at any older manager the motivating stat will eventually go down to 1.
