ilCuoreDiRoma
AS Roma (2015) i try to live up to my no-regen policy for as long as possible. all my players exist IRL. and i've never spent more than €9.0m for a single player red team is my starting XI, white team are my bench/reserves. don't mind the arrows and the weird positions. i drew them for another non-FM-related purpose. my formation's basically a 4-2-1-3 in FM. the only thing of note is i spent 6 months retraining Andrea Poli to play as a right wingback. been using this squad for 2 seasons straight, haven't bought/sold anyone for the past 3 transfer windows except for Totti/Pizarro retiring. won champions league 2x in a row and humiliated all the foreign big teams: Barca, City, Arsenal, United, Bayern, and Dortmund (haven't played Liverpool, Spurs, Chelsea, or RM yet). currently 100% league record, 26-0-0 in Serie A 2014/

telV7
You play Younes Belhanda as a Wing back? Yes, he is still developing in his new role though, but coming along nicely. The guy has great pace, his crossing skills are not bad, reads the game well. So as a wingback moving into a forward position I figure it allows him more time to see the game a little clearer and hopefully be more dangerous. His stats below are quite promising. Besides, if Wenger could do it with Cole, I cannot see why I cannot transform Younes Jamaal Lascelles . Could I see a screenshot of him please if possible telV7? Thanks. He may not look like much, but I am quite happy with him, he went through a rough patch and was down to about two stars. I knew it was my fault so I have been on the resurrection trail with Jamaal. He is coming good, and is performing quite well. Is very much part of the first team now, but not as a starter needs some more work yet. Branescu should be your starting keeper by now. Tim Howard is holding down the number one spot still. I am aiming to give him a few more starts this season in the Premier League. Tim though, I have a feeling, will want to play another couple of seasons yet. So the young fellow, will need to either force his way in or Howard needs to begin to fail miserably. Peregrine
Intriguing how many Truro City managers are in here, and how different our squads are! Truro City, BSP, December 2013 4-1-2-1-2, Control, short passing GK: Josh Wagenaar (free) RB: Adam Hunter (free) RCB: Jon Lines (youth) LCB: Rob Atkinson © (free) LB: Martin John (free) DM: Agustin Battipiedi (free) RCM: Darren Potter (free) LCM: Ellis Martin (free) AM: Luke Mulholland (Minnesota All-Stars) RST: Wayne Phillips (youth) LST: Martin Grehan (free) I have a very young team this year, having abandoned almost all the players that got me promoted from Blue Square South two seasons ago to give our youth crop experience (two other homegrown 17 year olds are in the squad). We regularly dominate possession during games and have the best defence in the league but aren't very good at making CCCs, so we tend either to win 1-0/2-0 or get sucker-punched on the break. As with last season, we're comfortably playoff-quality but lack the firepower to challenge for the title due to our reputation. This season, I'm just hoping to consolidate and sell Lines (18, with Championship potential) to improve our finances and bring in a quality striker. stickyjim
With Newcastle and just started 2015 - 2016 season. Very happy with my squad at the moment and here's my best 11, though I have very good players on the bench with excellent cover in all positions. 4 - 3 - 1 - 2, Short passing, high tempo! GK - Ospina - Great goalie, aquired on a free LB - Santon - Developed into a cracking player, just rejected a Madrid bid of 17mil CB - Papadopolous - Bought for 13mil and is a real aggresive Vidic type player CB - Collo - Aging a bit now and I may have better players on the bench, but he's my captain...! RB - Walker - Think I payed 17mil for him last season, boy was he worth it. CM (DLP - S) - Witsel - Got him for just 5mil, was pretty chuffed with that signing. CM (DLP - D) - Cabaye - Heart and soul of the team, like to play him in a Carrickesque type role. CM (BWM - S) - Barkley - Not a cheap buy at 16mil but he's put in some super performances and is English, so worth the money. AM - Willian - New Aquisition this season, fantastic start thus far and has just slotted right into the team. CF - Castaignos - Got him on loan from Inter in my second season then bought him for 4mil. Not a prolific scorer but gets bundles of assists. Just keeps getting better and better. CF (Poa) - Sturridge - A first season loanee, 24 goals in that season so bought him for 4mil. This lad, just... keeps... on... scoring. Notable subs: GK - Krul - Strong backup keeper. Classed as trained at club so he's going nowhere. FB - Pieters - Perfect for when I need a more defensive minded FB CB - Bazan - Wonderkid and already becomming a star. CB - Kelly - Strong and good in the air. CM - Delph - Don't really see him having a future at my club but don't won't to sell my English players. CM - Fer - Puts in some good performances and is a rotation option as BWM with Barkley AM - Gaston Ramirez - Just a great all rounder, would really reccommend him to managers a couple of seasons into a save. AM - G Dos Santos - Scores some vital goals but can get a little over confident. CF - Welbeck - Great player to have for when Sturridge is injured or jaded. Have lots of great youth prospects i've been snapping up as well. As I said, very happy with this team and thanks to my improved youth system I can't see me having to make too many 'Big' signings in the future.
