Only thing he really lacks is a strong set of physical attributes, but technically and mentally he is very good. Also, the merchandising benefits will make him a worthwhile signing for most clubs. So, Sodinha's a pretty crap player. As a complete midfielder, he's basically useless - 6 tackling, 6 marking, 8 teamwork, 11 strength and no other physicals above 10. He's also mostly a finished product. There's not a lot of room for him to improve. What he does have is a remarkable set of technical attributes for a lower-league player. Corners and determination: 16. Flair and technique: 17. Dribbling and free kick taking: 18. Long shots: 20. So far in the 2014-2015 Serie C1 season, he's appeared 17 times for me, five times as a sub. In those 17 appearances, he has four goals and three assists, which is pretty damn good for a player who, in my tactics, really only touches the ball during set pieces. If you can figure out a way to fit this one-dimensional player into your lower-league side, he can basically be your League 2, CFA or Serie C version of Baggio. Barcelona didn't offer him a new contract so I snapped him up. Only thing I would say about Roberto is his fitness is carp! He's still only 21 in my save (I'm in 2015) so still has time to grow into a great midfielder. I'm derby so don't have any good tutors available but if you were a slightly better team and could afford that then I'm sure he would be a lot better for you.
