Looks like you'll soon do what you couldn't at Dartford (I think it was?)

Dartford (FM09) and Tooting & Mitcham (FM10) :D

This was my third attempt to win a major competition with a youth product only squad, winning Euro 2044 was massive.

What an achievement, well done! I'm guessing you won't be satisfied without a World Cup win though. :p

The World Cup is one I really want, but winning the European Championship was still better than my previous two attempts so I'd be happy if that's all we win.

Youth Intake 2045

Here are the players I have offered contracts to:

Gavin Corry - not a position I need to strengthen, but he looks superb.

Fredrick Onyango - will provide backup, but could replace one of the older players eventually. His PA stars shot up from 3 to 4.5 after signing. And then up to 5!

Ellis Bough - not expecting much, but it is a weak position for us.

Really well done on the Euro 2044 title! From memory the best you did with the T&M England side was winning the Confederations Cup, so it must be nice to win such a major international tournament with a youth product side after years of trying. :)

Just the WC to go now for a full trophy cabinet, good luck! :D

Wingate & Finchley - Barclays Premier League - 2044/45

Last season we achieved another title with our youth only squad, but I wasn't so confident this season.

League Table

League Positions Graph

We finally got caught out for the quality we really had. Far too many draws and not enough wins cost us the title.

Community Shield - no problems in this one sided match.

Capital One Cup - another early exit.

FA Cup - other than the Swansea win we made had work of an easy route to the final, which we surprisingly dominated.

UEFA Champions League - the two games against Bayern were crazy as made yet another final, which this time we won in style.

Squad - we are badly in need of a decent keeper, and some wingers.

Key Player Profiles:

Joseph Mulready - he top scored, but had a tough season.

Léopold Agbodossinji - another superb season.

Ousseynou N'Diaye - the youngster pushed Darlington for a place in the first team.

Tom Mayo - our only great winger.

Adam Thompson - a brilliant left back.

Next Season

Winning the two major cups was great but we really need to challenge for the title next season.

England - FIFA Confederations Cup - Morocco 2045

Argentina v England (group stage)

We started with the biggest game and had to battle our way back to win a point.

England v Tunisia (group stage)

It looked like we had rescued a point but we threw it away. This was a terrible result.

Mexico v England (group stage)

We threw away our early lead but managed to battle back to claim the win.

Group Table

We were really lucky to get out of the group, by finishing second we now meet Germany instead of South Korea.

Germany v England (semi final)

Once again we threw away a lead but we hung on to claim an historic win in extra time. It is from rival to another as we meet Argentina again in the final.

Argentina v England (final)

It was a bruising encounter, but unfortunately we came off second best on penalties.

Wingate & Finchley - Barclays Premier League - 2045/46

Last season we completed a cup double in winning the FA Cup and the Champions League, but we failed to retain our league title. This season was all about winning back the league.

League Table

League Positions Graph

We reclaimed our title in style as previous champions Arsenal failed to even challenge for the top four.

Community Shield - this was our early revenge over the team that beat us to the league last season.

UEFA Super Cup - the sending off helped, but it was very one sided.

FIFA Club World Cup - complete dominance, against ten men again.

Capital One Cup - I let the youngsters play in this competition, but they came unstuck in the semi final.

FA Cup - this was a shock as a fairly strong team was put out early.

UEFA Champions League - we were looking solid until we completely threw it away against Inter. Arsenal had a chance to snatch the last Champions League spot from Man City, but then lost 1-0 to Lyon in the final.

Squad - some of the older players are starting to decline now, so it is time for the new generation to come through.

Key Player Profiles:

Joseph Mulready - a three month injury ruined his season, it looks like his career won't have long left.

Léopold Agbodossinji - started the season in his usual form but a two month injury saw him struggle. Another one who's career looks like it is near its end.

Ousseynou N'Diaye - he took full advantage of the injury to Mulready and made a case to become our main striker.

Spencer Rush - was nothing more than a backup player before, but has really forced his way into the team

Tom Mayo - rated as our best player by the coaches, but doesn't seem to quite live up to it.

Next Season

Winning the title back was massive, so next season we need to build on that and look to repeat it while adding a cup.

The big hope for next season is the chance of a new stadium, which will be about 15 year overdue.

The World Cup is up next, which gives me another shot at my ultimate goal.

Apart from his speed Spencer Rush looks like a first team player for sure.

He's a great player, and can get away without great speed as he plays as an AMC.

He really came out of no where, was just a backup player that wasn't highly rated that took his chances in the first team.

England - FIFA World Cup - Morocco 2046

Qualification - draws away in Denmark and Sweden were the only points we dropped as we qualified with ease.

Tournament squad - the squad is at full strength, but I had to leave a couple of decent youngsters at home.

Group draw - I think this looks tricky, with three big teams looking for the two qualification spots.

Pre tournament friendlies - a decent warm up for the main tournament.

Mexico v England (group stage)

It was looking like a draw until Mulready saved us with the winning goal.

England v Zimbabwe (group stage)

I made a few changes and the result was a huge win. A draw with Italy will now see us top the group.

Italy v England (group stage)

The scoreline was a bit flattering, but we got the win we wanted.

Group Table

The group couldn't really have gone better for us, and as a reward for finishing top we get to play Japan.

Japan v England (2nd round)

I'm lost for words.

Wingate & Finchley - Barclays Premier League - 2046/47

Last season we won the league, so our aim for this season was to defend our title.

League Table

League Positions Graph

We stormed ahead and then nearly threw it away with some poor form at the end of the season due to injuries.

Community Shield - completely one sided.

Capital One Cup - we had a good run but fell just short of making the final.

FA Cup - I rotated the squad a bit, but this was a shock.

UEFA Champions League - we were great in the group stage and lucky in the knockout rounds. The final wasn't great, but we deserved the win.

Squad - the first generation of youth products are getting old now, so I'm having to bring through new players.

Key Player Profiles:

Joseph Mulready - he struggled last season but was nearly back to his best this time.

Ousseynou N'Diaye - he had to play AMC to cover for injuries but still did well.

Gu Gaohang - he's knocked Agbo out of the team now.

Matt Ashe - Archer was sold to give this kid a chance in the first team.

Adam Thompson - amazing that he's only 25, it feels like he's been here forever.

Winning the double was unexpected, especially with the way we were playing at times as we kept throwing away silly points.

After a 20 year wait, I finally had the chance to request a new stadium. They turned it down!

Wingate & Finchley - Barclays Premier League - 2047/48

Last season we completed a league and Champions League double, but we are by no means a standout team in this league.

League Table

League Positions Graph

We didn't even come close to challenging for the title.

Community Shield - an even match which we won on penalties.

UEFA Super Cup - the scoreline flattered Roma as we battered them.

FIFA Club World Cup - this should have been an annihilation.

Capital One Cup - another unspectacular run.

FA Cup - the replays killed us for fixture congestion, but we had a good final.

UEFA Champions League - despite a shaky start to the group, we improved throughout the tournament until we lost the final in a match we should have won.

Squad - despite some really strong areas (DC, DM), the squad is starting to feel weak in places as older players are not getting replaced.

Finances - looks fine, but we have lost around £200m over the last few years. I'm not actually sure we can afford to keep the youth only policy going forever.

Key Player Profiles:

Joseph Mulready - he's past his peak, but he's still scoring goals.

Ousseynou N'Diaye - his versatility is working against him as he keeps needing to fill in at AMC.

Gu Gaohang - another solid season.

Matt Ashe - an injury ended his season early, but he's a superb defender.

Magrao - he's finally got his chance to play DC and he's done well.

Next Season

I've asked numerous times, but the board keep rejecting the new stadium which we badly need. We cannot continue to afford to run the club like this so something needs to happen soon.

What is it thats killing your finances? Wages or the cost of having a top youth facility?

The stadium is too small for a club of this size, it cannot support the other costs like wages, non football costs, tax etc.

Without making any transfers I'm unable to make the sorts of profits I usually can by selling players.

England - UEFA European Championship - Norway 2048

Qualification - nearly unbeaten, apart from a dodgy looking loss to Ireland which saw them qualify.

Tournament squad - Ken Darlington is missing through injury, which leaves us short of strikers.

Group draw - looks like an easy group for us.

Pre tournament friendlies - a decent warm up.

England v Cyprus (group stage)

A great start as we battered Cyprus.

Turkey v England (group stage)

We were lucky to get the win in this close match. Israel currently sit above us on goal difference, so we need to beat them to top the group.

Israel v England (group stage)

I rested a few players but they got the job done.

Group Table

We topped the group without looking anything special. Our next round match is a great looking fixture against Scotland.

England v Scotland (2nd round)

Another unspectacular win, but a very important one.

France v England (quarter final)

Another superb win, but that red card might come back to haunt us as we don't have any other DCs.

Turkey v England (semi final)

After the group stage this was not a team I was expecting to meet at this stage, but they gave us a tough match and really deserved to beat us. The injuries and suspensions have built up, leaving us short on numbers for the final against Italy.

Italy v England (final)

With a number of players unavailable we were right up against it. We battled hard, but lacked the quality needed to break down Italy as they beat us to prevent us from retaining the trophy.
