Inside Forwards : shoot from impossible angle into side netting.

Short corner receiver : Receive ball, dally a bit then back heel out of play.

Full Backs : aim throw in directly at centre back marked by opposition striker.

Free kick takers : Blast ball straight at man eating hot dog in Row Z.

Lone Striker : Hold up ball and give to lumbering opposition centre back.

Team Instruction : Start second season playing like Keystone Cops to the sound of Benny Hill music in the background.

That's cool, apologies for suggesting you missed the point as well I guess you didn't & just got carried away.

Maybe your PPM can be uses 30 words when 5 will do. ;)

We could have a whole sub thread about complimentary PPM's too, for example -

I seem to find a lot of players with both

"Likes to watch opponents dribble" and

"Falls Down Often"

Which work really well together. Especially when used in succession.

But yeah, this thread is gold.

Looks for opponent rather than attempting to score

Plays short simple passes rarely

Tries long range rugby conversions

Likes to shoot in general direction of other flank

Arrives too late in penalty area

and most annoyingly of all:

Allows opposition lone striker to move into channels

The match engine sadly lacks the detail to properly convey some of the most popular real life PPMs like Hugs opponent tightly and Dives out of tackles

this must be the most common ppm

"likes to shoot from byline and hits the side net while he has 3 unmarked teammates in the penalty area"

another one;

"agrees with you that certain player doesn't deserve first team football"

after selling that certain player

"wants to be transfer listed because the team is weaker now"
