Stealing this bet from elsewhere:Corners - Portugal to win.In 2012 Portugal won 11-2 and in Germany's recent friendlies against similar calibre teams they have lost the corner count against Chile (14-4) and England (11-6). 365 have the odds at 2.62 but could find slightly better on other sites.
Anyone get on this winner?

been sticking a tenner on nothing to happen in the first 5 minutes (no goal/corner/booking) on William hill, usually around 3/4, which with the way the refs have been keeping the cards in their pocket and teams sizing each other up is practically printing money

Bradley on top of midfield behind the 2 forwards, 16/1 FGS i'l have some of that..

and i'll also take both team to score, pretty much your typical game where you just see both teams scoring

25/1 with Betfair Sportsbook. Also, 8/1 AGS with Bet Victor. :)

I'm beginning to think that you must have to be very unfortunate not to have made money so far in this WC. I traded for £70 profit over the last two games tonight, and that includes a £25 loss on backing Nigeria and a £10 loss on 1-0 to USA.

Ended up going for Brazil, Holland, Italy, France and Argentina for £50 free bet to return £237.

It's all been fairly straightforward till this point bar the Holland upset. It'll get tricker as it goes along but it you can build your bank up at this point then it'll do wonders for later on.

I'm betting fairly sensible ATM, mainly sticking to singles and doubles for smaller amount of profits. Have the odd wild accum.

This is my MM bet waiting on tonight's game. The actual return for 4 lines is around £180. To cover this I've opened up an account with Betfred and placed £25 on a South Korea clean sheet at 4/1. Will also receive a free £25 bet with them which, if I receive before the game starts I'll place on Russia winning to nil which will return £52.50 (£77.50 minus the £25 stake).

Russia winning to nil - £180~ + £52.50 = £232~

Russia failing to score - £125

Russia winning and BTTS - £368

Any other score - £180~

Covered pretty well.

I don't usually bet but I've gone with a 6 fold accumulator for a bit of fun after reading this thread:

Ivory Coast to beat Colombia.

England to beat Uruguay.

Japan to beat Greece.

Italy to beat Costa Rica.

what stakes did you originally put on?

I've landed 2 BTTS and teams to win, one team to score and I also have Russia tonight. Think I stand to win £50 if Russia win BTTS though and staked £12 so think I've gone wrong somewhere with 7 of 8 selections coming in and only winning £50 odd. :D

How many lines you got on for how much per line? What were your selections and odds?

If you've done it right (and going by what you've put you have 16 x 75p lines on) and at odds of exactly 2.0 for each selection your winnings would look like this

1 Line - £12 - Ignore this as you've surpassed this return

2 Lines - £24 - One Game Full House (Win & BTTS)

4 Lines - £48 - Two Games Full House (Win & BTTS) This should be your return if Russia score a goal

8 Lines - £96 - POTENTIAL winnings should you Full House the next game (Russia win & South Korea score)

16 Lines - £192 - Ignore this as you've not had a Full House on one of your games (Win Only)

I was looking at Clint Dempsey to score at anytime 5/2 last night but didnt do it. Apparently he scored last night, thats twice now...

Also, I got 13/10 for Russia to win against Korea.
