Iwould us a 4321 tOxford tactic Fire and Water P103 or the Kashmir version.

Always keep it on Attacking unless with 10 men. Then I switch to positive. Against Liverpool I had to change the tactics. I slid up the wasting time tactic bar in these two matches to waste time. I just got smashed 5-0 to Chelsea in the Semis (Got a 0-0 draw in the 1st leg with them) so maybe i should of slid that down to positive or balanced.

 

I just can't cope with a game every 2 days it's crazy. After Wolves 2 days later I lost 5-0 Chelsea, 2 days later I beat Notts County in the other cup for League 1/2/U23's sides to reach the Semis (Got Man City U23's in the semi finals) and 2 days later I got another game. 4 games in 8 days. 

 

I actually went 55 games unbeaten!!! before losing to Wolves in the FA Cup 4th round (Luka Modric and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang scoring for them).

I do the training (But its based on FM Korea's Training. I just change it to mine and my players liking) and I do the teamtalks 50% of the time. If I agree with my assistant then i let him

they also told me 30 yr olds won't improve. though he has no real attribute changes but i train him att movement so he doesn't lose it, he's actually gained 1 in anticipation

No, for years i`m using mine, started on FM17.

I train players for the position they play in, i adapt for all the tactics i use. A lot of micro management in training.

Hello Knap. I´m using BEOWULF 442 (P107) P105 EC FA with my Lisburn Distillery (Northern Ireland Premier League) whose media prediction is 4th.  8 wins and 3 loses (against big teams) atm but i think i´m suffering too much in the back as i´m conceding many shots. Do you think there´s a more suitable tactic for low talented leagues than this 442 or should i stick with it (the results aren´t bad)? Also what do you do to close a game? Thanks in advance.

LOL. 4-4-2 is the best formation for lower leagues...... I mean I was 54 games unbeaten.

But I've got some nice solution for away matches:

Just take the CM and move him one step down to the DM position. Don't change his role / don't change anything just set him there.

No other away tweaks are needed in my opinion.

in Italian league, i left tackle harder (my advice us usually remove it) for tackle harder as Serie A doesn't have many teams that scare you with pace and dribbling...of course, against the Napoli, Juve and Inter i removed this...but i didnt move my attacking width to "standard" and removed "work ball into box"

Going back through seems to be Fire and Water 4312 4.0 144 goals scored -

 

In fact Kashmir 148 scored

Any experimenting with CBs on Shoot Less Often?

I started checking out the sources of my shots and sometimes my CBs are having 15+ combined attempts. I'm sure headers are included BUT looking at the shot map it's normally half at least from outside the box!
