You can pre load games on steam and when they are due to be released steam downloads a few files for you to start playing, sometimes it can take a few hours for that to happen, this update is no different. I left Tonsberg after nearly 2 seasons there and when I took them over in the middle of October, they were 19th and crap. Now we're 11th......and still a bit crap! Lol. Just the usual stuff: I've added in the debug menu, and I've changed some of the read-only stuff to make it possible to edit a nation's continent and added in some extra code to make the editor show a nation's population. It's mainly just to make myself feel good because I don't intend to use any of these features and I still haven't figured out how to enable the advanced panels... Just turned on Steam and 380mb download started. Game is running as version 13.1. Damn work getting in the way tomorrow - to have those school or uni days back!
