I heard the commentator say that when he was 15 he left home to play for a club in the city but they couldnt afford to get him a room so him and 2 others slept under the stands for months, the other left and he stayed............ Why build such big stadia if they are to be empty? because FIFA gave more tickets to the corporates than to the locals? If you look, there are three sets of people in the stadium largely. Locals, Slovakians & Paraguayans. Probably a small smattering of others there too. The problem here is that it's not an interesting game for the corporates, they've probably earmarked a game like this as their Safari day instead or something.
