OlivierL
My 6th youth intake at the braves and received two great lads : Got 4 players with Ca 3* or more . three of them went directly in the first team and eleven. Only bad thing is that they both got a bad personalty and determination. Edited September 11, 2020 by OlivierL
JLAB
Another potential youth intake preview, another potential "golden generation", though given they are mentioning that we have a potential really good goalkeeper, centre back, and an attacking midfielder, this looks as though it can be promising. libbyshuss
Season 47/48 NordicBet Liga Finish: 1st Season Summary Wow, what a mad season that was. I knew we were far too good to have gotten relegated! We destroyed the league, averaging around 3 goals a game. By the end, a 1-0 win was a disappointing result. We smashed all sorts of records along the way and managed to finish the season unbeaten. Even better, our best players were having so much fun they forgot about wanting to leave and all signed new contracts. Hurrah! Players Patrick Jacobsen 43A - started the season wanting to leave for a bigger club. He had offers from the likes of Juventus and Manchester United rejected by us but he kept his head down and kept working. Halfway through the season he decided he wanted to stay after all. Being a local lad and a fan of KFUM must have helped. HE finished the season with 18 goals and 16 assists from 31 games - he plays as an advanced playmaker! (11 penalties helped a little). Kristoffer Jorgensen 45A - the season he cemented his place as our most important striker. Ridiculously consistent performer, should be a future international Isaac Mensah 46B - one of my disappointing youth pulls from the last couple of seasons. Rene Anderson did his cruciate ligaments early on so Isaac was given his chance in a 3 man attack. He took it with aplomb and his star ratings shot up, to such an extent that Anderson is going to struggle to get back into the team Youth so yet another golden generation was promised, with lots of nice green lines I forgot to screenshot the actual intake but it was similar to last season. No 4 star prospect, two 3.5 and a handful of 2.5. I signed them up as those original star ratings aren't really that reliable. Finances and Improvements I was really luck in the end that I only had to sell one player because of relegation. It was our very first wonderkid though but 10m plus 50% future sale to Man United didn't seem a bad deal. Being in the NordicBet meant that money very quickly disappeared - we finished the season 4m in the red! we need to get back to Europe Edited September 12, 2020 by libbyshuss
Padders
Season Review 2229/30 What a gutter of a season. Brilliant start and was top at the end of January Then went on one of those horrible runs until the end of season only winning 2 out of the last 13 games! Gutted after such a good start Ended up finishing 8th, which is still the highest finish since 2212/13 season Yet another awful youth intake, sacked the HOYD again You might remember me showing you the 16yr/17yr Estonia left wing back, Kotenko He is now worth £58m and not a bad player
schnauzer
Whitby Town FC - Season 2021/22 (Year 2) Review - Vanarama National League North League Performance - A truly awful second half of the season sees us finish in lowly 18th place. We regressed a lot from last year's 9th place finish but in truth we could have finished in the playoffs until mid-way when we just couldn't buy a win most weeks there on. A couple of the previous years youth intake made real strides forward - notably Neil Lewis - and this was a small positive. Unfortunately we had another disappointing YI despite the HOYD looking good on paper - so he will be dismissed. Not sure that we can progress next year so I'll be hoping for more consistency, more development for our youngsters and a mid-table finish. South Shields won the league and Chester went up via the playoffs. Blyth, Guiseley, Gainsborough and Rushall all went down. FA Cup - A shocking home defeat to Alfreton sees us exit in only the 3rd qual. round. We beat Felixstowe in the previous round. No cup money boost this year which hurt! FA Trophy - Out in the first game (3rd qual. round) to a very strong Chester side. Squad - A lot of our struggles came from our strikers being so poor, in particular Bradley Fewster who went from scoring 21 league goals last season to only 6 this season. My top 3 players for the season were: 1. Dale Hopson Our right winger had a brilliant year again, scoring 10 and assisting 13 in the league. 2. Shane Bland The goalkeeper was superb. Saved us in many situations and can hold his head high. 3. Kieran Weledji Another really solid season from our best defender. Top youngsters - A few emerging starters for our team this year who hopefully should improve our squad in the coming years. My top 3 young players of the season were: 1. Neil Lewis Very strong mental attributes at this age and scored 3 belting goals this year. Already a starter and could be a key player longer term. 2. Jacob Greenacre-Eli Has really bad attributes overall but is quite solid in games and has a devilish free kick which has become useful. 3. Tony Morfoot Still looks quite off the pace at this level but he has a good personality and can progress a lot. Worth persisting with. Youth Intake - My HOYD is getting chucked as the 5 star potential players don't look up to much and the personalities are shocking (despite the HOYD being a perfectionist?!). I am excited by Matty Gascoigne who will solve our left back issue and give us more attacking impetus down the left than Morfoot can offer down the right full back role. Joe Smith is the highest rated by our HOYD but he will need to be mentored properly before he can truly progress. Transfers - Nothing this year. Finances - Our debt is steadily increasing, but it's nothing massively concerning. A good cup run next year could clear it... Other Updates - We got an upgrade to Academy Coaching, but it still says that it is at an average level... I'm confused by this. League Finish History Y20/21 - VNN - 9th - 65pts, Y21/22 - VNN - 18th - 54pts Facilities Training Facilities - Basic, Youth Facilities - Poor, Academy Coaching - Average, Youth Recruitment - Basic. XaW
Íþróttafélagið Völsungur Season 2022 (Season 3) Review - Pepsi-deildin - Iceland League | Squad | Transfers | Finances Our first season in the top tier was a tough one! Mostly, we struggled to score as many goals as we did in the tier below. Of course, we conceded a bit more, but we were rarely thumped, but more a loss by a single goal or two. Even so, we just about survived and avoided relegation. Stjarnan, the team we got promoted alongside had an even better season fighting for a European spot. So I don't think the level of difference is very big, but it was still noticeable. In the end, I'm more than happy to stay up, and I hope we can push further up the table next season around. In the League Cup we had a good run, even if we finished 2nd in our group and got knocked out. Breiðablik were the team ahead of us, while Fjölnir, Vestri, Þór and Þróttur were behind us. In the Bikar Karla we beat Vestmannaeya, Selfoss and Akraness before losing to Akureyrar in the semi final. Almost forgot this! Since we won the cup last season we had our first stint in Europe! We started in the Europa Conference League Best Placed 1st qualifying round. Here we faced Valletta of Malta. a team we beat without much issue. In the 2nd qualifying round we narrowly beat Vaduz of Liechtenstein (Switzerland) on away goals. Then in the 3rd qualifying round we lost to Sporting of Portugal and got knocked out. Notable Players Halldór Emilsson 20c - He is turning out to be a really good defender at this level.Sæþór Olgeirsson - Another good season for our right winger who were one of few who kept up his scoring rate. Was a bit injured this season though.Freyþór Harðarson - He is turning into one of our veterans even at an early age. Youth intake Youth intake - We keep getting good players, but personality-wise I'm not pleased. Hafliði Ásmundsson 22a - A promising striker, but not very good at finishing.Kenzo Van Den Brande 22b - The half-Belgian defender gives us a bit more ballplaying skils.Sigurjón Stefánsson 22c - Another talented goalkeeper. OlivierL
Brave calling ! Caledonian Braves - Season 2025-2026 (Season 6) review - Scottish League one Pre-season |Fixtures 1 | Fixtures 2 |Past positions | Season review Our best performance in league one but still a long way of improving and aiming for playoffs or more. At the end we won three games in a row, otherwise we would had a problem. Squad| Best eleven| Transfers | Staff | Finances The big squad overhaul from last season wasn't a major succes. Our biggest problems remain.. no right wingbacks and no real quality at the back.. this changed after my last youth intake(see below). After the winterbreak is opted to drop my libero tactic that i was using on this and last FM because it remains a difficult system and i tried to use a 4-5-1 . The last three games i played a classic 4 3 3 and this seems to be a good choice. Trying to build from those games and pick my squad for next season for that formation. Was able to extend all the contracts, only lost a few old players in the first 6 seasons, some youth players were poached. Player of the season Kelly, 6th time in a row but being our best player with only 10 goals and 3 assists says it all.. Young player of the season Bultel 23E , second time in a row. He'll be my goalkeeper for years (if we don't lose him). Youth updates Class 21 : Amewou 21B was our best player. After the tactic change i used him as an MC and he did a good job. Class 22 : Nabab-Aquilon 22C played a second season as first choice dc . His reputation is growing. Class 23 : Bultel 23E was the best player from all the classes and the only one selected from the class of 2023. Class 24 : Henneuse 24A played some games and still looks promising . It could be a good thing for him if i'm going to play 4-3-3. Class 25 : Meunier 25B was my first option as right wingback but not a succes. Youth intake - Class 2026 Youth intake preview A golden generation.. what else ? second preview from our new Hoyd and i love to see if we get that good mifielder and winger.Class 2026 Signed 12 players, a lot of players could be promoted directly into my first squad , four of them have a rating above 40% , the highest one i had before scored 39%. Below the best three : Promoted this three youngsters to the first team after the intake. Garnier 26A will be my new left back. He looks great but bad personality. Doumbia 26B was promoted because i started using wingers. He looks good and has Pro personality. Michaud 26C seems to have the best attributes and could be used as a MC. Improvements Upgraded our Youth coaching and Recruitment again. Next season The aim is to get more points again and fill up for the new 4 3 3 system (with some variants). Again I will have to carefully compose the squad based on my calculations in Excell per position and role.
gadedk
FC Barreirense Season 8: 8th in the league and not a big gap to top 5 and long way from the bottom. No runs in the cups either this season, but we are the 3 most scoring team in the league.. Fernandes was unhappy and had one year back on his contract with a clause on 4 mio... Lesson learned! Modelcitizen and by far our best CB Our 3 strikers all had a great season with 17, 13 & 12 goals. Still no player with 10+ assists in the best league yet.. So we finally changed the tactic to play with 2 strikers, it worked fine because the strikers are some of the best players in the club. Gomes is the player of the season once again, good for him! Season 8s youth intake, a new CB the looks fine and another DM. Nothing new her, just waiting to move in the new stadium, so we can take the club to next level! We have the first player to turn the 200 games achievement
JLAB
So it turned out that the "golden generation" prediction might actually be true. With three players to be excited about if I can get them to develop the way I want them to. If these three players can develop the way I think they can, then I should have the spine of the team sorted out for the future. Brinkmann being the central defender, Zeyer being the box to box midfielder and Bah being the advanced playmaker. That being said though, they've got to actually develop and beat the competition for places already there first before they can claim anything. It'll be difficult for them to beat anyone until they do that first.
JLAB
FC Energie Cottbus - 2025/26 Season Review - 2. Bundesliga One year on and we're improved on last season's 3rd place finish to claim 2nd place in the league and automatic promotion! We actually not only claimed less points than last season, but also managed to through the title away. If we had won our last game of the season against newly Karlsrucher SC (who were are beating and then losing to at one point), we would have been champions on goal difference. Still, we can't claim it was that one draw against Karlsrucher that took the title away from us, when it was really our early season form which saw us win just 1 of our opening 10 league matches that saw us do a lot of damage to our title hopes. It does also show that if we had done as well as we did last season, we would have been champions by at least four points. We just drew too many games compared to last season, but also lost too many games too. I could make excuses all day as to WHY we didn't win the title, but if we can survived in the Bundesliga with the team that was only considered the 13th best in the 2. Bundesliga next season, I'll consider that to be a successful season outright. It's just a shame that we got knocked out in the second round of the DFB-Pokal this year, not able to repeat the semi-final heroics of last season. Once again, Finn Goossens scored 20 goals in the 2. Bundesliga, something I'm eager to see if we can match next season. With 44 league goals in 60 league games, he has been one of the mean driving forces for us in the last two seasons and has absolutely helped us challenge for promotion with his goals. He has been my favourite graduate of my youth academy and is the man that I can see breaking Dimitar Rangelov's record of league goals for FC Energie Cottbus in the near future. The record currently stands at 53 goals, and Finn Goossens only needs another 9 league goals to outright break the record, which would make me so delighted that an academy graduate of mine will have broken it. Speaking of our youth graduates, our under 19s squad is considered to be very strong by our members of staff, which gives me a lot of hope of how good our team can be in the very near future. If the players in the under 19s can become as good as I think they can, then we are in for a very good time in the near future, with our hopes of staying in the Bundesliga looking very hopeful indeed. How things goes is absolutely up to the players in question, we've yet to have any wonderkids and only Goossens has become good enough to be considered a Bundesliga at one point in time so far, but with our stay in the 2. Bundesliga finally ending after 5 seasons, the Bundesliga awaits us. How well that goes, depends on the players in question. We also managed to convince the president to upgrade the training and youth facilities again, meaning that our facilities are very exciting for when we arrived in the Bundesliga too. XaW
Íþróttafélagið Völsungur Season 2023 (Season 4) Review - Pepsi-deildin - Iceland League | Squad | Transfers | Finances Even though we only finished a single spot ahead of last season, we had a much better season all over. Even if we didn't score a single goal in the last 5 games... Still, the team is improving and the youngsters are getting more experience and growing older, so things are going better every season. In the League Cup we finished 3rd in our group. Behind Akureyrar and Keflavík, and ahead of Valur, Vestmannaeyja and Fram. In the Bikar Karla we lost to Akraness in the 3rd round. Notable Players Sæþór Olgeirsson - Still our best player and the one who really delivers.Freyþór Harðarson - Another good season in midfield.Halldór Emilsson 20c - The beast at the back. Kristófer Ásbjörnsson 23a - Pretty well rounded, but need a bit work on his physicals.Bjarni Gautason 23b - Another goalkeeper...Hjalti Sigurðsson 23c - A nice attacking midfielder. _JHTB_
CD Mensajero 2029/2030 LaLiga – 19th Relegated Fixtures (1) -- Fixtures (2) -- Stats -- Awards -- Season Review -- Transfer -- Overall Best XI -- Key Player -- Hot Prospect -- Finances League: I was expecting us to have a real struggle this season but we did actually get off to a good start with some creditable draws and a victory in our opening 6 fixtures. However, that was as good as it got really as we slid down the table to be a mainstay in the relegation zone with 3 other teams playing at a similarly poor level. After a 1-0 loss in February to the team that sat just above the relegation zone I had all but accepted relegation and whilst a good March gave a glimmer of hope we eventually succumbed to relegation Cup: A decent first two rounds against before a disappointing loss to lower league opposition. Squad: As I alluded to in last seasons update Juan Nzeng 7c finally got to start as our first choice keeper but only for half a season as Roma bid close to his release fee in January, so I added a 50% of next fee to the £4.7m they bid and off he went. Alexis Davila 8b also came into the team in January courtesy of Chelsea taking their fancy to Victor Morales 7d who they purchased for £9.5m again with 50% of next sale. I didn’t really want to sell Morales, but given we were looking ever likely to be relegated I had to sell him to save us losing him for a cut price fee due to a relegation release fee. Yeremi Ares 6c this season was awarded the European Golden boy and whilst he’s been relatively prolific for us I can’t help but feel the standard of the award has waned slightly. Carlos Cerda 8c also managed to get his first international cap for Chile. Club Infrastructure: As we moved into LaLiga our stadium didn’t meet the minimum capacity so this year we are building a new stadium with training and youth facilities set for another upgrade. Our junior coaching and youth recruitment are both topped out now. We also, possibly harshly, swapped our HOYD replacing our existing one with a better one but a similar personality – Determined instead of Driven. Players of the year Adolfo Delgado 1d: Delgado maintains his consistency of being among the best players of the season, only 1 assist for him this season, but given our season its not bad. Yeremi Ares 6c: Another solid season for Ares, 13 goals in a team that were relegated is a good showing. Andoni Llorente 6a: Another player who had a pretty good goalscoring season, 9 goals and 6 assists Young Player of the year Yeremi Ares 6c: I feel at the moment there’s not much point in me looking at young player of the year as it’s usually a duplicate. Youth Intake A pretty solid intake, a few players who could be good for us in the future. Jose Bonilla 10a: A striker, but a slow striker who has poor finishing. He really looks like he could be a good winger but again the pace is a huge limiter for him that said, physicals do sometimes shoot up so here’s hoping. Zebenzui Guerra 10b: Another striker, but this time one I’m quite excited about, again he’s lacking a little pace wise but he looks pretty well rounded already for a striker at just 16. Jose Miguel Franganillo 10c: A natural wing back that I’ll probably retrain to play a little further back, though depending on how he develops he may end up instead being converted into a winger. Ivan Jesus 10d: A centre back option, nothing incredible, but good to have more potential at centre back. Overview/Looking Ahead A very tough season for us but we simply didn’t have the strength in our team to make any real stab of survival and really shouldn’t have been promoted last season. It’s a shame that we lost a couple key players this season and I do believe we’ll have a huge fight to try and keep Carlos Cerda 8c this summer. I’ll settle for a midtable position next season honestly as we need to allow some youngsters to develop and I may change formation but I’m not sure on that yet. The story so far Youth Record Holders

Sn00gle
Arkonia Szczecin 2031/32 Squad - League - Transfers - Facilities - Finances - Intake Great season I didn't lost any of my key player. We managed to win Polish Cup and we will play in Euro Cup in next year. This was wierd edition of Polish Cup. All the best teams got knock out and we played in the final with Fortuna 1 League Podbeskidzie. In quaterfinals we fight with Jagiellonia which was the hardest team to beat in this edition. We earned 1,4 milion euros for position in league and by winning Pro Junior System. Half of this money will be changed to upgreat youth fields. At the end of the season we got first feeder club which will get money from us Resovia Rzeszów which actually managed to get into Fortuna 1 League. This will be nice play for my youth to get some experience since I dont have second team and u18 is not playing in official league. Team is decent but still weak to be honest and the bigest clubs in Poland are on lvl of lowest in Germany so its hard to fight with them. The max. what we should reach is pos. 8-12. Intake in this season was very nice 7 players got tagged. Wdowik 12a Forward finally! Bodzioch 12b DR, Fornalik 12c next GK... Peda 12d and Tloczek 12e ML's, Szulc 12f DL, Henrique 12g DM random brazilian wich is actually most promissing to be honest even if starts don't say so. On that position in first squad we have the best player in team so calculations might be even more promising. Right character and bright future. libbyshuss
Season 2048/49 Superliga finish: 3rd Season Summary This was much more like it. We managed to take our good form from last season straight into the new season and put together an excellent run. After 12 games we hit first and were looking good. however, we then lost two against our nearest rivals and then found ourselves drawing a few too many. Still, 3rd in our first season back and a return to Rurope is an excellent season Players Isaac Mensah 46B - Part of my disappointing youth intake from 2046, he originally was a 3 star potnetial player with a poor personality. After comkng into the team last season he kept his place for this and suddenly his personality turned to fairly proffessional and his potential to 5 solid stars. He was attracting interest from all over Europe and I turned every offer down, the most being 33m and 40% of next sale., which is crazy money. Still only 20, he had a fiarly stop/start season with lots of silly injuries, but his physicals are insanely good for our level He became the second of our player to win the golden boy as well Kristoffer Jorgensen 45A - Same age as Mensah and outperfroming him as well. No real interest for him though, even though he's great. these two have left Rene Anderson far behind, who is still really no better than when he wsa 20 and won the golden boy Youth A third promise of a golden generation in a row. I was a bit bemused by the promise of wingers from a HOYD whose preferred formations are 433 but what can you do? The intake gave me two really interesting prospects, both of who are ideal wingers. Am i going to have to go back to a 4231 in a few years time? The U19s are playing it again jusst for these two Finance and Improvements Our youth facilities slipped due to technological advances and me being 5m in the red still meant i couldn't improve them. Will I end up regretting turning down 33m for Mensah? Next season we're back in Europe and within touching distance of the title. Can we finally win it??
XaW
Íþróttafélagið Völsungur Season 2024 (Season 5) Review - Pepsi-deildin - Iceland League | Squad | Transfers | Finances A really good season were we actually fought for the European spots. Granted, the league were really close, so we were a big bunch of teams vying for the spots. Still, a good season for us and a record highest league finish. We also made some progress off the pitch, and we've mostly stopped the financial bleeding now. However, we are £400k in red, so it's going to take some time to get back into the positive, but at least the debt isn't growing at the moment. In the League Cup we won our group ahead of Breiðablik, ÍR, Víkingur R, Leíknir F and Leíknir R. In the semi final we beat Þróttur to reach the final. There we also beat FH to claim our first title in this tournament. In the Bikar Karla we beat Fjölnir, ÍBK and Haukar before losing to Þróttur in the semi final. Notable Players Sæþór Olgeirsson - As usual, our best player and the main attacking threat.Freyþór Harðarson - Our great DM as usual.Halldór Emilsson 20c - Still one of our best defenders. Youth intake Youth intake - We keep getting intakes of the about same level as before, so I'm beginning to be saturated of players at the same level. Still, I'd rather have this than poor players. Emil Birgisson 24a - A good well balanced midfielderGuðmundur Kristinsson 24b - Pretty good for a goalkeeper. Perhaps in the main squad next season. Stefán Einarsson 24c - I actually rate this guy from this intake. Pace and crossing is very good. Can also deputise on the left.

XaW: I'm so excited to see what you can doo with a club from Island on the long run! And i can relate to the chairman selling players after losing 2 great keeper talents because of the board haha. Libbyshuss: lets go in europa! Crazy that kidd won Golden Boy with those stats, he must have a really good manager then... Also nice with the sale, maybe you have the money to upgrade your training and youth facilities more now? Sn00gle: Finally a striker and a cup win in the same season? Thats strong man. _JHTB_: Again, i learned when you get the chance to write long contract and gave your players a clause, DO IT!! It's getting so tired losing one of the best players. I also lost my CB, and i have 4-5 fine CB at the club, but no one that are great and more than 2-3 stars anyway.. Sad to go down go Liga B again, but i can see you got a way better economy now and better recruitment and coaching!

Most my players are on long deals, just some of the release fees were probably a little low unfortunately. Cerda was unfortunate though as we'd got him a £30 mil release fee but he demanded areleation release fee. Hopefully, we can start making some money at one point so I can avoid selling players that could be great. On another note, I've finally gotten around to change up a few things, so now I should have the correct names for the competitions, and the correct logos. I've also tweaked the club names a bit, so I've changed "Ungmennafélagið Fjölnir" to just "Fjölnir" as an example. It just makes things easier to read. libbyshuss
I've given up on Silkeborg for the time being. Danish youths are just not strong enough sadly. I might go back to it one day. So, now I'm the new manager of Salisbury FC! They aren't very good! edit: lol, they have 12 first team players! XaW
Íþróttafélagið Völsungur Season 2025 (Season 6) Review - Úrvalsdeild - Iceland League | Squad | Transfers | Finances A kind of strange season for us, this one. We conceded a lot less and scored almost the same as last season, but we finished with a point less. Mostly, because we drew too many matches, but we did play much better this whole season. So another season just below the European spots, and a second consecutive 4th place for us. In the Deildabikar we won our group ahead of Vestmannaeyja, ÍBK, Breiðablik, Leiknir F., and FH. In the semi final we beat Valur to reach another final in the cup. There we won it by beating Þróttur R. after extra time. In the Mjólkurbikarinn we beat Haukar and KR before losing to FH in the quarter final. Notable Players Sæþór Olgeirsson - He swapped a bit between playing as a striker and a right winger this season and he had another amazing time.Steinar Lúðvíksson 21d - A great season from our young central midfielder.Halldór Emilsson 20c - Not long until he is one of our real veterans. Plays great every season. Youth intake Youth intake - The first intake I've been a bit disappointed by, but I guess that means the squad is improving. Still got a few talents. Ásgrímur Gunnarsson 25a - The best in this intake. A very promising central defender.Garðar Stefánsson 25b - Utility winger I think could be useful.Ásgeir Stefánsson 25c - A decent left back.

JLAB
FC Energie Cottbus - 2026/27 Season Review - Bundesliga In a year where we needed absolutely everything to go our way to survive, we did not need to be losing our best defender on a minimum release clause and for the President to be selling our best young talent behind our back. Still, despite the problems, we had to continue kicking on, for there was plenty of reason to push forward, seeing as we were playing against some of the biggest teams, not just in Germany, but the entire world this season, and we had to make sure that we left our mark and did everything in our power to survive. Much to my surprise, we actually did end up surviving in the Bundesliga in our first season. It took quite a bit of luck to do it, including a shock win away from home against Bayer Leverkusen on the last day of the season to ensure we not only survived, but finished four points clear of the relegation playoff positions with a 14th place finish, something that I thought might be difficult when I realized that we had to play Dortmund and Leverkusen in the last two games of the season. The campaign was a very difficult one, and so many times I found myself filled with dread with how bad we were doing and how much better the other teams were on the day. We lost more than half of the games of the season, we conceded the 2nd highest amount of goals and had the 4th worst attack in the league, but we somehow managed to survive. As for our youth intake? Well, it was rather promising once again, another Golden Generation and we had at least four players that just stood out as really promising talents for the future. Looking at them all, they look like players that we can use for the future, we can train Rudy to be a right winger, with both Hasa and Schoch being good defenders and Diakiese being a good potential striker as well, things can be very rosy if we can ensure that the talents are as good as our coaches think they can be. Now I need to talk about our homegrown wonderkid who managed to win the European Golden Boy, despite player half of the calender year of 2026 in the 2. Bundesliga. He's our first official wonderkid that we've produced under my leadership, we managed to tie him down until 2031 and he is our highest paid player at £32K a week in wages. He might not have gotten 10 goals in the league this season, but he still did his part to help us survive with 8 goals and 4 assists in the league, being involved in almost half of the goals scored in the league, and also scoring another 4 goals in the DFB-Pokal, helping us get to the quarter finals of the competition this season. I can only hope that next season he can get 10+ goals in the league as we look to consolidate our place in the Bundesliga next season. XaW
Íþróttafélagið Völsungur Season 2026 (Season 7) Review - Úrvalsdeild - Iceland League | Squad | Transfers | Finances Wow, what a season! Just simply a great season for us and we have started to really fill out the trophy cabinet. We contended for the top spots throughout the whole season and at the end we won it with a game to spare. Our first league title and we are qualified for the Champions League next season! In the Deildabikar we finished 2nd in our group behind KR, but ahead of Akraness, Viðir, Vestmannaeyja and Vestri. In the Mjólkurbikarinn we beat Fjölnir, Akraness, Víkingur R. and Valur to reach the final. Here we beat Breiðablik to claim the trophy. Notable Players Aron Guðjónsson 21g - Playing as the more attacking midfielder role he had a fantastic season.Styrmir Arnarson 20e - Our left winger actually scored a lot more goals than his finishing suggests he could.Agnar Þormóðsson 22i - Our main striker had a good season and scored quite a bit. Youth intake Youth intake - Two good players, but a lot of thrash this time. Sigurður Aðalsteinsson 26a - A very promising right winger with great crossing.Hlynur Marteinsson 26b - The mental attributes is really great for a player his age. Needs some work, but very talented.

thomas_e
FC Energie Cottbus Season Summary 2024 - 2025 Another Bundesliga survival Our second season in the Bundesliga and we were not able to improve on our strong 13th place finish last year. We finished 14th with 32 points, 5 points less than last season. We did have a big impact though, keeping Dortmund to a 2-2 draw in the last round, gifting Bayern the title. At times we were really awful this year. After six games we had one single point and lost 5-1 against Frankfurt and 4-0 to Leipzig, both of them at home! We introduced a few youngsters into the team and that certainly led to some unconsistant performances. But we managed to pick up points here and there and it was enough to stay in the league. Only two teams get automatically relegated and with 22 and 23 points you don't really need to be great to survive. On a positive note we have some great young talent in the club. Both in the starting 11, but our U19's are also packed with talent and I think the future is quite good! Unfortunately we are struggling to find loans for our young talents. I think thats really strange as many of them could strengten most teams in Bundesliga 3. The goal for next season is still only to survive and develop our youngsters along the way! _JHTB_
CD Mensajero 2030/2031 LaLiga 2– 4th Lost playoff Final Fixtures (1) -- Fixtures (2) – Fixtures (3) -- Stats -- Awards -- Season Review -- Transfer -- Overall Best XI -- Key Player -- Hot Prospect -- Finances League: We started off a little poorly with a loss and 4 draws in our opening 6 games before we were just in general either very good or just not. Going on some runs of games looking like world beaters and then other runs of games where we look terrible. Thankfully over the course of the season we did have more runs of looking good and even had the chance to get automatic promotion on the final day, but alas we put in one of our poor performances and had to settle for the playoffs. Going into the playoffs I knew we probably could win, but also knew a poor performance wouldn’t be against the norm. It was an all Canary Island affair in the semi-final as we took a short flight across to Tenerife and managed to secure a 1-0 victory to take to the second leg. In character with the rest of the season we were poor in the second leg but only lost 1-0 after extra time to progress as the higher seed. Two more poor performances in the final as we lost 1-0 on aggregate to Girona meaning we only scored 1 goal in the playoffs so not good enough. Cup: Yet again, no real cup run, beating the teams in lower leagues before bowing out to LaLiga opposition. Squad: With our first choice centre back leaving during the summer we needed a replacement and that came in the form of French youth international Thomas Barthelemy 9e who isn’t an awful option just a far way from who he was replacing. Arodi Gonzalez 9h also became the latest to try and be a long term option at left back. Jose Bonilla 10a developed a lot over the first half of the season so spent the second half of the season in Segunda B with promotion chasing Hercules de Alicante. Although not anywhere close to the first team Xiraxi 8f did manage 21 assists in the 4th tier with the B team which is good. Club Infrastructure: We moved into our new stadium this season and also upgraded training and youth facilities again using the money we managed to generate from our year in the top tier and from player sales. Players of the year Yeremi Ares 6c: Overall a good season however, this season he seemed to get the inconsistency bug that has been a major issue with my strikers in the save as a whole going on a couple of pretty long goalscoring droughts including at the end of the season which may have ultimately cost us promotion. Victor 1e: The central defender having a strong season and chipping in with 2 goals. Cristo Navarro 1a: Whilst he’s been a first team player for many years this was the first time he averaged over 7 and he added 8 goals and 3 assists for good measure from right back. Youth Intake The intake preview said it would be a golden generation but with no good players in any positions except by omission defensive midfield and Goalkeeper. In the end it was as it said but, underwhelming for sure. Victor Ramos 11a: Goalkeeper number one of the intake. He’s lacking in a lot of areas but hopefully he can develop at least some to give us cover in the long term at goalkeeper. Armando 11b: Defensive midfielder who has no physicality to his game really. He does have some nice attributes but Id suggest he needs to improve a lot to trouble the first team. Felix Traore 11c: Goalkeeper number two. Like Ramos lacking in a lot of areas, perhaps slightly more rounded already but hardly by much. Overview/Looking Ahead Whilst it is disappointing to lose the playoff final I don’t think us getting promoted would have achieved much aside from us getting straight relegated again as we’re arguably weaker then when we were promoted last. Overall I’m very happy with our season though. Next year I’m happy for more of the same, if we get promoted bonus, but staying towards the top end of the table and developing some of our youngsters will be good so we can make a stab at staying up in the top flight in the future by having stronger squad depth. libbyshuss
So here I am at FC United of Manchester. I had a really good run with them a few years ago in the Dafuge challenge. They're a good side to choose for this challenge as they have a high number of season ticket holders already and a nice fairly balanced squad 20/21 (season 1) National League North 4th Season Summary No Dms, no AMs and only one winger in my small starting squad made my decision to go with a narrow 433 a nice easy one. it worked pretty well as well with 3 wins and a draw from our opening 4 fixtures putting us on top. No wins in the next 4 sent us down again byu we kept plodding away and a run of 5 wins out of 6 put us top at christmas. As soon as we went top thpugh, the vertigo kicked in and we didn't win for 4 games. A win against then top of the table Lowestoft put our season back on track and in the end we qualified for the play-offs quite easily. The first leg saw us comfortable beat Hereford, setting up a difficult semi-final game away at Spennymoor, who had finished 2nd. We played superbly well and got a well deserved 2-1 win. We went into the final on an unbeaten run of 8, full of morale and looking really good. And we ran kettering really close but sadly, it just wasn't to be.... Youths THe really good thing about having 2000 season ticket holders is they give you the financial freedom to ask for improvements pretty much straight off, so I knew for our level our youth setup was really, really good. The preview wasn't the most encouraging, with more yellow than green lines, but looked encouraging The intake was really good. Lots of really nice personalities and determination. sadly, as I went for personality over attriubtes my HOYD has 3 for both player potential and ability. Still, can't really complan with all the 4 stars he gave me! Now I have to decide how many to start introducing to the first XI. I don't think I can afford to many if I want to push on from this season. We'll see Finances and Improvements Really pleasing season. I finished with 350k in the bank and made a few improvements Early next season my youth facilities should be improved as well. Things are looking really promising!
XaW
Íþróttafélagið Völsungur Season 2027 (Season 8) Review - Úrvalsdeild - Iceland League | Squad | Transfers | Finances Another good season for us, as we retained the title and qualified for Europe again next season. I'm starting to have an issue with getting in good defenders, since I keep getting great midfielders and goalkeepers mostly. Still, the players are improving and I think we are in a good place at the moment going forward. In the Deildabikar we finished 2nd in our group behind Fjölnir, but ahead of Akraness, Haukar, Leiknir F. and Víkingur Ó.. In the Mjólkurbikarinn we beat Sindri, Fjölnir and Afturelding before losing to Víkingur R. in the semi final. We had our first go in the Champions League this season as well. In the 1st qualifying round we beat KF Shkëndija of North Macedonia and in the 2nd qualifying round we beat Legia Warszawa of Poland. Then in the 3rd qualifying round we lost to Swiss outfit Basel. That meant we went into the Europa League and the playoff. Here we sneaked in ahead of Osijek of Croatia to reach the group stage! We are facing FC København of Denmark, HJK of Finland and Club Brugge of Belgium and it's still in progress, so I'll post when I get knocked out. Edit: So we got knocked out in the group stage, unsurpringsly, as we finished 4th in the group. Notable Players Styrmir Arnarson 20e - A mainstay on the left wing and also scored a lot of goals.Snæþór Stefánsson 20j - One of the veterans from the first seasons and also our current captain.Sæþór Olgeirsson - The real OG and our top scorer by far. Youth intake Youth intake - Much better than last season and some nice personalities for once! Helgi Bjarnason 27a - A talented defensive midfielder. If he were taller and had higher jumping I'd consider making him a DC, but I'll keep him as our DM terrier.Eysteinn Gylfason 27b - Yes, yet another goalkeeper, and another good one at that.Hilmar Jónsson 27c - I do get a fair share of right wingers as well, and this is also a decent talent.Steinar Einarsson 27d - A good striker however, is much needed for us. JLAB
FC Energie Cottbus - 2027/28 Season Review - Bundesliga It was honestly expected, but we were relegated from the Bundesliga in our second season there. We have been punching above our weight for a long time now, and when we only had 2 wins in our first 24 matches, I honestly just gave up, thinking that we were going be relegated as the team bottom of the table. Yet when we picked up 11 points in 5 matches, it gave me hope, but in the end just picking up 1 point from the last 6 games, Stuttgart, who beat us 5-1 at our ground, climbed out of the relegation zone when they beat Düsseldorf on the last day of the season. We faced off against Nürnburg to try and keep our Bundesliga status, but they beat us 1-0 over two legs to take our place. In all honesty though, I'm not that upset about going down, since we weren't able to have a squad that we good enough for this division in the midfield, defence and goalkeeping areas, with only our strikers able to be considered Bundesliga players. So if anything, heading down to the 2. Bundesliga league could give us the opportunity to develop our players so they can be good enough for the Bundesliga when we do eventually get promoted again. Despite not having the best of seasons, we did have another golden generation once again and some really exciting looking players coming through our academy. I am excited about these three players, even if Seidel feels more like a central players than a winger, but Egge and Richter feel like players who are in their correct positions at least and could be really good talents that have been predicted to be good enough for the Bundesliga one day, which is rather promising. In other news, we managed to upgrade both the youth and training facilities after the prize money that came in last season, which was really ideal. They're not far away from being the State of the Art Facilities that I would love to have at the club sooner or later. Things are improving rather nicely in that department at least.
thomas_e
Sorry to see you get relegated @JLAB! I also struggled more in the second season in the Bundesliga, but I got lucky. As you say, this gives you the opportunity to develop players in the 2nd Bundesliga without getting hammered week in and week out, but do you fear losing your top talents?
JLAB
Surprisingly not @thomas_e. I've gotten most of them on 3-5 year contracts at this point, even if some of the players wanting new contracts keep trying to put minimum release clauses in there, but I can just bully the players into not putting them in there. I've also gotten to the point that pretty much every position can be replaced with younger talent if I needed them to be, so at this point in time, I can 100% claim to be in a really good position. Besides, with the team expected to finish in the top half (9th place), I've also got room to maneuver at this point, even with 2 of my current players in the media dream 11, and another former player of mine, highlighted in the screenshot, showing how good we are at developing players at this point. As for the players in the media dream eleven, they're both considered Bundesliga quality players, which is already a promising time. Goossens also scored 44 goals in 60 games in this division last time we were here, and given that he's also improved, that's more of a reason to think he can get more. Nico Steuk I can see getting into double figures too, which is a rather promising scenario, and that's not even talking about their backups or other areas of the team either. Still, I've got a soft spot for my former best player who's got a £2.5M release clause that's been hit by Borussia Mönchengladbach, VfB Stuttgart, Werder Bremen and Bournemouth, with Fiorentina and Hertha Berlin also apparently interested too. The idea that a player I developed could find himself with a Premier League team makes my heart feel warm and fuzzy.

libbyshuss
Season 21/22 (season 2) Nationsl League North Finish 6th Season Summary Another good season for us in general. We started really well and were in the top 3 for the first 3/4 months. A couple of injuries forced us to change formation, which led to us winning only 1 in 12 games. We fisnished pretty strongly, qualifying for the play-offs of the back of a 15 match unbeaten run. We carried that good form into the play-offs and got to the final for the second season in a row, where.. Our problem was winning games. We only lost 7 league games all season, but we drew 21. At times it was ridiculous Players Ciaran Dunne 21A - our best youth pull from last year went straight into the team and quickly became our best player, despite being only 16 for half the season. Sadly, he seems injury prone and missed a lot of games, Declan Hodby 21B - Not a great season from the lad but he's a prospective league 2 player by all accounts so big things are expected of him Youth An odd preview that promised agolden generation but was really quiet on players. All it mentioned was wingers, which as i'm playing a narrow 433 mainly wasn't that exciting. The intake was a nice surprise though. some really good personalities in there Alan Thompson looks the best prospect. A perfectionist midfielder! The only issue is he's a ball winning midfielder, who aren't my favourites, and I have loads of them atm. Finances and Improvements We've still got money in the bank and we're able to make a couple more improvements too. Things are plodding along nicely
JLAB
FC Energie Cottbus - 2028/29 Season Review - 2. Bundesliga Oh, how absence makes the heart grow fonder. Well, it seems as though we really enjoy playing in the 2. Bundesliga and finishing in 2nd place. We were promoted with three games to go and dropped 5 points in the last 3 games, including a defeat to League Champions Freiburg on the 2nd to last game of the season, who secured their record 6th 2. Bundesliga title. Remarkable in that regards, but we're also avoiding a rather strange curse on the teams going up as 2. Bundesliga champions. The last 3 champions have come straight back down in their 1st season in the Bundesliga, Union Berlin twice, and Fortuna Düsseldorf once. The last team to avoid being relegated after winning the 2. Bundesliga was Stuttgart, but if I was to include their title winning season 2 years before, it would mean that 4 of the last 6 2. Bundesliga Champions have gone straight back down the next season. Perhaps... we're dodged a bullet there instead... For the first time, I've found myself looking at the players on our payroll and deciding to cut some of them loose. Admittedly, losing Jan-Niklas Rudy was my only real complaint this season, but I knew that was going to happen when I let my Director of Football or Head of Youth Development negotiate his professional contract, a mistake that I've learnt from. He was someone that I was considering making an Inside Forward on the right wing, but found that with several Bundesliga teams eyeing him up for a move that he was always going to leave us far earlier than I wanted him too. Still, he was playing for Borussia Mönchengladbach's Second Team last season and scored 17 goals in 34 games, which was nice to see him do. He would have gotten some game time in the 2. Bundesliga this season, but in all honesty, this probably allows him to do better for his development overall, so while I'm bemoaning his departure, it isn't the end of the world, since we're already so strong up front. If there is one thing I can say about the 2. Bundesliga, it's that Finn Goossens loves playing at this level, for he managed to scored 20 goals in 29 league matches this season, taking his record in the last three seasons we're been in the 2. Bundesliga to 64 league goals in 89 league games. This man is a machine in the 2nd tier of German football, and I am hoping that when we play our 3rd season in the Bundesliga in 4 seasons, that he can finally get double figures in the Bundesliga for the first time in his career, he's just too good not to at this point. He got the highest average rating for us this season again and I know that if we can get man firing goals in for us, we can survive, even with the weakest squad in the Bundesliga. I also want to give a special mention to Jeton Sakaj, who has become my solution to my goalkeeping problem that I've had throughout my entire time at Energie Cottbus. We're never had a goalkeeper that is considered good enough for the 2. Bundesliga, let alone the Bundesliga, but finally after so many seasons, Jeton Sakaj has become our first ever goalkeeper to be considered good enough for the 2. Bundesliga and has the potential to be good enough for the Bundesliga in the future too. He also scored 2 penalties for us this season too, so there's also that little mention I had to throw in there too, but also missed 2 penalites as well. Awkward. So we had another intake considered to be good enough to be a "Golden Generation", but this honestly felt less like a golden generation than the ones in the past. We did strengthen in some areas, but probably not in the areas that I would like to. Still, I will highlight the two players that I have the highest hopes for. Florian Bachmann who can be a really good player on the Left playing as an Inside Forward gives me lots of hope to be a good backup for Nico Steuk in the future, while Marko Benschneider can be a pretty good goalkeeper as well. The squad is developing nicely and for the first time going forward, I think we might have a team good enough to survive the Bundesliga, even if it will be difficult.
CJ'43
Aliados Futebol Clube Lordelo 2027-28 Schedule / Transfers / Statistics / Manager Campeonato de Portugal: disappointing campaign. I can remember from the top of my head at least 10 points 'lost' by conceding in the last 5 minutes... Those points wouldn't make any difference, since the teams who qualified for playoffs were miles ahead. Too bad none of them got promoted, so we can expect another painful season next year... Taça de Portugal: we lost in the first round but still managed to qualify as one of the best eliminated teams. We were knocked-out in the 3rd Round by Cova da Piedade from the second league. Youth intake: not promising. Only two decent players, Marcelo Pinto and Renato Ferreira, but both with low determination and ambition... thomas_e
FC Energie Cottbus Season Summary 2025-2026 Solid 7th place finish After two seasons of desperately fighting for survival we took big steps forward this year, finishing in 7th place. How we managed to finish where we did is a bit of a mystery, and luck played a big part this year. We got outplayed several times against the top teams, both home and away, but we are good at set pieces and we managed to find our form in the right moments. We finished the season with two losses and a draw. Before these games we were in a European spot, but even though we never try to lose games, it was actually okay to finish outside Europe. The Europa League isn't very exciting and we don't have the squad size to compete in Europe. I am still not sure that we will stay out of the relegation battle next season and I don't want to have away games in Belarus and Malta mixed in with a relegation battle.. We managed to get some decent loan deals this year, giving our best 18-19 year olds that don't make the starting 11 some good first team experience in the 2nd Bundesliga. I will have a good and long look at these players in July to decide if they are good enough to replace some of the "original" players from the start of the save that still occupy places in the starting 11. I replaced my HOYD after the youth intake this year. I cannot complain about the technical/physical quality of the players coming in, that has been brilliant! But I got concerned about the lack of determination on some of the players. Our top prospect from last years intake has not improved at all, despite top rated coaches, and I cannot help blaming that on his determination rating of 3.. On a side note I find it very frustrating that the board doesn't allow me to make affiliate clubs to improve our youth recruitment. We have top class facilities and youth coaching/recruitment and developing players through the academy is in our club vision. Why they won't allow us to connect with other clubs is very strange.. Hopefully we have another good season ahead of us and I hope a push for a CL spot is no more than 3-4 years away. libbyshuss
Season 2022/23 (season 3) National League North Finish 7th Season Summary I introduced quite a few of the youth players in the team this seaosn so I'm guessing the resulting loss of consistency is to be expected. We'd lose at home against a relegation struggler only to go and beat the team in 3rd at their place. We managed to hang around all season and snuck into the playoffs by a point Being the last qualifying side for the play-offs meant we'd have to win 3 tough away matches to get promotion. The first game we hung on and stole it in extra time, the semi final saw us smash and grab to such an extent I was faintly embarrassed So, for the third season in a row we were in the play off final, and for the third season in a row we were the away team. Chester had finished second and although we'd got a creditable 2-2 draw the week earlier I wasn't feeling too confident. As it happens, we played really well.... to be 8 minutes from promotion and lose it is a bit sickening. Third season in a row for us as well...... THe cups went well for us. We reached the second round proper and were the televised game as League 1 Doncaster visited us. We lost a narrow game 1-0 but the TV money was very welcome Players Ciaran Dunne 21A - By far our most important player. He scores and he assists, with over 20 for the season in both. He managed to stay fit all season and only missed the odd game for his international commitments. He's going to be key for us in the next few seasons Youth We managed to get up to excellent youth recruitment level, which is amazing for a national league north team. We were promised a golden generation... but the promise of wingers was a bit upsetting, being that I'm currently using a wingerless formation Four 4 star prospects isn't too shabby and even better they all have good personalities and determination. none of them are ready to step into the first team quite yet but I'm hopeful that within a season or two they'll be the straight in there. Finances and Improvements I spent all my money on improvements and managed to time my requests off the back of a good run of results. The board always seem much more compliant then! The excellent youth recruotment will hopefully pay off. I need promotino and proffessional status to build on this though, I just can't afford anything else off the back of what we have now
