JLAB
This is Ergün Şenol, he is my star defender. He wants to move to a bigger club. I told him that we would only sell him for £3.1M, his minimum release clause, which he claimed that it was unrealistic. Literally the same day, he gets himself injured by overexerting himself in the weights room during training. I know that some players will do anything to move on, but this is a bit much.
JLAB
The youth intake preview has arrived, and it's good? I'm happy that we're getting a top prospect in the centre of midfield, but what I really want is for defenders to come through the system now. I'm starting to feel the fact that my Head of Youth Development being good in coaching attacking players is meaning that he's getting the best attacking players when what we need are defensive players like central defenders. Still, this potentially bodes well regardless if we get some good talent.
bpecanha
How frustrating can be a match? My team is clearly the worst of the league, we were holding them and doing our job perfectly, but they found two goals in stoppage time. What a kick in the teeth. We are playing better than I expected, but this is extremely disappointing.
JLAB
The Youth Intake has arrived and it is the perfect intake. I got players in every position that I needed strengthening in. I needed both central defenders and central midfielders and I got them all. The fact we've also got more strikers mean that I can experiment with my tactics more too. If there was an intake that I wanted, then this was it. I just got to hope that we don't get relegated so we can enjoy the fruits of our labour. gadedk
FC Barreirense 5 season The 5 season is done and wow... what a season we just had! We ended up being number 3, but because the B-teams can't move up, we are now going to play in the best league next season! The goals is is yet again, just to stay up and dont go down right a way. I hope we got some money to upgrade our facilities, so we can start to get some really good players in the next coming seasons. Our captain Goncalo Fonseca played the most games, 31 and provided 20 assists! Meanwhile the best player maybe was our right back Araujo: Thats is maybe why, the fans named him player of the season: Youth intake season 5: The board is about to rebuild the stadium to give us some more capacity, now when are in the first league. I hope to get the training and youth facilities upgraded also in the next season This is maybe the most satisfying thing to look at every season! How our players, formed in the club got to play more and more games.
schnauzer
Another restart for me, as I wasn't able to play my Witton Albion save for a while and @XaW has since flown through the seasons with them and done brilliantly, and there's no way that I was going to match what he did. So I'm going back once more to Whitby Town:
JLAB
FC Energie Cottbus - 2023/24 Season Review - 2. Bundesliga For the first time in our spell in the 2. Bundesliga, we found ourselves in a relegation battle. At no point were we ever higher than 11th place in the league, which says a lot considering that we've finished in 9th place in the last team seasons. So this could be considered a step backwards in regards to performances, even though we didn't lose a single player to transfers for the first time in a few seasons. If anything, the reason we didn't do as well as we have done in recent seasons is more due to my attempts to bring through some of the younger talents into the squad as we were able to bring some players in to give us more strength in depth for the first time in a few seasons. It does say a lot that my attempts to bring players into the first team almost did more damage than good, but I suppose I shouldn't be as concerned as I could be, we were lacking in goals, but only scored 3 less goals than last season, so that's nothing new. We just didn't win as many games as last season and conceded more goals than last season. A disappointment? Yes. A disaster? No, we didn't get relegated. The thing that I'm more disappointed about is the fact that our move to our new stadium got delayed by 5 months. Is it ideal? Absolutely not, but it's again, not a disaster. I'm just happy that we can still play in our new stadium in the 2. Bundesliga unless more delays happen, which if that happens will be just frustrating. Still, I managed to convince the board to upgrade both the training and youth facilities during the season, and at the end of the season, both the junior coaching and youth recruitment, which will only help us in the long-run. Tim Stawecki Enis Berisha Ibrahim Hajtic Ergün Şenol Ben Meyer Damir Bektic Colin Raak Mortiz Broschinski Felix Geisler Jorge Cordoba Santiago Degenkolb As I enter my 5th season as the manager of FC Energie Cottbus, I wanted to look over the players that have been in my starting lineup for a while now, and players that I could call upon to do a good job. People like Degenkolb, Brochinski and Cordoba have gotten 55.28% of the goals scored in my four seasons in charge of FC Energie Cottbus so far, while the likes of Raak have been so consistent that the team feels weaker when he's not able to play. Bektic for the longest time was not part of my plans, but Eisenhuth's departure last season has given him a way in, as he was the only player that I felt I could make into a really good player for my team, which goes and ahead and says a lot. Still, when Berisha and Meyer are able to provide the assists in the wing, things are going well, especially when Meyer is standing over a set piece which we can take advantage of. Mustafa Özkan Michael Wehner Frank Addo Mahfoud Zouaoui Emre Can Baran Mirko Gibhardt Fadil Kabashi Patrick Bente Rainer Walter Niklas Schulze Finn Goossens Stefan Gross Nico Steuk If there is one thing that four years of youth intakes has provided me, it is a look to the future. With three different strikers that have the potential to make it into the first team and pretty much an entire first eleven (choosing one of the three strikers provided), we have an entire starting eleven of young prospects that I have a lot of hope for going forward into the future. Will they make it into the first team as the formation I've provided? Not all of them, but given that we have a great pool of talent to potentially choose from, things are looking very bright indeed. We did have one of our young talents poached by VfL Wolfsburg during the season too, so I will be keeping an eye out for an Oliver Langer next season coming around.

libbyshuss
Season 2045/46 Superliga Finish: 3rd Season Summary A really great season for us which feels like a huge step forward. The Europa Conference definitely helped as it allowed us to build up some early season form. Good wins against Cork City and then Waterford put us in the 4th qualifying round where, as long as we avoided Monaco, I fancied our chances. So obviously we got Monaco. A brilliant performance in the first leg saw us go 4-3 up with 5 minutes left. sadly, they scored two in injury time to win 5-4. We went to Monaco the next week and with nothing to lose I went attacking. This happened:- our best ever result! we still went out on away goals, but what a result! And it gave the team a huge boost, sending us on a good 10 match unbeaten run in the league. By October we looked unlikely title challenges , with some cracking victories like this We couldn't maintain it and slipped as low as fifth at one stage but a really good end to the season saw us take third place on goal difference. A fantastic season all round. The most encouraging thing was how young the first choice XI was - they can only get better from here! Players Rene Anderson 39A - Another cracking season from the lad. leading scorer, assist provider and average rating, all from playing on the right hand side of a 3 man attack. Kristoffer Jorgensen 45A - last seasons top youth pull, i gave him the odd game here and there at the start of the season and he always performed. Gave him an extended run at the end of the season and he did brilliantly. He'll be a first choice pick next season and I'm quite excited about it. He just won his first U21 cap as well and is still only 17 Patrick Jacobsen 43A - He's only 19, still improving and looking likely to be our best ever player. He's ridiculously consistent. Pedro Feirrera 38B - Another good, solid season from our right back. But beilliantly, he became the first Silkeborg KFUM player to win an international cap while at the club! Youth Looked a really good youth preview with some really nice green things being said But i was a little disappointed by the final intake. Nobody really stands out as being particuarly exciting I signed about 6 up in the end. You never know, with our nice new training ground they may become useful players Finances and Upgrades Well, no upgrades this season. Money is a little tight paying upkeep for all the upgrades we've already done. We finished 2m in the red which isn't too bad at this stage, we need a bigger European adventure next season!

_JHTB_
CD Mensajero 2028/2029 LaLiga 2 – 7th Promoted via Playoffs Fixtures (1) -- Fixtures (2) – Fixtures (3) -- Stats -- Awards -- Season Review -- Transfer -- Overall Best XI -- Key Player -- Hot Prospect -- Finances League: I was expecting us to have a bit of a struggle season this time out, especially considering how suspect we looked towards the back end of last season. Yet again, our end of season form was polar opposite to the start of the next as we won our opening two fixtures and whilst we did lose the next two we just looked a lot better on the whole. In fairness, I think a large part of our upturn was due to us having someone scoring regular goals. Our form in on the whole was good generally bouncing straight back after a loss meaning we found ourselves 1 point away from automatic promotion with 5 games remaining. It seems we saved up our poor form for the end of the season as we ended horrendously losing 4 of our last 5 including against two relegated clubs as we not only threw away chances of automatic promotion, we also nearly squandered of playoff spot securing it with a final day draw against the team below us. Going into the playoffs I don’t see how we will progress our as form is not with us in the slightest and Alaves our opponent had recently beaten us in the league. The first leg was at home and we scored a lucky early goal and played back to the walls for the rest holding on to a 1-0 victory. They edged the second leg too but we were clinical in a 3-2 loss seeing us progress on away goals. Levante were our final opponents, a team we did the double over in the regular season. We couldn’t make it 3 in a row as we missed a penalty in a 0-0 draw in the first leg. The second leg was another tense affair but this time we scored a penalty to secure the victory and a remarkable promotion from LaLiga 2. Cup: A comfortable win against lower league opposition in the first round before being smashed 3-0 by divisional rivals Getafe in the second. Squad: I mentioned a regular scorer in my league round up and that was a new player into the team as Yeremi Ares 6c took Rosmen Meilan 3d’s spot in the team having been prolific in the under 19s for a few years (although underwhelming last season in his first team opportunities). Victor Morales 7d was also introduced to regular first team action in the midfield replacing a combination of Acaymo Fernandez and Nauzet Ingles 2d. Andoni Llorente 6a did also cement himself as our first choice player on the left. To end off our biggest change in first team personnel for a new season possible so far, last season youth graduate Carlos Cerda 8c came straight into the team as first choice centre back. Juan Nzeng 7c and Modou Jallow 6j continued their international exploits both representing their nations at the African Cup of Nations. Club Infrastructure: We managed to persuade our new owner to upgrade youth recruitment and junior coaching budgets twice over the season, but those combined with improved contracts for our players means we are back to losing money each year. Players of the year Adolfo Delgado 1d: We had a lot of good performers this season but Delgado 1d continued his consistency of being amongst the best performers and secured himself another POTY only 2 goals and 2 assists but a good season nonetheless. Yeremi Ares 6c: With Meilan 3d’s goal droughts the season prior I decided to start the season with Ares 6c and it massively paid off with him scoring 22 league goals and securing the leagues top scorer. Victor 1e: Victor 1e is another who is very consistent for us, though he always seems to end up as 3rd place, this is the first season he’s not been our best centre back by ability however. Young Player of the year Adolfo Delgado 1d: He’s now surpassed 300 league appearances for the club and was ever present for us this season in the league. Youth Intake On the overview it doesn’t look an awful intake but I don’t really think the players with potential have that much about them. Jeronimo 9a: The first decent potential defensive midfielder we’ve had since the first intake but other than his work rate and teamwork I don’t see that much to give me much hope for the future. Eduardo Lobaton 9b: Another player who’s attributes really aren’t really rounded all that well for the position he plays though his passing and technique look good for his age. Acaymo 9c: Actually not too bad but providing we can keep hold of him Juan Nzeng 7c will be our long term first choice so can only see Acaymo acting as a back up. Overview/Looking Ahead A season way above my expectations but the playoffs were even higher over my expectations given how we ended the regular season I was expecting to lose to Alaves and we probably should have but we didn’t and promotion is ours. A lot of interest in a few of our players in the summer and January windows with Nzeng 7c, Ceredos 8c and Llorente 6a all attracting interest. The latter getting upset at me rejecting a deadline day offer from Celta Vigo In January. Our aim for next season is simple, give staying up a good shot getting relegated is expected so if that happens I’m not upset we’re just going to enjoy the ride. This season I made the decision to stick with Zebenzui Rosa in goal but I feel now is the time to give Juan Nzeng 7c his chance as first choice. The story so far Youth Record Holders
Fastbasher
Ok, time for another go. Meet the new manager of Geel in the Belgian First Amateur division We have a squad of nine players. Fastbasher
Well that was quick. But not undeserved. Sacked 14 games into the season. All losses. 3 goals scored, 67 conceded. We also got dumped out of the cup by a lower league team. The non contract players refused to sign a contract with us and left for other teams. We were playing with a squad of 7 players. Missing a keeper, central defender, central midfielder and striker. To top it off we had two players on long term injuries and two missing games with International duty. Burundi and Spain U19s. schnauzer
Whitby Town FC - Season 2020/21 (Year 1) Review - Vanarama National League North League Performance - A respectable first season as we miss out on the playoffs in 9th place. We finished 9 points off in total and if it hadn't of been for the inconsistency of results we probably could have had a shot of promotion in the playoffs in the first year. However I think it takes a while to learn about your squad and how to get the best out of them in tactics so it's understandable. The youth intake was a little bit disappointing on the whole but there is a couple of players in the that can improve us which will help next year, hopefully to go a step closer and make the playoffs. Altrincham win the league and Stockport go up by the playoffs. Stourbridge, Hereford, Leamington and AFC Telford all go down. FA Cup - A really good run sees us overcome Halesowen, Heybridge Swifts and Darlington to reach the 1st round proper, where we were beaten 2-0 by AFC Wimbledon at Plough Lane. A nice boost to the finances from this run though. FA Trophy - Out in the first game (3rd qual. round) to rivals Blyth Spartans. Squad - A decent output from our attacking players but our defence is quite limited. My top 3 players for the season were: 1. Bradley Fewster 21 goals and 10 assists in the league, very decent. 2. Greg Rutherford Finished on a scoring streak and ended with 14 league goals. Good in the air and a focal point up top. 3. Kieran Weledji The glue that keeps our poor defence together. His long throws have earned him 7 league assists too and lead to even more goals than that. Top youngsters - Only really one half decent prospect inherited from the holiday season: 1. Davie Baird He has played as an IW on the left wing for me and not done badly and progressed a little bit this year. Very slow but good technique and mental attributes. Youth Intake - A few 5 star potential but that's more to do with our poor squad perhaps. Disappointingly the personalities are really bad despite having a HOYD with a 'perfectionist' personality. Neil Morfoot is however driven and could become a half-decent defensive full-back. I am however excited by the pacey winger Zak Riley, who scored 2 goals in 2 games at the end of the year. Transfers - The same as my last go with Whitby - the club's best LB inexplicably signs for Croatian side Zadar! Finances - In a little bit of debt but nothing too bad just yet. The cup run helped out. Other Updates - Attained National B badge - Upgrade to Academy Coaching, now at an average level - Peter Crouch assistant manager again, obviously! League Finish History Y20/21 - VNN - 9th - 65pts Facilities Training Facilities - Basic, Youth Facilities - Poor, Academy Coaching - Average, Youth Recruitment - Basic.
ashjm
Kabilio Jaffa - 2020/21 Competitions - We began in the Toto Cup which seems just to be for teams in the National League. I was not expecting too much and we finished 3rd in our group with 2 losses and a win. It seems this was enough to put us into a strange playoff system, we won that game and apparently that made us winners of Playoff 2. I am not sure to be honest. In the League we had great fun. For most of the year we were in the top three and really looked like we could have challenged for promotion, in the end we did not. We struggled for the two months before the split and then in the split and finished miles away from promotion. We got the quarter final of the cup where we lost to Beitar Jerusalem in a close game. Intake - Lots of potential but I am unsure if any will come good or not. Transfers - One came in before I took charge at the end of June. We lost a couple of decent players that I did not want to but could do little to keep Stars of Season Erez Haluva - Must of been in last years intake, looks very decent. Had a great season in the middle of the park creating a large amount of chances for us Guy Rozenblum - Had a great season up top and was always a danger in every single game Or Eiloz - Second striker and what a bloke, I need to keep both of these strikers together for as long as possible. ashjm
Kabilio Jaffa - 2021/22 Competitions - We once again started off in this mental cup competition that I am not sure about. We did better this time as we won our group and got to the semi finals. That would be for us though as we went out in a close 1-0 defeat. In the league we started amazingly we won our first four games but then for no reason at all we seemed to drop off a cliff and could not buy a couple of wins. We seemed to be able to get a win and then just not turn up to the next game. We never looked in relegation trouble and then after the split we battered the teams below us, but I really thought we should have done better this year. In the cup we won against a non league side before loosing to a Premier side in the fantastically named 1/8 final. Intake -Looks good but our team are so poor I am not sure you can really be too hopeful. Transfers - Mainly youngsters going out on loan for some game time. The only sale was an exciting right back who did not want to stay so I had to cash in. Stars of Season Erez Haluva - I would say our best player by some way, he continues to create and I think could become a very good little player Or Stein - The man who allows Erez to create, absolute rock in the middle he does very little wrong. Or Eiloz - Scored a lot of goals again but seemed to go missing in a lot of games. Swindon69
Port Talbot Season 2024/25 Well this was in some ways an interesting season, with two wins in the league in the opening seven games. Fortunately we then stabilized and finished in 3rd. The Cups were more successful with us winning both the Welsh Cup and the Nathanial MG Cup, winning the Welsh Cup ensured a spot in Europe again next season, which was handy as I got knocked out in the Semi-Final stage of the European slot play-off. I again got to the 2nd Qual Rnd of the Europa Conference where I went out on away goals to Maccabi Tel-Aviv, rather frustratingly their only goal came from the penalty spot. We had a board take-over during the season which didn't turn out to be too stressful in the en. And finally - we will have tenants in our stadium as one of the promoted sides grounds isn't up to standard, this will generate the enormous sum of £966 in rent!
XaW
On 05/09/2020 at 13:22, Big Marv said: Quick question. Rules on existing loan players when you take over: - must they be terminated - can they be extended Thanks I don't know if you got a real answer, but here it is. You have to terminate them if possible. If it's not possible, then you still are NOT allowed to play them. Dump them in the reserves and try to forget about them until they leave. Of course, no extending is allowed. The same goes for transfers already set up when you join. If you can cancel them, do so at once. Otherwise, you are allowed to play them since they were, at that point considered a part of the original squad. We don't have any way of checking, but this is a challenge were everyone are expected to follow the rules and do the challenge for themselves. The same can be said for save scumming, scout tools, downloaded tactics and all those things. We cannot check if you are doing anything outside the rules, but we expect everyone to respect them. If someone don't want to follow them, then sure, go ahead, play the game as each sees fit, but these are the rules of this challenge. Other than that everyone are welcome and everyone are helpful and supportive of each other in here!
JLAB
We finally moved into the new stadium 5 months late, which is a relief. The fact that the stadium could eventually be expanded to another 18,000 seats is a rather delightful realization, though I wish I knew why it wasn't 36,000 exactly and there was an extra 4 seats added to the full potential capacity. As for the future, we apparently have a golden generation on its way. I'll believe it when I see it, but given the past few intakes, this is still rather exciting regardless.
ashjm
Kabilio Jaffa - 2021/22 Competitions/League - Started in that stupid cup again and actually did very well. We managed to get all the way to final and in a spectacular game we drew 4-4 and then lost on pens 7-6 it was good fun. In the Cup I presume due to our low finish last year we entered in round seven rather than eight. We won our first game but then got a tough draw and it was out for us. In the League we were tremendous. We were at or near the top all year round, what I was especially pleased with was that after the split we just seemed to get so good at the back that was great to see and it was that resulted in a title win for us. Intake -I stupidly forgot to take a screen shot of the actual intake so I am just showing the potential of my under 19s Transfers - Once again kids out on loan was the main aim. We did sell a couple of players one went for a lot of money that I did not want to go but I could not turn it down Stars of Season Erez Haluva - Once again fantastic for me this year did everything that was asked of him. Excellent. Avi Israel - Came in last year in the Youth Intake. Was not a starter at the start of the year but soon became one, he will get better and better Or Eiloz - He was very good again for me this year and maybe had his best year but the young guns are chasing him, one has already as good as him. XaW
Looking at the skill level of my players, I think it's fair to say, they are a limited bunch... For those who don't know, the number is a percentage of fit to a "perfect player" (ie 20 in every eligible attribute) based on what the game says are key and preferable attributes. Things to note: My only goalkeeper is NOT the best goalkeeper in the squad, looking at attributes alone... I have one player (Sæþór Olgeirsson) who are clearly the best attacking player in the squad being the best or one of the best in pretty much all attacking roles I only have 3 players with a suitability of over 40% (very low) for central defender, and only 1 are actually a central defender. One of my central defenders (Gunnar Sigurður Jósteinsson) are so poor at playing the ball that my horrible goalkeeper (Rúnar Jóhannesson) is a better Mezzala. In conclusion, the general state of this team is horrible and I'm eagerly awaiting my first youth intake!
CJ'43
Aliados Futebol Clube Lordelo 2026-27 Schedule / Transfers / Manager Campeonato de Portugal: once again on the top half of the table, close to the top spots but not close enough to qualify for the playoffs. I think it's still gonna take us a long time to be able to fight with the top dogs; I don't see any improvement's coming soon. gadedk
FC Barreirense season 6 First season in the best league in Portugal, we finally made it. Maybe a year or two before i was thinking it would happen. But fine by me! Of course the main goal was just to survive the season, so se did finish 14 out 18 teams. Lucky for us, there was 2 really bad teams. I have looked at the last couple of seasons, and it seems there always are 2-3 bad teams each season. So maybe we can just continue to grow at the club, we dont have to look to much on the last places in the league. The same thing happens in the cup every season, we dont really go far anytime haha. So 3 three players strikes out, captain model citizen and our 2 strikers with 8 goals all three, which is really nice. I'm about to chance tactic to begin playing with 2 strikers again instead of 1, because two of our best players are strikers. Our centerback Daniel Vasconcelos is about to slight out the team, some of the other defenders are just getting better than him. But he is a good backup and is a big tower on corners etc. Duarte Fernandes is the player of the season and is now unhappy and wanted by most top clubs in Portugal... So i maybe hope to keep him and then he forget about it.. Or else i have to sell him, but i dont have a clause on him. I can make 5 years contract with the players now, so i'm trying to make every player sign for 5 deals with a BIG clause in the future. So not the best youth intake, but we got one player that looks really nice: I think is the last time we will se Vasconcelos on both list, since a lot of players are playing more than him, and of course our second striker will score more goals and take his 3 place... At least i hope. *As you can see our attendance went UP this season.. Because we didn't play on our own home stadion most games. But i can tell you to look foreward to the next season recap, because i have some BIG news!

ashjm
Kabilio Jaffa - 2023/24 Competitions - I thought I had left the stupid Toto Cup but no we have a Premier League version. We did not do much as we lost in the group stage finishing 4th out of 5 and then we lost our crazy play off game. I have no idea. In the League it took us some time to settle and then when we did we looked ok, I would not say we were ever really out of game and did well in most games, we lost against the best teams but did well against those near us. In the end we were fairly safe and I would have snapped your arm off for that at the start of the year. In the cup it was mental. We won all games up to the semis playing non league or teams from the league below. By the time we got to the semis it was teams who would finish 9th, 10th, 11th and 14th. We won against 14th place and went on the beat the 9th place team in the final. I think the draw and the fact the big boys went out early was a huge help. Intake -I am not to fussed of these as they were not in spots of need Transfers - I only sold my 5th choice keeper as he was not very good the rest were kids who went out on loan again Stars of Season Erez Haluva - Did it again for us and continued to be the creative spirit in the team. Avraham Elkabets - Excellent centre back who became a key player for me this year Or Eiloz - He has managed to do it in the Premier League as well. I am really not sure if he is a first eleven player next year but if he is scoring he stays Year Division Finish Domestic Cup Europe --------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2020/21 National League 6th 1/4 Final N/A 2021/22 National League 9th 1/8 Final N/A 2022/23 National League 1st Rnd 8 N/A 2023/24 Premier League 10th Winners N/A

JLAB
FC Energie Cottbus - 2024/25 Season Review - 2. Bundesliga Our 4th year in the 2. Bundesliga has been completed, and we managed to shock a lot of people by securing a 3rd place finish for our best ever finish in charge of the club, having never finished any higher than 4th place before now. We did have a chance to go up automatically in the promotion/relegation playoffs against Mainz, but they were able to beat us 4-2 over the two legs, having won the first leg 4-0, before we won the second leg 2-0. It wasn't ideal, but at the same time it may be something we could consider a blessing in disguise. The season was one that brings me lots of hope for the future, seeing as we only finished four points off of the league title and just three points off automatic promotion. However, despite this, I must remain realistic and acknowledge that I am unlikely to be in the same position this time next season, given how strong the teams coming down are likely to be, and how strong the teams in this division tend to be. Not only did we manage to finish in 3rd place in the league, but we managed to shockingly get to the semi-finals of the DFB-Pokal this season, managing to beat RB Leipzig and VfL Wolfsburg on the way, before losing to eventual cup winners Schalke in the last four, a cup run that netted us a lot of money along the way and really helped our finances. If there was one player that I had to thank for getting us into such a strong position, it would have to be Finn Goossens, who managed to score 28 goals in all competitions, 24 of those coming in the 2. Bundesliga, where he was the top goalscorer, 3 of them coming in the DFB-Pokal, and the last goal coming in the 2-0 win over Mainz in our 4-2 aggregate loss in the relegation/promotion playoffs. Incredibly, he manage to go on a run where he managed to score 15 goals in 8 matches, a run that I have never seen a player of mine go on before. It does make his total of 28 goals not as impressive, but he came up when we needed him to, and for me, that was the most important part of the season for me. Top goalscorer and average rating of 7.46, we have finally found our key striker to build our team around. Moving onto building, we had another "Golden Generation" worth of intakes, which in a way pleased me, but at the same time almost left me filled with disappointment. For a "golden generation", I felt like this was a bit of a letdown, yes we had some good talents, but at the same time, there was some areas that I felt rather lacking in, even if we could field an entire generation of a first team tomorrow if we really wanted to. Still, looking at the strongest two talents in our youth intake, another striker in Azir Kusturica and a defensive midfielder in Steven Eickhoff, that I planned on converting into a solid central midfielder was a rather exciting time. The talents when they did turn up left me feeling like I could replace the aging players that I was going to be releasing sooner rather than later and that the talents that kept coming in could make my team stronger rather than weaker. I suppose that it helped that we are in Germany and Cottbus was pretty strong with footballing talent, but even so, things just keep getting better and better for us. Especially now that I managed to get the board to improve the Junior Coaching the Youth Recruitment once again. The team is getting more complete every year as the players grow into their roles more and more.
Diego D10S
Season 2025 / 2026 - 6th in Serie A A brilliant season from my boys securing European football next season. XaW
Íþróttafélagið Völsungur Season 2020 (Season 1) Review - 1. Deild Karla - Iceland League | Squad | Transfers | Finances I'm back in Iceland, "the saga island" as we call it in Norway. And in tradition, I'm back with Völsungur, since they don't have one of those strange youth affiliate thingies that screw up youth intakes. The team I took over wasn't horrible, but very unbalanced. A lot of strikers and few defenders, so I had to do some retraining. The biggest issue were only having a single goalkeeper and only 2 central defenders. Luckily, we avoided much injuries, but still had to use a lot of players out of position. Still, we survived, although only by a single point due to the closeness of the lower part of the table. The intake only came 2 games before the end of the season, so I only got to blood a few of them, but next season I expect a lot of game time for quite a few of them. In the League Cup we finished 5th in our group. We finished behind Víkingur Reykjavík, Akureyrar, HK and Grótta and ahead of Fram Reykjavík. In the Bikar Karla we went on a bit of a run and beat Kórdrengir, Víkingur Reykjavík, Þróttur and Breiðablik before losing to Stjarnan in the semi final. The whole cup was kind of strange, since in the semi final only a single top tier team were left. We were two from the 2nd tier, in addition to a non-league team! Notable Players Freyþór Harðarson - A really good season from our defensive minded midfielder.Sæþór Olgeirsson - He is probably our best player, and had a good season playing mostly on the right wing.Fannar Freyr Gíslason - He mostly played at central midfield due to the lack of midfielder and did very well. Youth intake Youth intake - A very good intake, but I expected as much due to the low level of current players. Hákon Smárason 20a - A really good winger, although being right footed and playing on the left is not something I usually want at this level, he will get a lot of game time.Arnar Guðjónsson 20b - Claims to be a striker, but no, he is a defender in my book.Halldór Emilsson 20c - Ahh, finally a great defender! One of the best defenders in the squad already.Hjörtur Bjarnason 20d - A good defensive midfielder, and need all the defensive fibres I can find. ashjm
Kabilio Jaffa - 2024/25 Competitions - This was busy. In Europe we did nothing. We got a draw in the home league against Sparta Prague before losing 1-0 away and we were out. In the Super Cup we somehow won on pens another trophy for me. I thought I had escaped the stupid Toto Cup but no for some reason I was entered into the semis, presumably as I won the cup. We won our semi and got to the final but did not turn up and got smashed. We could not retain the cup and despite beating one of the big boys we went out in the quarters. In the league we were awful we won our first game then did not win until December. Fortunately the new year was much better and secured safety again. Intake -Some very good young lads coming through, needed wingers got wingers Transfers - Just some young kids out on loan Stars of Season Erez Haluva - Has not been as good as previous years but is still very good for me again, I am hoping he picks up a little next year. Avraham Elkabets - Maybe the best player at the club now, is an absolute rock at the back and was tremendous all year Dor Halevi - Very decent right back, who is just solid for us. libbyshuss
Season 2046/2047 Superliga Finish: 10th Season Summary We started the season with a lot of optimism. Back in europe, a 3rd place finish behind us and by far the best squad I'd ever had. And we started well, 4 wins in the first 5 games saw us 2nd. But then we lost a couple of close games, and then a couple more, and suddenly we went 10 league games without a win. Frustratingly, in the European Conference League we were fantastic, smashing goals in everywhere. We quickly fell into a pattern where we'd get results like this: followed by this against the bottom of the league we breezed through the group stage and got Lazio in the next round. We lost 3-2 in Rome but won the second leg 3-0 to go through. Obviously, the league games before and after were lost. £ league defeats were followed by the conference league quarter final which we won easily. the Semi Final saw us draw Real Sociedad. We won both legs 1-0, while dropping into the relegation zone in the league. The final saw us play fellow Danes FC Nordsjaelland We lost on penalties. We had one game left of the season, 3 points off safety. If we could win and either Brondby or Randers lost then we'd be safe. We won, finally, but so did they and down we went. In a season where this happens! I'm still a bit in shock. A European final and relegation in the same season. I have no idea how this team got relegated, but now 8 of them want to move on. I'm not sure where I go from here.... Players Patrick Jacobsen 43A - wants to move on, I said he could if we got a bid of 41m. He said ok. We haven't had a bid of 41m yet. He's our best player Kristtoffer Jorgensen 45A - surpassed Rene Andersen as our most important striker. played almost every game at only 18 and scored 30 goals. He is going to be special i think. an honoury mention to our first wonderkid who will be sold this summer as his contract only has a year to run Youth So this is what a golden generation looks like now is it? Finances and Improvements The european won got us a lot of money but we are still losing a lot, finishing 1m in the red. Next season could destroy us.
bpecanha
AO Trikala - 2022/23 Season Review Greek Superleague: 10th (Media prediction: 14th) - Don't ask me how we did it, but we did it! With a bunch of third tier-level players, Trikala managed to stay in the top flight of the Greek football! Our journey was difficult - we won in the third match against Atromitos (1-0), but then lost some points with late goals, against PAS Giannina (they turned 3-1 into 3-3 with 93' and 96' goals) and Olympiacos (late comeback after 87' and 89' goals). With nine games without a win, we dropped to the relegation zone, but after four wins in seven matches, our position improved and we even thought about fighting for a top six spot, but it wasn't possible and we finished 10th in the Regular Stage, seven points above the relegation zone. Our relegation group campaign was worse than I expected, our exhibitions were really poor and I started thinking that we would fight until the last day, but a lucky 1-0 win against Panetolikos was enough to secure Trikala in the Superleague next season. Match of the season: AO Trikala 2-1 Aris Thessaloniki, Superleague: well earned win against one of the best clubs in the country, surprising. Greek Cup: quick exit against Superleague Two side Panachaiki in the 5th round. We have fielded a rotated squad full of youngsters, and they dominated the match. Youth Intake: This is getting even better! However, this time I've opted to sign only eight players, as my U19s are already full. RB | Djordje Babic - The gods of Football Manager blessed me with this guy. He's good, he has a decent personality and most of all: his ambidestrous! I was desperately in need of full-backs for both sides and he'll be used a lot next season. AM | Pantelis Brousianos - I love his personality, and he's quite decent already. I'm planning to use him as a CM or even DM, but I haven't thought about that yet as I was too busy with our relegation battle (I can't use the new youth intake players in the end of the season). AM | Paraschos Maidanoglou - Such a curious player. He's tall and quick, certainly not what I expect of a attacking midfielder. Maybe I can use him as a winger or a support striker (like a DLF or F9). ST | Minas Gourlas - Your typical target man, but he needs to improve his finishing. I like him, though. ST | Thanasis Kapsalis - Another target man. He's currently better than Gourlas, maybe even better than our third choice Mitsogiannis, but his low determination is a concern. DM | Panagiotis Christodoulou - Not that excited about this player, he's a BWM (something that we already have a lot in our squads) but maybe he can develop? MR | Asterios Kinalis - Another ambidestrous player, and that means versatility, something we are in need. However, i see him as pure speed. DL | Andreas Saramantas - I wouldn't even sign him in normal conditions, but our reserve full backs were completely useless, even in Superleague Two. We are needing them. The other ones weren't signed. Key players: ST | Andreas Stamatis - Another season where Stamatis was our best player. He had the 3rd best average rating in the squad and netted eight goals in the league, becoming our topscorer. Really crucial. ST | Loukas Matoulas - Remember what I said last season when he came in our youth intake? "Seriously, I can't see why my HOYD only gave him 3,5* stars of potential. He's far from being a complete striker, but I really like his playing style and I hope he'll develop more than that". Well', he's now 3* of CA, 4,5* of PA and was REALLY important midseason, with five goals, most of them with great importance. He's our future number 9, hands down, and was chosen our player of the season by the fans. CB | Michalis Giannitsis - Our defence was the worse of the season with 65 goals conceded in 33 matches, but Giannitsis helped to avoid an even worse number, as the rest of our defenders are youngsters. - Other news: I've completed my National A course, and we played this season in AEL Arena, in Larisa, as our municipal stadium is too small. Our finances are deteriorating, we need to make some money as soon as possible. EDIT: Our board wants to build a new stadium in Trikala! XaW
Íþróttafélagið Völsungur Season 2021 (Season 2) Review - 1. Deild Karla - Iceland League | Squad | Transfers | Finances Well, this was a very fun and surprisingly good season! And even with the great season, we had a rather poor start as we only won the once of the first 5 matches. It sounds like we were struggling, but we were actually very unlucky! We drew a lot of the games, and if I've been a lot younger, I'd say we got "FM'ed". However, staying with it, we started to pick up wins and becoming more and more dominant while we climbed up the table. The fun thing about Iceland is how fast seasons go with so few league matches, but the side effect is that form is much more impacting because of it. So we hit great form and it lasted throughout most of the season. In the end we beat Stjarnan in the final game to claim the title and promotion to the top tier! In the League Cup we struggled with the same as in the beginning of the league, draws and lack of being clinical enough. So we finished 4th in the group, behind Fram Reykjavík, Valur Reykjavík and Fylkir, but ahead of Grótta and Akureyar. In the Bikar Karla we went showed we had a good season as we beat Ýmir, Kría, Breiðablik, Fylkir and Frem Reykjavík to reach the final. Here we beat Valur Reykjavík after they got a red card before the break, allowing us to control the game! Notable Players Aðalsteinn Jóhann Friðriksson - Our best striker and top scorer had a great season.Freyþór Harðarson - He keeps bossing the midfield and even contributed with a lot of key passes.Sæþór Olgeirsson - Both scored and assisted quite a lot for a winger. Youth intake Youth intake - A really good intake for us! Aron Bjarnason 21a - Wow, I don't think I've ever seen a player so well rounded. No weak points in his attributes! He does have a Casual personality though, so that's something we need to work on.Moses Afriyie 21b - A very good attacking midfielder. even with very poor physicals.Marinó Árnason 21c - His attributes are very pointed towards a pacey winger who can run and cross. Luckily for him, I want a player like that.

gadedk
FC Barreirense Season 7! 9th place in the league, so we are going up the table and far away from relegation, which is the most important thing. No lucks in neither of the cups, maybe some day we will make a run in of them. We got a new topscorer, Leonardo Gomes with 13 goals. Santos got 9 goals and Captain model citizen got 7. So Gomes is of course the player of the season. We still play the 4-5-1 a lot, but have tried 4-4-2 with luck against some weaker teams. Maybe next season i will go all-in on playing with 2 strikers! As some of you guys already know, i finally got a new stadium on the way. But 27 mio.?! That is a lot of money, so i hope it can help us take the next step when it's done and we move in. Long way too 2029, but i think we can be a top 6 team at that team.. at least i hope so! Another year... Another youth intake. 2 good looking strikers, that's why i'm thinking of changing tactic+we got Mirandinho last year that can play striker. We finally got a left back! Another CM is always welcome after we lost one to Sporting some years ago. There is a mistake on the picture, the board cancel the upgrade of both training and youth facilities, because of the new stadium and money "problems". Vasconcelos live to fight another season in the top 3 most caps for the club. Gomes also new man in top goal scoring top 3.
ashjm
Kabilio Jaffa - 2025/26 Competitions - A little bit of a strange year but progress. We started well in the League and to be honest never really fell away at all. We did not look like we would ever be title challengers but for a time 2nd was an option. In the end we fell of the pace a little bit but secured 3rd with games to spare. 3rd is a fantastic finish for us, I do think we were helped out by the massive teams really under performing this year. In the Cup once again the big teams were not really there and we managed to get another trophy, I am made up as I was not expecting it, two cup wins get in. In the Toto we came 2nd in our group and did win the 2nd playoff but I really dont care. Intake -Not the best, one player of potential on the wings which is a spot I need some depth in Transfers - Kids out on loan and I let some of the kids go on frees Stars of Season Shai Hen - Has come in as the main man up top this year and scored a fair few. He is going to be good Avraham Elkabets - Our best player, I am not to worried about the stats going down as he is injured at the moment and that will pick up Dor Halevi - Again another really solid year from the right back, got forward a little more this year and helped with assists.
