I've started a Manchester United save, had a belter save 2 years ago with them, they are the team I support and I go to the game, but to be honest there isn't much I like about the current squad, so over 2-3 season this team will be ripped apart.

I just offloaded a couple (Matic, Jones and Lingard) and only brought in one, Declan Rice, and made him club captain.

I'm playing a 4-3-2-1 and a 4-3-3 formation.

I'm retraining Scott McTominay for RB, as I play with wing-backs and I think he'll suit that position, plus I'm not a huge fan of Wan-Bissaka and Dalot.

Also giving some youth a chance in the first season with the following training and being mentored by the senior players: Isak Hansen-Aarøen, Kobbie Mainoo, Alejandro Garnacho, Shola Shoretire, Charlie McNeill and Hannibal.

I made a change to move Ralf Rangnick to Director of Football, and then brought in new staff like Flávio Tênius, Kevin Ball, Ulf Häfelinger, Helena Costa and Gordon Greer plus a few smaller additions to the youths & reserves. Also sacked the under 18's manager Travis Binnion because he's terrible :D and replaced him with Rudy Jansen. Kept Chris Armas in place but he'll be gone at the end of the season.

This will probably be my last save on FM22.

GK: David De Gea, Dean Henderson(HG), Tom Heaton (HG)

FB: Aaron Wan-Bissaka(HG), Diogo Dalot, Luke Shaw(HG), Alex Telles

CB: Raphaël Varane, Harry Maguire(HG), Éric Bailly, Victor Lindelöf

DM: Declan Rice(HG), Fred

CM: Paul Pogba(HG), Hannibal, Scott McTominay(HG)

AM: Bruno Fernandes, Juan Mata

W/IF: 25. Jadon Sancho(HG), Marcus Rashford(HG), Anthony Elanga(HG), Shola Shoretire(HG)

FW: Cristiano Ronaldo(HG), Edinson Cavani, Charlie McNeill(HG)

This is my thoughts as well about the squad. I plan to start a new Man Utd save next month, once I’ve finished my current save, and I will be ripping the squad apart with maybe only 4-5 players safe from a culling.

Literally just fired it up this morning to see if I can get into it; saw Elanga had 8 for Determination and immediately quit. He's the one positive of the season and FM wants to make him another headache for me

Sure it may be varied as sure mine has a higher one on the save I made on the update. But determination isn't end of the world attribute to be kinda low can also be mentored

Yeah mentoring and all, but it was just an additional problem to contend with, and between how threadbare the squad is on FM and how unimpressed I am with the real team, it was just one thing-to-fix too many.

Maybe I'll just keep loading til it's higher or something. Been away from FM for like 3 months now and really should get a save going again. Just want to be able to build around Elanga, Hannibal and Shoretire to convince myself everything's gonna be okay at Old Trafford!

I did a Conte recreation at United, then a Rangnick's Leipzig one, maybe it's time for a youth-centric Ten Haag style?

Got through to January in the first season, out went Edinson Cavani (£1.7m to Arsenal), Lee Grant (Free), Fred (£27m to Tottenham) and Juan Mata (£500,000 to Boca) and in came Karim Adeyemi for £23m and James Ward-Prowse for £65m, also signed Roony Bardghji for £8m but he doesn't arrive until 2024.

Top of the league, Liverpool chasing in 2nd five points behind, through in the FA Cup too. We have Dortmund to play in the next round of the Champions League and a Carabao Cup final against Liverpool after a really easy run to the final.

Anthony Elanga has been superb for me, keeping Rashford out the side with 8 goals and 10 assists in 26 games. Also been some solid game time for Shola Shoretire. Hannibal, Kobbie Mainoo and Charlie McNeill.

I don't think I'm going to renew David de Gea's contact, his contract is daft, and when I went to renew he wanted even more - so I'm either going to sell him in the summer or let him go on a free. Signed Paul Pogba back up on a new long term deal though.

Depending what version of Bardghi your save has £8 million could be a steal! JWP seems a bit high but take into account of being English and being indispensable along with club captain I'd probably agree being a decent deal for a set piece specialist. I struggled getting his value let alone nearly £30 million!

Ward-Prowse is brilliant in FM22, I had him in my Glory Hunter save and turned him into a Ballon D'or winner, very rarely got below a 7.0 rating and his goal/assist output was better than any midfielder in world football on that save, still going at 35 too - £65m will be well worth it by the end of this save - he got two assists and MOTM on his debut too :D

Sounds like a fine investment! Who do you play with the 4-3-3 in midfield have played with the idea of signing him on previous saves but never actually signed him myself

I currently play Rice, Pogba and Fernandes as the midfield 3.

This was Ward-Prowse on my Glory Hunter save, each transfer was me taking him on with me to my next club :D  He is 35 years old in the latest season 2029/30.

The 14 games in 2028/29 we're after I left PSG, so that wasn't played under me.

These stats are from RIGHT BACK (wing-back role), which I retrained him too - I don't use him in CM as it doesn't get the most out of his crossing ability:

Good idea with the RB/WB.  I wonder about using him as a mezzala/support?

Manchester United End of 2021/22 Season

Happy with my first season, so much deadwood in the squad though, even out on loan so this summer will be a long one, selling off as much as possible to add to the measly £50m transfer budget that the Glazers have set. So many players on daft contracts with silly bonuses too, like Tom Heaton and Dean Henderson raking in £180,000p/w between them whilst sat on the bench, so this summer will be one hell of a cull - I'd rather fill the outer squad with youth prospects. The Data Hub suggests the squad overall really lacks hard workers, good tacklers and passers so that's something I'm going to try and address, along with another top striker.

One deal agreed is Éric Bailly to newly-promoted Fulham, Eric handed a transfer request in during January, no one wanted him so he decided he fancied staying (no thanks! :D) but I rejected his plea to stay 3 times and left him list, Fulham have just taken him for £26m which is brilliant money for a liability - hope he enjoys the Championship in 2023/24 season.

I've had an amazing youth intake too, probably the best I can remember on FM, 4 elite-five-star talents, literally a golden generation - Dimitri Madden (GK), Kieran Williams (LB), Harvey Turberfield (CM) and Chukwudi Saviour (FW) so we'll be hearing more about this over the coming seasons.

Looking for a new assistant manager this summer too.

PREMIER LEAGUE

Won with 97 points, good in defence and scored a ton of goals - one thing we need to improve on is away games against the BIG teams, we beat Liverpool 0-1 at Anfield but came unstuck against Chelsea, Manchester City, Arsenal, Tottenham etc - so I think I need to adjust my tactics for those type of games, maybe drop the tempo, lower line of engagement and drop the mentality to Cautious might work? Anyone else have a little plan in place for these types of games?

Dominic Calvert-Lewin won Top Goalscorer with 25, Ronaldo second on 22. James Ward-Prowse had the most assist of the season in the league with 15.

Dirtiest player in the league was Brandon Williams for Norwich, another one that will be shown the door :D

James Ward-Prowse proof of being a hero:

CHAMPIONS LEAGUE

Dominated the group stage and made a mess in the knock-out first round against Dortmund, lost the first leg 4-1 away and couldn't recover, another example of struggling away in the BIG matches that I need to fix. Dortmund made it to the final but lost to Barcelona 3-1. Erling Haaland won the Top Goalscorer award.

FA CUP

Well and truly got FM'd away at Crystal Palace. 32 shots against 1, dominated in every aspect of the game, goals disallowed, the lot. Lost 1-0. Laptop nearly went out the window.

CARABAO CUP

We were having a mid-season blip when this fixture arrived so was fearing the worst, thankfully we turned up and beat Liverpool 3-1, goals from Ronaldo (2) and Rashford with a worldie, saw us through.

Manchester United Start of 2022/23 Season

Had exactly the summer I wanted, sold around £300m worth of bang-average players at the club, most notably; Éric Bailly, Dean Henderson, Andreas Pereira, Diogo Dalot, Donny van de Beek, Dylan Levitt, Tom Heaton, Axel Tuanzebe, Brandon Williams, Álvaro Fernández, Charlie McNeill, Facundo Pellistri, Zidane Iqbal, Victor Lindelöf, Tahith Chong, Aaron Wan-Bissaka and Anthony Martial.

In terms of incomings, I brought in Daniel Iversen for £4.9m, a model professional back-up goalkeeper to David de Gea and great tutor for my 16-year-old 5-star rated goalkeeper from the youth intake, Erling Haaland for £115m, Franck Kessié on a free, left-footed centre-back Alessandro Bastoni for £65m (+ £21m in bonuses) and Joshua Kimmich for £111m. in total we spent £339m.

Deadline day was a little mental, accepted a £25m offer for Alex Telles, couldn't sign a suitable replacement left back so my 16-year-old 5-star youth prospect, Kieran Williams will have to cover Luke Shaw for the time being, and Hannibal went on a great loan deal to Rangers, so took the opportunity to sign Arsen Zakharyan for £12m to cover and also agreed a £15m deal for Benjamin Šeško but let him stay on loan at FC Red Bull Salzburg for the season.

The manager merry-go-round is in full swing with Chelsea sacking Thomas Tuchel after failing to qualify for the Champions League and replacing him with Diego Simeone, Ronald Koeman has turned up at Newcastle United, Marcelo Bielsa left Leeds United to take the Tottenham job, Andriy Shevchenko is now manager of Brighton, Rafa Benítez is back in the Premier League at Leicester City and Manchester City sacked Pep Guardiola with Jürgen Klopp walking out on Liverpool to replace him. Liverpool replaced him with Massimiliano Allegri. Sheffield United, Fulham and Luton Town came up to the Premier League.

In terms of my staff the two biggest changes were sacking Darren Fletcher and replacing him with Nicky Butt, and hiring Hermann Gerland as my new assistant manager:

COMMUNITY SHIELD

Steady 2-0 win against Chelsea, who only signed Marco Asensio in the summer, with Erling Haaland scoring 2 minutes into his debut:

I have some targets for the next couple of transfer windows, like the likes of Joško Gvardiol, Matthijs de Ligt, Ronald Araújo, Jude Bellingham, Nicolò Barella, Ilaix Moriba, Jamal Musiala, Youssoufa Moukoko, and Harry Kane on the potential list. But next summer is likely to be looking at the left-back and goalkeeper area.

There might be the odd out going loan (Diallo, if the offer is right) in the last couple of days of the window but that's probably about it for this window.

100m to spend on midfielder. Pedri or Bellingham?

On 20/03/2022 at 16:51, stevemc said:

Personally, Bellingham...

They're totally different players.  For that money you could possibly get Nicolo Barella and got a superior combination of both - skill, workrate, very good physical attributes (except size and jumping), ELITE MENTALS and TACKLING MACHINE (17 tackle, 20 workrate, 19 Aggression, 17 Bravery).   Granted he's 24 at start of game not 18, but starts Elite and still has upside.  Absolute beast. I love him. LOVE HIM.  (IRL and FM)

Frenkie de Jong might be getable for 100m too (also 24, Elite with upsdie)

Upsides of Pedri or Bellingham is if you're playing a long save you can mold their development more.

I'd go for Bellingham over Pedri too, but perhaps just cuz I want to see him stay at Barca (I'm a sentimental fool)

Manchester United End of 2022/23 Season

Second season was a slight improvement on season one, won the Community Shield, the Premier League and the FA Cup. However really disappointed in Europe again. I need to tweak the midfield trio I think, the roles and duties, the DM appears to get really low ratings which is where Kimmich is playing. We got 2 key injures in March-May which cost us in the Champions League.

Couple of big decisions this Summer, I want De Gea to leave but can't see anyone taking him, might sell a couple of fringe players but currently have a £90m budget to play with, ideally want an elite player for either left-back or possibly goalkeeper (Only really Oblak as an option that's getable) but really fancy De Ligt too. We'll see...

Looking for a new assistant manager this summer too as after one season, Hermann Gerland has decided to retired :D

540667840_Screenshot2022-03-31at13_16_32.thumb.png.b2ecd1d763bdb6344107066343f7b4e8.png

PREMIER LEAGUE

Won with 95 points, defence not as steady as last season but scored a ton of goals. David de Gea's form fell off a cliff so in January I dropped him completely and started 16-year-old Dimitri Madden through to the end of the season.

Erling Haaland won Top Goalscorer with a ridiculous 53 goals in 31 games! :D

James Ward-Prowse seriously is superb:

CHAMPIONS LEAGUE

Smashed the group stages again, then knocked-out Napoli 5-0 over two legs. However, we lost in the next round to Liverpool, we had a period of playing them 3 times in 12 days, beat them 4-0 in the league, beat them 1-0 in the Champions League 1st leg, then was 0-1 up at Anfield at half-time in the 2nd leg and for some reason fell apart in the last 45 minutes before losing 4-2 on aggregate after extra time. Handed out two-week-wages fines galore after that match and Marcus Rashford hasn't started a game since after dropping a 5.3.

FA CUP

Really happy to win the FA Cup, en-route to Wembley we had all home games and knocked out Newcastle United, West Ham, Fulham, Leicester City, then Arsenal in the semi-final before beating Brentford 3-0 in the final - nod to Rochdale that made the FA Cup semi-final :D

Made the semi's; knocked out Sunderland, Sheffield United and Leeds United before losing 2-1 at Hillsborough to Manchester City, we dominated that game too but lost to Liam Delap's brace.

COMMUNITY SHIELD

Simple 2-0 win, Haaland bagging on his debut:

Manchester United Start of 2023/24 Season

Had a mixed summer to be honest IMO, had a couple of bids that I wasn't expecting which changed my plans; Sporting bid for Ronaldo and I thought I'd let him complete his fairy tail and return to his boyhood club, whilst also relinquishing that massive wage. Speak of massive wages, PSG, for some unknown reason, signed David de Gea for £15m - meaning PSG have Gianluigi Donnarumma, David de Gea and Dominik Livaković on their books - pure greed :D

PSG also came back with £46m for 30-year-old Harry Maguire and £69m for Franck Kessié whom I'd acquired on a free the season before - Kessié was great for that season too and didn't want to sell, but him leaving mean't I could trigger long-term target Jude Bellingham's release clause.

I was actually really disappointed to lose Isak Hansen-Aarøen for £10m, he was developing well but only had a year left on his contract with his agent demanding £49k p/w rising to £99k p/w, which they wouldn't budge on - that's contact suicide from our point of view, so I let him leave to Club Leon for what eventually was £14k p/w (WTF ).

Outgoings below, I also sold Ethan Laird for £6.25m at the end of May, so around £180m in and dropped our wage bill to £4.8m:

138346664_Screenshot2022-04-01at13_29_04.png.cc3544d384ff2cc616a8a442f7ac6625.png

In terms of incomings, I brought in Jude Bellingham for £85m, which as his release clause, Frenkie de Jong for £114m whom I didn't want to buy this summer but Manchester City bid so it forced my hand, that money was set aside for Matthijs de Ligt (hopefully next summer now), and Joško Gvardiol for £80m, who can cover the squad space left by Maguire, a left-footed centre-back back-up option but will predominately play left-back ahead of Luke Shaw, and had a great long throw. Finally, the board bought me a goalkeeper in the name of Diogo Costa, I don't know too much about him but the scout highly recommend the Portuguese international so Ralf Rangnick sorted it out at £37m.

Benjamin Šeško and Amad Diallo returned from loan spells and will be in the first team squad this season.

Deadline day absolutely nothing happened.

The manager merry-go-round is mental, with Marcelo Bielsa now at Tottenham, Antonio Conte at West Ham, Sean Dyche sacked by Burnley joined Bournemouth, Burnley went tropical and brought in Hernán Pérez, Luis Enrique joined Chelsea, Javier Aguirre to Crystal Palace, David Moyes joined Fulham, Ange Postecoglou to Leicester, Massimiliano Allegri to Liverpool and finally Vincent Kompany joined Manchester City.

With Hermann Gerland retiring as my assistant manager, I brought in Neil Bath from Chelsea to replace him:

COMMUNITY SHIELD

Nice 3-1 win against Arsenal, despite Joško Gvardiol's best efforts to ruin his debut with an early red card - Ward-Prowse was unplayable

Big rumours of a takeover, so hopefully that happens this season and the Glazers leave - we are also in the middle of a stadium expansion taking up to 84,000 by the start of next season.

Manchester United End of 2023/24 Season

Third season was a big improvement on season one and two so we are taking steps in the right direction, won the Community Shield, the Premier League, the FA Cup and the Champions League. However we performed a massive bottle job in the Carabao Cup final. I think I finally found the perfect balance in formation/roles for big away games, which has seen us perform more solidly away from home in important games using a combination of BBM, BWM and MEZ to control the midfield whilst also playing a little more reserved than we do at home against the weaker teams.

Couple of big decisions this Summer, Paul Pogba's contract, or sell - couple more players with one-year left too, plus Karim Adeyemi throwing his toys out of the pram, may see him leave (which I don't want to happen, but him and his agent are a nightmare to manage).

I have a £90m budget to play with but only 50% of revenue back, ideally want Matthijs de Ligt and a central midfield option that is strong in the tackle, I just feel we are missing another strong tackler in the middle of the pitch. The board have become more cautious with spending and a take over is on the horizon too so I don't envisage a busy summer.

PREMIER LEAGUE

Won with 96 points. Diogo Costa’s form fell off a cliff just like De Gea last season, so benched him, he fell out with me so I dropped him completely and started 17-year-old Dimitri Madden through to the end of the season again - I'm just going to stick with him now as I think he's going to be brilliant long-term...

Erling Haaland won Top Goalscorer with just 43 goals in 31 games - 10 less than last term! :D

Here is Dimitri Madden for those wondering:

Smashed the group stages again, then knocked-out;

Olympiacos (6-0)

Liverpool (6-4)

Bayern (5-3)

To set up a final with Real Madrid, James Ward-Prowse was suspended for the final and Jadon Sancho missed through injury but we still managed to win 2-0, in all honesty I felt like we controlled the game from beginning to end, in Karim Benzema's final game of his career:

FA CUP

Really happy to win the FA Cup, en-route to Wembley we had all away games this time and knocked out Swansea City, Huddersfield Town, Millwall, West Ham United then Chelsea in the semi-final before beating high-flying Norwich 1-0 in the final - possibly the most boring final ever, swear there was just one highlight and it was the goal :D

CARABAO CUP

Made the final; knocked out Harrogate Town, Aston Villa, Arsenal and Everton before losing 3-2 at Wembley in an almighty bottle-job to Newcastle United. A 6.3 from goalkeeper Diogo Costa was the last appearance for the club.

So I have decided to start a new Man Utd save, but there's abit of a difference for this save.

I have downloaded an update, with also includes the real fixtures, so am starting the save with the league table as it was after the Leicester draw.

604148016_startofleague.png.b669aaa19837b001b97104d38654ebf6.png

I have done this for a couple of reasons. 1 thought it would bring an extra challenge, as probably won't qualify for the champs league, and 2 personally for me this squad is a very unlikable team and I really couldn't face doing a whole 1st season again stuck with most of them :D.

I have made Rangnick director of football to keep him around getting rid of both Fletcher and Murtough, and I will be taking over from here and finishing off the 1st season.

1st thing I have done is set Pogba, Cavani, Mata and Lingard all for release, they won't be staying and I won't be using them in the final 8 games. I have then promoted McNeil, Hannibal and Fernandez (LB) to the 1st team, and I plan to give a couple other youngsters 1st team games before the season finishes.

The plan is to completely rebuild the squad, and no one will be safe from the culling in my rebuild, for the 1st time ever I will consider selling players like Rashford.

Manchester United Start of 2024/25 Season

Happy with my summer window despite the best efforts of the board to try and ruin it whilst trying to offload the club to two separate buyers; they only gave me 50% of sales so it was hard to push to sign my targets but picked up Matthijs de Ligt for £110m and a transfer-listed Eduardo Camavinga for £60m, filling two areas of the team with exactly what we needed. I wanted to improve the wings too but that will have to wait until next summer, however Roony Bardghji finally arrived after signing him at the start of the game, and gained a work permit too. Paul Pogba signed a new contact too, on lesser money.

de Ligt very nearly didn't happen, twice, as the club was bid for so went under a transfer embargo, so he ended up costing us £20m more. Both times the buyout failed so we are still stuck with the Glazers and their debts...

Had an absolute nightmare with Karim Adeyemi - won the Champions League so we was happy to stay, he wanted a new £180Kp/w contact as a promise so entered negotiations, but during them his agent wanted a £250Kp/w contract so I walked away but I rejected a £40m bid from Bayern so he fully kicked off, handed in a transfer request, then moaned at the fee I wanted, I rejected about 12 bids for him, all under £50m - so ended the window with a £150m tag on his head, playing in the u23s and he's lost faith in me completely. I'm not selling him for peanuts though, it's just not happening. He's not kicked a ball since and I'm currently in November :D

In terms of OUTS, we have contract issues with Alejandro Garnacho and Hannibal so both had to be sold, and Amad Diallo went simply because I had Bardghji coming in. Scott McTominay left at the end of the window to ease the wage bill and allow me to tie a number of first team players to longer contracts.

Outgoings below:

835809771_Screenshot2022-04-10at15_17_33.png.2b0b4892b6ce8096118d66ad21db687f.png

Pep Guardiola is now Liverpool manager, Alfred Schreuder at Newcastle United making great progress, Tony Mowbray oddly at Southampton, Stefano Pioli next in line at Tottenham, John Terry now at Watford and Clarence Seedorf is now Brighton gaffer.

COMMUNITY SHIELD

Simple 2-0 win against Arsenal - they are a monster in the league but I seem to have the edge on them in all cup competitions.

SUPER CUP

2-1 win over Spurs, this should have been about 10-0, Spurs were non-existent:

super-cup.thumb.png.575bdf178abfbf99a2e7800d45c59133.png

Man Utd - 25/26

Have just started my fifth season at the club. So far I have won the Premier League three times, FA-cup once, Carabao-cup twice, and the Community Shield once. Success in Europe has eluded me thus far, having been knocked out of the first knockout round and quarter final once each, and the semi final twice, so winning the Champions League is our big target this year.

Of the original squad, 15 remains, including seven academy graduates (Kambwala, Williams, Fernández, Garner, Hansen-Aarøen, Hannibal and Shoretire)

Kambwala:

image.thumb.png.2d920ac9165bdc63845a7673a4707321.png

Fernández:

image.thumb.png.a45d1faeda5b745e61a3aa9ab9b88563.png

Hansen-Aarøen:

image.thumb.png.d622150e0ad0ab51823c3a40d8580769.png

Hannibal:

image.thumb.png.a08d8a883ee701793e3c422e51edaaf0.png

Shoretire (currently on loan to Rangers):

image.thumb.png.08328a717e8f49df79a207a37e6f4981.png

Notable transfers in that are still at the club include Tino Livramento (100m), Nikola Milenkovic (25m), Declan Rice (67m), Frank Kessie (43m), Jude Bellingham (100m), Benjamin Sesko (60m) and Yousouffa Moukoko (110m).

Of the original squad I have sold the following:

21/22: Tuanzebe (60m), Pogba (60m), Fred (27m), Lingard (19m) and Levitt (7m)

22/23: Martial (40m), Van de Beek (37m), Bailly (13m) and Pereira (8m)

23/24: Greenwood (73m), Lindelof (43m), Telles (40m), Dalot (40m), Mengi (15m)

24/25: Laird (28m), Amad (24m), Pellistri (24m) and Elanga (18m)

25/26: Wan-Bissaka (63m) and Henderson (57m)

Tactically I have settled on a 4-3-3, which quite unintentionally looks a lot like how I would imagine Ten-Hag would set up his side:

image.thumb.png.6b5be866cf20d30cce701aa2576976fe.png

I guess the most interesting aspect about this setup is the the trio on the right (IWB-S, CM-A and W-S) along with the TI of "Underlap Right", which creates some beautiful link-up play and allows Rashford and Moukoko to flourish as goal scorers.

So after the update we have 7 games left to finish season 1.

I decided to use Garnacho, Hannibal, Fernandez and Mcneil in the final few games, while as I said previously Pogba, Lingard, Cavani and Mata who were out of contract were not to play again.

With the use of the youngsters the end of the season was a bit of a grind, but we finished 5th. Garnacho got his 1st ever goal in the 1-0 win over Brighton as well.

456791736_endofs1.png.5d6c4baba8dd92e715ab1042bf9bd4e5.png

So now on to the main business, to rebuild the squad, now this took me a couple days to do.

Lets start with the outs.

238146429_s2outs.png.5c8c8805d807cf38a16063c51b93e2d0.png

Telles wanted to leave so for 39 mils couldn't say no. Mctominay is someone I have never rated so he rejoins Mourinho. It was a coin flip on who to sell out of Maguire and Lindelof, but Maguire will be sold by the start of the 3rd season. Couple of players were difficult to sell, Wan Bissaka being 1, and was disappointed with 11 mil but I wanted him gone so off he went. Martial was another difficult one, there is a future fee of 27 mil if he plays 25 games for Fiorentina, so fingers crossed he does.

Now the ins.

313354325_s2ins.png.8348b5ddeb8ff0e91da01190e7737022.png202575612_s2ins2.png.65f83b9c044e7e628346a63dd9e58810.png

I didn't want massive signings, as I want to properly rebuild this team and keep a structure in place, and 1 thing I am particularly happy with is even after my signings I have reduced the wage bill by 1 mil a week. Once Ronaldo leaves at the end of the 2nd season, I plan to have no players above 300k a week, any player wanting more will be sold.

Timber and Nkunku have both been linked in real life with Rangnick and Ten Hag, and I like both of them so wanted to use them. Kamara on a free comes in as a dm and cb cover, and on a free is no brainer really. Nunez comes in to eventually replace Ronaldo, have used him on a previous save and hes quality. Bissouma is in to strengthen the midfield.

I'm pretty happy with my transfers, only thing I wasn't happy with is the full backs, and the search continues for both full back positions.

So at the moment this is the squad and how we we line up.

The not big signings and a wage cap(bit like Liverpool are haggling with Salah on his wage on his new contract) is something i shall also be implementing myself.

Selling players does seem difficult or at least for a fair fee based on his value stated and wage bill is something want to bring down in first few seasons
