Of all the players on the list, the only one who really jumps out at me is (22d) Klaus Mathiasen. There is no doubting the potential in the squad, but they are just lacking a little in terms of CA.

I wanted to just speed through things so only have Denmark loaded. I won't be playing anywhere else and it won't be a long term save so there didn't seem much point.

2021-22 Build Up

First the awards which mean nothing I imagine because there was nothing to beat.

Well done, all of you. 

So first thing I always do is look at the Pre-Season Odds. We were 200/1 and quite heavy favourites for relegation. I overwhelmingly agree. In all honesty I looks for other jobs. There was nothing. I think if I manage to keep this team up it would be a huge achievement.

I mean I literally did nothing but go me!

I knew I had to improve this squad if we were to have absolutely any chance but with finances not looking great it meant we struggled to get anybody.

Every single one of these is an improvement on what we had. Yes Ibrahimagic is now my all time favourite name.

So 6 improvements to the team, where does that leave us in the predictions?

Its going to be a loooooooooong season. 10th place is survival. That has to be our aim.

An unbeaten Pre-Season. Lets go do this!

Time to jump ship? Season 2. SOFA.

We finished comfortably in the Promotion Stage, but the truth is that we are in trouble. We have lost our last 3 game and are in freefall after losing not just our main goal threat Taranis, but also our playmaker Harboe.

Taranis has surprisingly dropped back down to 2.Division with Hvidovre who are top of the league. I expect them to romp it from here if they play him. 

Harboe has moved to the Superliga with Viborg FF.

I really need the DoF to pull something out of the bag in terms of signings or we will be stuck here in limbo for a while. We're a Semi-Pro club competing against established Pro clubs and we're just not up to it. 

SønderjyskE are an established Superliga side and would be a reasonable fit, (and obviously my 1st choice),  but they are not really set up for Youth production. 

FC Fredericia are not really a good fit for me, but they are a Pro club so I am considering them. They are in the relegation stage so no 2nd promotion for me if I take them over. 

Hobro IK are more of a fit for me, but they are in the relegation stage so that would rule out a 2nd successive promotion. 

HB Køge are the last possible option for me right now. Like the last 2 clubs they are in the relegation stage, (which is probably why they need a new manager).

I can't remember what it started with. I just left it as whatever it was based on managing SOFA. 

Here's what it is now. I haven't been able to get on any courses so far.

All change. Season 2. HB Køge.

Although the facilities were actually better at my old club, I think it's fair to say that players are considerably better. 

Oskar Snorre is the best GK at the club. 

Martin Koch Helsted is the best striker. 

Mathias Hebo 1st choice playmaker. 

Christian Sørensen a way better winger than I have had at SOFA. 

Eddi Gomes. Wow. Just wow. 

How the previous manager didn't get this team promoted is beyond me. This is gonna be good.

20/21 Mid Season Update

Well we have continued on our fine form and are still unbeaten in the League, our only slip up was a cup defeat

A few draws in there but overall it's been a cracking start

Now we have the 4 month Winter break to contend with!

Be careful with dark skin as it has bugs - it freezes your screen and can only exit via task manager so be careful.

AB Tarnby March-April 2021 Update

3 wins, a draw and 3 losses in March and April. I got carried away and played on the 1st May and managed to smash a top half contender 

4 games left to play and there's 4 points between promotion and relegation! It's so tight and we play the teams either side of us too.

Reaching the bank at the speed of sound again, I'm pretty sure we hit -2g as we screeched to a halt outside the imposing building that housed the bank. I fell out the side door and struggled to my feet. The nausea passed within seconds, however the disorientation took a little longer. I paid double the fare, because SEK, and wobbled into the bank. On entry, I spoke to the nearest bank employee about a meeting with the manager. She promptly  directed me to his office. Or told me the way back to the train station. I don't know, I don't speak Danish. Sitting outside the office, I reached into my bag and surreptitiously took out the money and put it in my pocket. After a time, the bank manager beckoned me in and showed me to a seat. He then proceeded to yell at me for thirty seconds straight.. When I raised the question of whether he spoke English, he stopped, coughed and said "I said,
hello and welcome to DanskeBank in Roskilde, how may I help you?" Ahhhh. I put my wad of cash on the table and told him I wanted to open an account. His smile grew wider and he buzzed the intercom and proceeded to order a full Chinese takeaway. Or ask the secretary to come in. I don't know, I don't speak Danish. On her entry, he asked me if I wanted anything. Despite wanting a drink worse than oxygen, I demurred. He spoke English for my benefit and asked for a cup of tea and some raspberry jam squares. As the secretary exited, he then gave me the spiel on various accounts, but desperate to get things moving, I said I just wanted to put money in a standard account.

The secretary came back in with a plate and a mug and placed them in front of the manager. He took one look at the plate and then turned to the secretary with a look of aghast horror.. "Blackcurrant? WHAT THE HELL HAVE YOU DONE?" he rumbled in a harsh whisper. I'd had enough of this and picked up the money. Left him and the secretary arguing about the food. Or discussing the 1922 Irish Civil War. I don't know, I don't speak Danish. Luckily, there was a bar across  the road. I walked in, and ordered the largest drink I could find. I needed a job soon. The barman spoke English, so things were going well. Eventually, an old drunk sidled into the bar, sat next to me and started to ramble.  "****'s sake" said the barman. "Seconded" I agreed. He then turned to us and in a low voice, he growled "Bravery? I'll tell you about bravery, son! In the Sudan, I watched blokes getting their ears blown off. Young fellas ripped in two by frightened horses.  One poor Danish lad snagged his turkey purse on a barbed wire fence and watched his little peanuts fall into the grateful mouth of a desert shrew. The look on his face.. horrific!". I looked at the barman and he nodded, slamming down a bottle of whiskey in front of me. I was going to need it for this...

Tight At The Top

Our amazing run since signing our star striker on loan as well as the change to the attacking 2-3-3-2 formation has seen us go on a massive unbeaten run. We have Middlefart and Naesby left to play. Fremad will play Tarnby and Holstebro. I think we need to win both our games.

Damn right. That#s the most ridiculous groundshare I've seen in ages. And you weren't even relegated or promoted. You stayed at the same level so they effectively changed the rules on you !

2. What does "because SEK" mean. 
3. Is a "turkey purse" the same as ball-bag? Never heard that before.

Didn't get chance to play much after starting yesterday but a few things;

• A few other asking what nations people have loaded - I've gone for Denmark, Norway, Sweden as playable and England, Finland and Iceland as view only. 
• Instant Result skin installed and working  Won the first game using it 3-0   although player names don't show for goals scored in the review after the game

• My wage budget is £4.6k p/w, of that four players take up £3.5k of it, including two on over £1k p/w  thankfully their contracts end in June 2021

He made his International debut against us, (Denmark), and when I saw he was available I had to get him on board. He was expensive but might prove decent in the long-run.

Less the petrol money, more convenience. She doesn't want to be spending that long across the border all the time. Away days are bad enough! Needless to say they next step will be closer to home, bridge or no bridge.

What A Title Challenge

We were unbeaten in our last 15 games winning 12 of them! The catalyst was the loan signing of Adedeji who scored 15 goals in 12 games and the switch to the 2-3-3-2 formation really did wonders for us! Emil Heskej is up!

2022/23 Pre-Season

Not the best pre-season but Hvidovre & Helsingor are both 2 divisions ahead of us.

We're predicted way up in 3rd, but look at B93's odds!!!

Almost a 1 in 1 out poilcy.

2nd Season. Finances 

I can see why the previous manager was struggling at HB Køge. 

I honestly don't see it as an issue. The purpose of me joining this club is to get me promoted to the 3F SuperLiga and I think they're well capable of that. The only real problem would be if they reverted to Semi-Pro from Pro, but I don't think that's likely. 

They were formed in 2009 when 2 different clubs merged and they have been relegated at the 1st attempt both times they have played at the top level. 

The wage budget at the moment is £20,370 per week and we're spending £24,558. No wonder the club are in trouble. 

There are 11 players at the club each earning £1k+ per week, (total is £14,200 per week), and 4 of them are the wrong side of 30. As if that wasn't bad enough, there are a number of TM at the club who each like to play with their back to goal and while they are decent players, (very decent in some cases), that simply doesn't fit with how I want to play. They will either learn to adapt, (I love a Big Man just so long as he doesn't play with his back to goal), or I will move them on. 

I think the DoF is going to have some wage budget in the Summer.

So this just happened. (It didn't happen last season). Maybe it's because I'm at a Pro club now? 

If that was in the game last season I certainly didn't see it. 

I quite like it but don't like the scrolling aspect. It looks messy. Just make it slightly smaller. There is lots of "dead" space on these pages. Looks like a good idea that was poorly designed.
