Smallen
Quintilliano Lemos Filho and Paulo César Batista dos Santos both from Cruzeiro. Must have the Brazillian league loaded. Unlikely that either will want to join at the beginning of the game, but once they do want to they're two of the best coaches in the game. Lemos Filho for technical, and dos Santos for defending/tactics. Honourable mentions as always to Paul Winsper, Ricardo Moniz, and Berhard Peters. Martin Keown becomes very good as well (good assistant manager too, due to high tactical knowledge and motivation).

Quinby
what impact does scouting knowledge have in the game? The more countries or regions you have knowledge in from your staff the more players will be available to you on the player search screen, and maybe the staff search screen too. altho some FM players dont use it. So for EG: if u dont have any knowledge in brazil then u get a scout from brazil u should see more players available on the search screen.
