I knap, first of all thank you very much for years of fun in this game because of your tactics.

Can you please find a new version of Paris 4231 or other tactic that goes well with Man Utd for ME 22.3, Paris was working astonishingly well with United with Harland as the strijker and Ronaldo and Rashford on the wings and Bruno was the king of Assists and had a lot of goals, now I can't win a game after the new match engine update.

I am having a lot of trouble just to win a game. And I am Man United. Today alone I've tested 7 of your tactics just to see if it was a problem with my save. But after testing 7 of knap tactics (lost 6 games and won 1) I saw that something as changed.

Update hasn't affected my Man Utd save using 4231 Paris 110. Just blew away Stoke in the FA cup 8-0 with a reserve team and 35 shots. Also using FM22WARRIOR4132VAP100ARSENALP90FA as Malaga away from home in La Liga as a big underdog and won 3-0 so I can't see any radical changes as yet

@knap So I wanted to test my custom tactic on the new version of the engine.  Started a new game with it and holidayed.  But the AI used my tactic for all of the friendlies then switched to its own for the league game despite having Use Current Match Tactics. What did I do wrong here?

Just used it at home as Malaga against Real Madrid and drew 2-2 so it seems to still work OK

It can be a problem with test leagues running multiple teams. All you really do is check after 1st game to see if still using your tactic than run a whole season.T he best way

So far on the new ME, apart from scoring a lot of corners not much has changed. Looks like Very attacking isnt a powerful, but that based on limited results. 

 

These tactics actually performed better than with the previous ME.

I really despair with the constant patching! I know they have to fix tweaks, but I'd finally got a tactic working with QPR in the prem! Beowulf 442 was the one.

Anecdotal I know but I finished that test based on Liverpool and the Kashmir 2323 at the top of the Google Doc and it won the quadruple, losing once all season.

i've been "testing" a few of the best tactics of the last patch and this one from knap is the one that i liked the most.
