It's going to be a tough couple of seasons where the older players are on the decline but the youngsters aren't quite ready to make the step up to the first team. In the league we're back at the top of the table although Barcelona have a game in hand and we managed to top our Champions League group which is great since we're drawn against Lazio whilst Liverpool have to face Bayern Munich! In the league things are really hotting up, we're 3 points behind Barcelona but now we have the game in hand, and we still have to face them in the 2nd last game of the season... Because Diego Costa scored against us in the final game of the season it means that he wins the golden boot outright and Aritz has to settle for 2nd. Alex also conceded 21 and kept 21 clean sheets and had a higher average rating...and was on the title winning team...and scored 11 goals. Brendan Rodgers is replaced by Arsene Wenger.
