LokedOut420
One of the rules of the boards is to speak in English, Another is to avoid the use of all caps. you realise ignoring him is much easier than whinging?

Pires777
Mexican keeper and SA left back are bloody awful. Fantastic game, no doubt to be ruined by Domenich and his boring pile of *****.
dovEs
If people are getting a headache from the sound of the TV why don't they turn it down? Im a little hard of hearing so I have it up a bit so I can hear the commentary better, but that buzzing is horrendous =(

bluebirds4life
Started shakey but got more confidence as they went along, at times played some nice passing, tidy short 1-2's as well.
Wiggums
Tshabalala has the coolest name ever. Great result for South Africa, I thought they played well despite the first 15 minutes or so.

Standard liege!
Just finished watching it, recorded it. Pretty awesome game! Wanted SA to win though, Mokoena I LOVE THE WORLD CUP!!! Cant wait for France V Uruguay.
Ricky Riccardo
Very good level of refereeing, I'm suprised. Mexico cannot finish, they should have made the most of those defensive errors by RSA in the 1st. RSA started putting more men in attack in the 2nd and alot fast crisp through balls, very enjoyable game either side could have won. Good first goal to start the WC!! gunner4eva
What a brilliant opening match, i enjoyed that all the way though. Cannot wait for Uruguay v France now. This WC is brilliant! and what a super opening goal, struck right into the top corner as far as it would go.

Heartwork
I've now decided to egg on SA to progress from that group, they played quite well. Sounded a bit like a huge swarm of bees for some of the game though.
blurps11
Mexican keeper and SA left back are bloody awful. Aguirre and Parreira themselves are probably the only people on this planet who understand why they play Perez and Thwala. In Ochoa and Masilela both have an infinitely better player available for those positions. RSA started putting more men in attack in the 2nd and alot fast crisp through balls That's the typical South African football. They will look to hit the opponent on the break and get in front of the goal as quick and with as little touches as possible. Preferably over the wings, but today the Mexicans had two or three players on each wing due to their somewhat exotic system.
Sano
Masilela was injured and has only just regained full fitness.

pouncer
This was fantastic. ITV are dreadful yet tolerable - Southgate is funny, Desailly is funny and Townsend in weird. Chiles is fab. Really enjoyed that game, felt quite angry when Mexico scored though as it was a silly goal to give away. If South Africa had an established striker (i.e a not-obese McCarthy) I reckon they'd have won this game. Tshabalala <3 Really want the African nations to do well. Rio_V
Pretty fantastic name too, Tshabalala. It really is. If you were listening to Martin Tyler, it even got him to step a little out of character and kind of sing it.
LokedOut420
you should have watched the mexican feed like I did. he was literally singing his name everytime he touched the ball. was amazing and I wish I could have recorded it.

Steve04
Can't wait for it to start!Viva Mexico! I expect a boring game, a 0-0 or a 1-1 draw You are absolutely right on the goals scored by both teams. Though, it is not a boring one.

Jaynm
Going to stick my neck out and say draw 1-1... South African crowd will be mental and can see them causing a slight upset in the group stages. Prediction skills on point.
