You'd have to go a long way to find many players in world football at the start of the game with 10 technical stats over 16 like that regen. He still hasn't played a game... If they have high determination/professionalism you can generally push up their workload much higher and they will (in my experience) develop much faster that way, just watch that they don't become unhappy w/ the high workload (if they do just drop it down a bit, IE from "very high" to "high" workload, and it should correct the problem) or it will slow their development. I know, but I was thinking that if his mental skills were poor you could concentrate on those first, and then place him in a strikers schedule thereafter. My Assistant coach said he was the most talented player out my youth players and this season his stats just exploded and he already is a wonderkid! The Laughing Man Posted November 28, 2009 Share Posted November 28, 2009 I wouldn't to be honest looks like someone who can take chances, I would reccomend the Advanced forward role personally he has good long shots, creativity and excellent pace - he could be more of a kaka type player. if he is played as an advanced forward then his creativity will be wasted. b9rbatov Posted December 1, 2009 Share Posted December 1, 2009 iv just bought this regen who has only just been generated and he is an absoloute beast he already looks quality theres nowhere he desperately needs work on disappointed about his flair though as i feel if he had a high flair rating he would be truly devastating to opposition defences im not all too sure which role to play him in i usually play with a trequarista and an advanced forward but due to his low flair i dont think he would be any good as a treq and his passing may be wasted a little as an advanced forward? would like to have someone in the complete striker role but his poor jumping means he couldnt play there either any ideas?
