No. I jinxed it. Our first state defeat since the 2029 season and the first time we've lost 2 games since 2026.

Another Italy debutante?! 5 of the Italy squad are based in South America, 4 in Brazil and 1 in Uruguay.

Any chance we could see the Uruguayan?

Sao Paulo really aren't liking us! Narrowly beating them in the Copa do Brasil Semi Final and a narrow league in the Recopa Sudamericana whilst in the league we're in 2nd, 5 points behind Corinthians but with 2 games in hand and we're easily through to the Copa Libertadores Quarter Final!

We face the last non-Brazilian team in the competition, Cesar Vallejo, who are 2nd in the Peruvian league after 15 matches.

Very nice!

You should now try the updated file as I have set qualification to Série D depending on the campaign in the State Championships, just as it is in real life. And it'll be even more entertaining when lower State levels are ready.

Holy cow, 13 posts! Thanks everyone for the replies @Mrt90 I think if I came back to Brazil and don't feel like carrying on with this save then that would be a great idea and I definitely won't rule it out once your update is complete. @cplpeters1900 America beat Arsenal 2-1 in the Semi Final. 

I have a new save idea and a thread shall be up shortly, I hope you all carry on following! :D
