I'm very late with this but Andy Crosby. had him as my AssMan with Swansea then when I started a new save got him for Spurs as well. Relatively cheap but a class (and versatile) assistant from Soton. Also his judging players is very good, especially potential so getting advice on your youngsters and their potential from him is very valuable. He is quite good at moving players on for a decent amount of money that you place on the unwanted list and does a pretty good job of negotiating contracts for new players when you let him. He is also pretty good at finding loan moves for players that you want to develop. The downside is that he does seem to attempt to sign a lot of unneeded players that don't seem quite up to snuff. For some reason, he seems to try to fill the positions where we already have the most depth. As long as identifying and signing talent is your main objective, Futre is a good choice. In the folder where your save games, graphics, tactics go, create a new folder called filters, then put the file in there, then on FM, go to staff search, then you'll see Filter on the right hand side, click that, then click on Manage Filters, and you'll see where it says Import, click that, choose the file, then you'll see that they've imported, then just press Ok, and you'll be able to choose them now.
