You might consider Jack Cork or James McArthur to give you a Home Grown option. In the long run though I would recommend raiding Valencia for Banega. Best DLP in game (IMO). I know you said under 20 but Jay Rodriguez has been monstrous for me with Burnley. In my 2 seasons in the premier league he has 49 league goals.
