Took control of a team in the (West Yorkshire Premiership) English 11th tier, and at such a level, you can only offer amateur contracts and have no transfer budget. Still, hasn't stopped me taking about 30 Bulgarians from non league Bulgarian sides on frees from their clubs or transfers from their clubs for no fee. And am walking away with the league.
