  1. Whoa whoa whoa. 10 teams of awful footballers and then Ninkovic.
  2. Jumping reach takes height into the equation, so a player with higher jumping reach, regardless of their height will reach a higher point. So in your example the defender has the lowest possible jumping reach stat the attacker would just have to have anything higher than that to reach a higher point, even if he's considerably shorter.
  3. I thought he was right footed too but he's almost exclusively played on his left foot so far. A few times he wasted good chances by trying to shift onto his left rather than use his right foot.
  4. Season 1 (2018/19) - Błękitni Stargard League Table | Transfer History | Squad Season Summary I started the season with quite a large squad and pre-season was spent mostly trying to judge which players fit into my 4-1-4-1 the best. Many of them have very poor determination and technical ability which didn't fill me with a lot of confidence heading into the season. Despite the clear limitations of the squad we put together some decent runs to finish a respectable 10th. Most notably we went on a strong run just after the winter break which saw us move from 14th to 6th, before an eventual slide down the table in the final 8 games of the season. Apart from our league performance there isn't much to report on from this season. We performed poorly in the Polish Cup, however I am optimistic as I have many first team players from this season that are still young and showed great improvements late on in the season. Youth Intake I forgot to get a screenshot of the whole youth take as I immediately cancelled the trials of all but two. Krystian Krol (YP01a) - The best player from this years intake and probably the only one of the two I signed that will make it to first team games. I'm glad to have a young striker coming through as my first team options are all pretty poor. Milosz Nowicki (YP01b) - Not very promising but the 2nd best player that came through our youth intake. As you can tell the rest of them were pretty dire. In addition to some promising young players in my first team I also have a young regen from the season before I took charge. Adam Krychowiak (YP00a) - A young centre back, it will be interesting to see how he goes next season. Next Season With many young first team players who are still improving I'm aiming to push into the top half of the table next season.
  5. Thank you @Sn00gle, my Poland save has been going much better than my first attempt in Switzerland. I'm in the 2nd half of the season now so should be posting an update soon.
  6. Manager Profile|Incoming Transfers Starting this again in Poland this time with Błękitni Stargard. There were already 3 transfers arranged when I took over so I will have those players listed on my transfer screen for the first season. The good news is the squad has more players than I'll need this time round so no relying on grey players!
  7. Well then...my adventure in Switzerland hasn't gone well and although I haven't been sacked (yet) I think I'll be restarting in another country. Many of my 'real' players have performed worse than my grey players and I didn't have a single solid centre back in the squad. We quickly became the league whipping boys and after 10 consecutive league losses and 11 consecutive competitive losses I think its time to pack it in.
  8. I've been reading through a bit of this thread and thought I'd give it a go myself. Added a manager in Switzerland, reset date is the 20th of June. I've taken over SC Cham, I'll post a shot of the facilities later but it looks like it will be pretty tough, especially as I might be relying on lots of greyed out players to begin with.
  9. I imagine the 80 million would be more realistic if he wasn't suspended. Barca are supposedly attempting to sign him for a 'cut-price' because of the circumstances. Would happily take anything near 80 million for him though.
  10. This tattoo is about his shot in extra time that would have won the game is it not? Didn't his penalty go straight down the mouth of the goalie?
  11. It clearly hasn't been. This sort of delusion from Uruguay is the kind of attitude that must have convinced Dalglish that denying racism charges was the right way to go.
  12. Well the other premier league teams are, no doubt where this "ban for life" mentality is coming from. No doubt he needs a seriously harsh ban but there are much worse offences that have been committed in football that haven't resulted in lifetime bans. Any sort of illicit drug use would be just one example.
  13. A headbutt is less likely to draw blood. Besides most headbutts in football are little head bumps and nothing more.
  14. He has surpassed even Balotelli in terms of entertainment value for the neutral.
  15. I think if he was at Man Utd the only difference would be Liverpool fans calling for lifetime bans rather than the Utd fans currently calling for it. Also, I feel like he copped a lot more after Liverpool handled the Evra incident so appallingly.
  16. Kennedy is injured. His back injury flared up in training before our last friendly apparently.
  17. Tbf winning an argument in this thread is about as close as us Aussies will come to winning anything to do with the World Cup.
  18. It's not unusual for one or two sides in the epl to build strongly, personally I would see overtaking them as a challenge as opposed to hoping the AI fails to build adequately. Strong troll attempt. How's mid-table?
  19. In the Good Player & Team Guide section of these forums there is a Liverpool thread where you can ask these questions.
  20. His u21's side have been referred to as Barcelona in the conversation.
  21. I was interested in building a tactic like this with liverpool although my biggest issue with the squad is that Johnson is only rated as competent at WBR. Obviously he has played predominantly as a full back whilst at liverpool but it is quite clear that the wing back position comes very naturally to him.
  22. Well on previous versions of fm i found the 2D view had larder dots that seemed less proportioned with the field and the movement looked less fluid, as in the dots and the ball seemed to make jerky movements. 2D classic just always had a nicer feel to it.
  23. I haven't had a look at 2D on this version but since 3D was introduced in fm 09 the 2D classic has always been a superior option to 2D, for me anyway.
  24. After looking this up I can safely say that I was incorrect to assume reputation had anything to do with it but PA definently comes into the equation. To be labelled as a wonderkid a player must have a certain level of CA and PA and be under 21. The label suggests they are almost certain to become a top player due to their high PA and high CA at such a young age.
  25. Not so much according to prior versions of FM. I do think he has the potential to become a quality player but expecting him to be a wonderkid is ridiculous on the basis of his form so far. Its like the people who believe Liverpool are real title contenders because they sit in 2nd after 7 games. Given time he may prove to be world class or he may prove to be another Macheda, who I very clearly remember Man Utd fans whinging about on here due to his lack of in game potential, looks like the researchers were right after all. More than likely he'll have a boosted reputation and a -9 potential meaning he has the ability to become a wonderkid, but he can just as likely end up a good/average prem player.
