time spent with one team? - iv'e been with blackpool for 6 years but thats about it

anyone else been with a club longer than that?

i had 17 seasons at weymouth before i had to lose the save sadly.

somebody on here has done like 60 odd seasons at an italian club

from 2009 to the present day ( 2061)...man utd

8807 days at Man Utd, so just over 24 years.

Started my current save with 3 seasons at Celtic, then got poached by AC Milan where I only managed for 1 year before leaving to manage Man Utd for 13 years. Now I'm managing Inter Milan where I'm in my 3rd season. (2028).

No. My longest with a team. I'm in 2015 right now, that's longest I got so far. But I holiday a lot.

12 seasons with Workington. But... some new sci fi rts came out and i had little time for FM these days.

45 years (or so) with Wolves on FM09.

On FM10 it's 9 or 10 seasons with Bristol City. Managed to get them promoted and established in the Premiership, but couldn't break into Europe. Did get one FA Cup win though.

how do you turn a club into a youth haven? im plodding along with crewe in2017 after winning last seasons premiership. but really need to improve my youths coming through any tips?

improve youth facilities maybe? can't say iv'e ever had an amazing youth system , allways being blackpool ..

Very impressive.

Mine is 3531 days and counting with Bournemouth.

My shortest time with a club, is 212 days with Mansfield on the same save.

11 years with Happy Valley is the longest i've been at one club (FM08). Currently in my 7th season with FC Cape Town.

Well I am actually cheating, now that I have plenty of money (20M is a lot in Portugal), I am buying in players at 16 (Do a search for all players 16 & Under) who are listed as potential to be almost the same as my seniors and then starting to use them sooner rather than later, I only have one player over 25 left in my senior squad as I have sold off the rest whenever I get an offer. I haven't found a way to improve my youth that come through, though if you are targeting a certain position then fill your Youth side with players in all the other positions and remove the position you would like as this brings in more players for that position.
