whats the most populer formation?

i think im still a 4-4-2 man allthough im strongly thinking trying my hand at somthin gmore continental.

what formation do yo uuse and why?

Currently at Crystal Palace and I'm playing a narrow 4-3-1-2 to pretty good effect

Spurs - 4-2-2-2 (sort've 4-4-2 I guess but with 2 holding MC, AMR and AML with 2 strikers.

I play 4-4-2 but different variations or tactics dependant on who the opposition is.

The Arsenal formation is actually 4-1-4-1, according to Arsene Wenger.

I use that and a 3-3-2-2 against the big clubs.

Normally I play 4-4-2, but on my current Russian save, playing 4-1-3-2 attacking style.

I use 4-1-3-2 with man city. If not for Rooney breaking EPL record with 35 goals and Fabregas' long range hat-tricks I'd be leading.

I also use 4-1-3-2.

4-4-2 is good but i like to experiment with different formations

On the older version I used to play the 4-1-4-1 formation. With 1 DM, 2 CM, 1 AMR and 1 AML.

But I prefer using a 4-4-2 with AMR and AML.

i use the 4-2-3-1 liverpool style. Why? Because i'm liverpool and it works well with the players you start with. Although i just signed a wonderkid striker who's only 19 but already a leading prem striker so i'll probably change to a 4-4-2 so i can play him and torres.

Same here I signed Toulalan as well, him and Mascherano dominate midfields

4-1-1-2-2 (thats DM-CM-Wingers). Suppose it could be seen as 4-1-3-2 (or 4-2-4 in the game) but that's more precise.

It changes game to game. The most common three are 4-4-2, 4-4-1-1, and 4-5-1 (DMC, MC, MC, AMR, AML).
