turnip
I've been able to pick up a couple of very promising Andorran players. I think it coincided with FC Andorra getting promoted to a playable league (and, I guess, the squad getting an influx of newgens).
XaW
This young Liechtensteiner goalkeeper could be amazing. And here we have a talented Mozambican as well. I'll have a new look in a few seasons.
XaW
Here is a very talented Andorran winger. I don't know if Romania is small enough, but this fellow is simply amazing. Here is a good Nepali midfielder.

Things Could Get Messi
Sadly, I never screenshot this player I'm about to mention. During a very long save on FM15, Barcelona had a right back for around 8 or 9 seasons who was an international for Liechtenstein. He was certainly one of the top 10 players in the world in his position.
fmonit
I think it was in FM11, for some reason Egypt spawned amazing talents a couple of years in a row. They became so good that they were able to reach the final of a World Cup (but lost). I don't have screenshots anymore as I wiped the files from my computer by mistake, but I remember that I started scouting Egyptian players to see if they kept spawning good players. Anyway, I got these quality players in the EPL from (arguably) minnow nations in my current FM20 game:
XaW
Found a couple more. This kid is Danish/Afghan. Here is a very good Liechtensteiner winger.

In the system that I play these days, he would have a prime spot with his right foot on the left wing. Also love the dribbling attribute!
JordanMilly
Not quite a minnow nation, but this Australian goalkeeper came through my youth intake!
Nolopola
Liverpool just spend 84m on this Sudanese CB. He even generated at a Sudanese club and not somewhere in Europe with great facilities.
fmonit
Found a few more: Oloya spawned in AaB (Denmark), but he selected to play for Uganda Jorge spawned in Honduras but played 12 seasons for Schalke04
XaW
I don't know if I posted this guy before, but he is a very good defensive midfielder from Estonia. Here is an amazing Icelandic attacking midfielder. This next kid came through my youth intake (in Iceland, but he is Maltese). Still very young, but a very good player already. Niger have a really good goalkeeper.

XaW
This Belorussian fullback. A fantastic Cypriot. A great defender from Gibraltar. This name brings back memories, but this one is a midfielder, and a good one too! Mo Salah v2? Another great defender, this time from Cameroon. gibbo11
Thanks to the relaxed Brexit rules on my save, I've just signed this Salvadorian for Leyton Orient, going into League One. Not a bad CB. Question mark on one or two attributes, but should be able to perform well. And this Cameroonian centre midfielder:

Bigpole
Unpopular opinion - I think we should post players that came through minor nation (with really low youth rating) clubs, because getting carribean players in england or iraq/iran in germany, or even faroe islands in denmark is not that hard. Well, from that I have a few. This Icelandic goalkeeper who came through Valur Reykjavík: And a Georgian right back who started in Saburtalo: This Mozambican is not a world beater, but he did start out in his home country with Ferroviário da Beira:

I wouldn't say stop posting them, as it's still pretty rare to get the combination of getting the minnow country to show up, and for that player to be a top quality player too Obviously getting ones to come through from low youth rating nations is even more exotic like the one's above! Thebaker
Came across this player recently, surprisingly he started at an Australian club (his 2nd nationality). Possibly slightly off his peak as he has not played a lot in recent seasons.
Shenmue-X
In FM 2007, the more you went far in your save, the more the probability to see amazing exotic newgens was high. Problem is that they played in so obscure leagues that European clubs hardly noticed them. A potential world class player could spend his whole career being anonymous until he retires. Very ridiculous to observe but probably not so far from reality after thoughts. Didn't play a lot at modern FMs so I have no opinion but I'm looking to play with a huge database on FM20 soon.
