My question is If I put certain player with DM Support role and duty, then give that player personal instruction of : - Shoot less often - Take More Risk - Hold Position Yes those options are all available to be added, so it is just look similar iwht DLP support role. Mentoring is the best way, I have a very great youngster with unambitious personality and after 5 years mentoring from 18-23 age, he changed to Fairly Sporting personality and bam he is fantastic To be reminded as personality come through from set of some attributes, so it will be faster to change the personality from mentoring when your players are already on the upper side of the change, for players from the lower side of changes it will take time or mayber forever or never change

Not necessarily, but you need to remember that traits also inherit from the mentor in mentoring. So position will have a significant influence in here as you see fit for you attacking players to get Mark Opponents tightly from your Defend team leader (as example)

It is always easier to buy 18-20 years old and teach them to reach their full PA lets say from 100 to 150 (their full PA) in 3 years than buy a 23 years old with 120CA in 3 years he will still in range 135 CA. Sell them for bigger money than what you bought them and let that problems be others players/ai problem

I am in this camp too but I am not to strict with how much that I can buy- my philosophy is never buy a player that you can't sell. And after I win Champions League, I will push the salary as much as 70% of last year income, break the bank and buy all the best players I can get for improving the backbone (GK,DC,MC.ST). after success with that transfer dealing I will resign from the club and go with another Journey from available club in the bottom again, rinse and repeat
