When clearing the cache/browsing history, there's an option to choose last day, last hour, last week, FROM THE BEGINNING OF TIME! etc Do each one in turn until it works, as long as you don't mind having to enter your password details and autofills in again. Eventually it will update the cache itself, though, and if you don't want to deal with the above hassle, just keep bookmarks for each of the forums.
