foofighter23
ive gone for argentina as maradona seems to be a crap manager.
Raeks
2002 was a strange year - so many high rated teams failed so early. ive gone for France. looks like a tricky group.
SpillBlood
I've gone for France, but I think Portugal will fall very flat aswell.
Micado
Voted for us, Holland, as I have the feeling we will fail big time due to all the "big 4 stuff" going around with us at the moment, but France will be a good 2nd
CMOZZA
I have to say Holland or France tbh. I think the Argies individual brilliance could take them through the group stages, but I think Holland/France or even both may go out before then
samb_95
went with italy, no real stars, ageing team and generally poor
HD
ive gone for argentina as maradona seems to be a crap manager. That's a myth, IMO.
Qolumbo
Portugal is not a traditional power house of world football. I voted for France, since they seem to be weaker than they've been for decades.
Maple
2002 was a strange year - so many high rated teams failed so early.ive gone for France. looks like a tricky group. 2002 was very strange. I still maintain Argentina was the best team of all in the 2002 edition. They were the best team by far in the group they failed to qualify from. PMLF
I voted for Brazil, but it's really hard to guess, I don't think it will be Argentina though.
gaga_4_parma
Also I think the OP has pretty much given away who he voted by making Italy in italic...
PMLF
The Italic refers to who you voted, or in my case, who I voted. So on my screen is Brazil that is in Italic.

William Hall
Italy IMO. Really aging squad.
ANDEHLSON
Never had much hope for Portugal because of Queiroz but I was still placing France ahead of the debacle squad... After today's **** draw against Cape Verde I'd vote on both.
Plumble
Gone with Brazil.
nattai
I voted for Brazil. Surprised to see Germany get no votes though. I know everyone always goes on about blah blah they know how to play tournament football, but they have failed enormously in the recent past (at the Euro's mind) and i think they could again, especially with Serbia and Ghana pushing them all the way. Dunno why i voted for Brazil, they look a little like Argentina in 2002, brilliant qualifying campaign but just...meh. Tough group too
PMLF
I think Brazil is a good choice for this poll due to the combination of poor manager, average squad and tough group, but Brazil at the same time is just as good as a candidate for the title as other teams since Brazil won everything but the Olympics since Dunga assumed Brazil's job. charlo116
I voted for France because they only scraped qualification by cheating in the end and they were poor at Euro 2008 and a number of their stars have failed to stand out this season. Italy may struggle as well.
HD
European teams are a good guess generally, in my view. They generally do better in World Cups held in Europe.

PaulHartman71
Went for Portugal, they were poor at times in qualifying and have a tough group.
drobbo12
Went with France, but I would love Brazil to fail because they picked Elano over Ronnie.
PMLF
Went with France, but I would love Brazil to fail because they picked Elano over Ronnie. Elano = overperforms at the national team Ronaldinho = underperforms at the national team I think Júlio Baptista is the player that is in the natural place of Ronaldinho, if Ronaldinho were to be included in the squad. Rio_V
Clicked Argentina, but then had to change it to France. They are toast.
Djstu23
Went for Italy. Cant see them doing what they did in 2006 and think they will struggle to get out of the last 16.
craigcwwe
Went with Italy, they have an ageing team.
SCIAG
Portugal, but France are in trouble too. I wouldn't call Spain and certainly not Portugal "traditional power houses".
