good year to everyone!! after a lot of work and help from everyone i made this skin! it uses parts from other skin so release its not possible! thanks a lot fro the panels and help especially from @TCSSkin @snowofman @GIMN @Jamieashbourne999 @alexmorak @Wozzie and a lot more a cant remember! 

its so many photos for ideas! i am very proud about social from tcs 19! so good job and very difficult to make it work! this job is only 1% from the work other skinners did!

Been playing around with what I can change on the Team Squad overview by going further than just showing attributes differently:

Showing preferred foot 'graphically' as well as utilising a different icon for 'good' or 'bad' in some hidden attributes. Plus, I've been messing with the tags for the players, adding the portrait as standard and a descriptor, too.

This looks fabulous! Really digging the name with nationality under it.

 

figured it out:                 <record id="PNaN"  auto_hide_priority="10"/> @snowofman tagging because you're fast at helping others and incase you wanted to implement

The name and the position is

Not sure if this is really a 'show your skin', but I have been playing around with the background for the 2D mode. I am not at all good with graphics, but happy with my BayArena :) 

I noticed the simatchviewer-pc.fmf -> art -> shared textures -> match background.dds looks like the 2D background and adjusting this allows to add a stadium environment.

Looks great! Had the player name and position in my own skin for a while. 

Intrigued about how you did the footedness though?

Changed the class in person properties.xml then added one of these for each foot:

I have been playing around with seeing what I can extract from within the game of late. There are so many things stored away in different places that can be adapted, including the views available on the Team Squad:

This is not something I'd use, in this form, but it's made up pretty much entirely of data that is not normally available to select here.

Been working hard trying to get chalkboard stats in a position whereby they are all accessible at the same time and I can export, which is something I'd like to do for some data collection within my own save, but I've not had much luck yet.

EDIT: Again, big mess but managed to get all the match stats to show on one page. I can't fathom how to make this 'exportable' as the Print Screen function returns a blank page. Whilst not pretty, this data export is the reason I'd be amending said panel...

Looks nice, anyway that an offset or inset on the wage bit may move it slightly to the right.

@snowofman I remember you saying a while back about graphics in a DM to me.

I had some spare time earlier and thought I would give a go at adding a few bits to the SAS skin. Obviously would never share this out , it was just for my personal intrigue as to how it would look.

yeah i dropped the idea again, as the energy and interest in skinning is very low

Might be a bit more interesting for FM25 if we've got a whole new way of doing things. Going to have to learn everything from scratch no doubt, if skinning is even a thing next year.

I do not believe in any dramatic changes.  most likely simply the design will be similar to what we see in the set pieces this year

Just working on a light version remake of FM2010 skin. Downloaded it and used the resource archiver to extract all the bits from the 2010 skins.

Credit to anyone who has done a light skin , trying to find all the different colour settings for things is a pain.

I did meanwhile create an updated version of my BayArena, this time with fans. Also one generic stadium for away matches with a guest area for my Leverkusen supporters ;) 

I was thinking about creating more stadiums than just the BayArena, but many stadiums have an outer pitch colour around the ads (see away screenshot). While I found these files, I did not find a way to remove these. This does not leave me much space to create a stadium environment for these teams (seems its a lot of stadiums which have this). Therefore I will probably just create a few default stadiums with different colours for the home fans.

Not sure if I am allowed to share the stadium files here, but for those interested you can send me a message.

Don't see this being an issue. If creators didn't want feedback they simply wouldn't post images of their skin.

There was a reason to add it at the time, you may post to get feedback, i can't speak for others

You must've missed all the posts where someone posted their skin and people crapped all over it. 

I post my skins to hopefully inspire other people and show what can be done, i don't care about feedback because i like what i make, but some people take it incredibly hard and personally.

IDK what to use this for but it's possible to get a modal popup for clubs at least:

 

Here it's just stretched over that container with the badge and everything. It only works for clubs since it ends up using the budget adjustment popup from  finances. I'm not sure if there's anything else for people or anything, or if it's possible to set the object for the widget some other way (I tried object_property in widget_properties and stuff but it didn't work.)

don't suppose you've tried any way of dropping the diagram and just having positions / best role?

the only eugh I see potentially is that on yours it says promising young goalkeeper instead of role. Maybe I'm missing something/ tired.

Not what I wanted dude but I appreciate it I want on my squad view a player's position with their best role under it without having to use the pitch diagram afaik widgets don't work in views only flag and records

Remove:

Added the opposition report overview to the match tactics screen to allow me to make adjustments based on the report during the game.

I realise if I was organised and made these adjustments before the game I wouldn't have needed to have done this,but I am not so here we are :D
