You should chose a tactic mainly that fits your players and aim for natural positions first. Hub tests run for 3 times but according to FMarena you need to test for at-least 10000 matches to get close to true performance. Some teams are set up to play a 451 some better suited to a 352, the tactics near the Top of HUB testing will do well for you, but which one is best probably can be best determined by the players you have to fit it. In the other tactic, the striker is more effective, and this becomes valuable when a striker like Mullin.
