@knaphi the link for  ME21.7ECHOESKnap442P104MXP473MXP104P479LTP239 does not work me as a virus is detected in the file. Do you have another link? Also, may I get invited to your discord? All the previous discord links in this thread say they are invalid. Thanks.

@knap my first season with Fulham worked a treat, finished 3rd using image.png.1f20c0a5e493a798cbbb8abfc4691266.png . Is there a way of applying similar playing style to the above formation or do I need to stick to the original or is there something like the MC playing style I could use for the following season to evolve and continue but in another shape. I do enjoy 2 upfront or 1 just off but the possession and style of the 4-3-3 MC tactic 2020-2021 is excellent?

Loving what i'm seeing Knap, makes me so excited to start a new save!

Which tactic would you say would be my best bet as a middle-high Ligue 2 team? Ideally 4231. I know you have a few, but just trying to figure out which one I should try first, ideally one with DLP and BBM roles.

TEST RESULTS

You can use results in a few ways.

Top covers say top 5 Clubs in Division Mid the next 7 and then under dog.

Just use totals as an all round tactic.

Use best top at home and best underdog away or difficult games.

You can mix and match with your preferred formations.

It is just a guide to help identify right tactic.

AWAY GAMES SUS

With regard to Away games it depends upon your own risk factor. I am gung ho and prefer to attack and perhaps win 1 game in 3. If isk adverse then use a defensive tactic and perhaps draw all 3 games.

As a defensive formation I would use 4141 as it has a DM and protects wings, and KINGSTONIAN 4141 would be my choice.

I use 3 DLs std higher much higher. If AI are going for balls over top then std but if AI attacking you can leave at higher ormuch higher.

The LOE can be adjusted with or without DL adjustments. The simple answer is just drop LOE..

I use Cautious positive and attacking mentalities.

For a SUS these are ideas to use.

Use 4141 formation

Remove pass into space

Stop WB runs by go

ing to defend or no nonsense FB

Use Defend on DM or most defensive MC

Change mentality Positive/cautious

Add Time wasting

Change from counter press and counter and full SUS would be to regroup and hold shape

I tend to judge what to use by how the game is progressing as you may just to want to control game rather than a full SU

SHOUTS FROM CADON

Is this a new tactic knap, or a new link to a previously uploaded tactic?

I used the 442 Warrior tactic with Leicester which is very good, even though it took me until the 3rd season to win anything(EPL and CL)

I was wondering which is the better of the two?

Image is of 442 warrior tactic used...

Sorry just back playing this started a new save with Milan, just wondered is there a 'simple' effective tactic that could work for them? Im not a fan of tactics where there are tons of instructions (ocd!). They usually play 4231 in live so was thinking  a basic of that or 433??

I am new to FM21, sorted the google docs LL tests tab and tried a few of these tactics in my Vanarama South start. I must say they all work excellent. However, I have problems finding right players. For example, HolyGhostFire was amazing but I cannot find any IWBs in lower leagues. I have a 4 star full back but he can only play 1,5 stars as IWB. I am assuming it would be bad to change any of these tactis' roles and duties, right?

So I looked for a tactic with more common roles and duties and found your MU 442 98 99. It looks perfect. Full-backs (very common in LL), central defenders (again very common). The problem is I cannot find the download link for this tactic. Google docs link to the page with pictures but there is no download link?

Im using the 4231 TH p111 tactic and things are going well but after most games im having to rest or send my best players on a week holiday, i only select players with a full green heart to play the match and after every match i go to the rest section in training and use physio recommendation to try and keep them fitter, my assistant looks after my main training. Any advice? Does the Cadoni RDF training schedules still work from FM20?

@ziba

Treat IWBs as WBs. As long as players can play the position then there should not be a problem, do not look at specific roles, as you can train these in most cases. Often in LL with small squads you even have to use players out of position. With forwards look for pace acceleration and finishing.

It is generally better to use a good test tactic rather than a tactic that fits players. LL is very much about bringing in the right free players and using loans, to keep wages down.
