Quill18 is worth a watch to see play from the perspective of someone who doesn't really know the game or real life football.

Quill had to have come on here to get tactics help right? Last formation I saw him using it had an Enganche and Shadow Striker I think and a couple other specialist roles. I wanted to tell him to simplify his tactic but he seems to be doing pretty well.

DoctorBenjyFM and WorkTheSpace are the two premier FM YouTubers, in my opinion. Benjy's the more entertaining of the two, but WTS is more informative, and his videos are generally longer.

Nobody's mentioned Lollujo yet, so I'll throw his name out there. He's really come on leaps and bounds since starting out about 15 months ago and is currently doing a rather entertaining journeyman series.

Lollujo and Loki Doki are good, as is Golden FM.  OneTrueNerd is hit or miss for me.  He hasn't done anything in awhile due to illness but Second Yellow Card has some very good playlists, his journeyman series and Midtyjelland series are good listening.

Der FM has a very good Jena save going, and he also does some rants that are very informative (for me anyways).  Keepers has a good Lupa Roma save going on.  Dave Azzopardi has a a couple of good playlists as well.  Gendo has a very good Chicago MLS save, FM Central has a good Le Havre AC Youth series going.  For some of the more Instructional/How To videos there's Football-ManagerYouthDevelopment and BusttheNet (SI's own Rashidi).

Nice thing on Youtube is that there are always some recommendations to other FM youtubers who presence is not so just yet.  Cultured Left Foot is doing a Maribor save that's pretty good, and just a day or two ago I came across Gray Hair Gaming, who's doing a journeyman save starting in Stirling and has a good future as an FM youtuber IMO.

Lot of options out there.  I listen to these (and others) at work, some are hit and miss, others show some promise IMO, but there's a lot out there.  I'd start with the big ones, and then start clicking on the 'Channels we Recommend' option.
