Skin of your teeth stuff, did any of your recent intake make an impact on the final few games?

No major impact, Kye Ingram (YP12e) spent the most time on the pitch with 561 minutes, got an average rating of 6.60 but did get a MotM award.

That's a year early compared to an earlier schedule, innit?

It is, I've had it happen on other saves, sometimes if the money is there then the board changes how long it takes, usually it should only take a season to do, in the earlier screenshot it was coming up as it would take 2 seasons.

Fantastic to see Thetford promoted to the National League and Fakenham to the National South I presume. Both of these clubs are around 20 miles from me. Also Ely City into Bostick Premier they're about 10 miles away from me.

Thetford have gotten 4 promotions in 4 seasons after getting out of the hell hole that is the Eastern Counties League!

That's how it finished this season, a clear contrast in the clubs there!

Fakenham have gotten 3 promotions in 3 years....again after getting out of that hell hole and Ely City's highest finish so far is 9th in the Bostick Premier in the 2021/22 season so it's good to see them back in that league.

Team Solent going up to the Football League

And my home town club Gosport Borough seem to be a bit yo-yo

Team Solent's home ground is currently Southampton's St. Mary's Stadium as well whilst their ground gets expanded!

Gosport are a bit more down than up I'm afraid. :(

Thanks

Shocked Mourinho is still there at Man Utd after all this time.

Mourinho is the only original left which is very surprising, I think Gary Rowett is the manager who's managed the most PL clubs with Brighton, Cardiff, Derby & Southampton.

Could you please show Westfield FC's progress so far? Managed them in FM 15 and it was probably the best save i've ever played in every FM (and i'm playing since CM 01/02).

Oh and congrats on another great thread, been lurking as usual.

Connor has the highest amount of appearances for Newcastle Town, still 160 off the record holder though.

After 2 below expectation seasons, how is your job security?

BTW How are Guernsey FC and Cambridge City doing, just to continue the trend of watching some random clubs?

Secure. :D

Guernsey have managed just 2 seasons in the 7th tier and are predicted 14th/22 this season, this guy hold the record for most appearances:

And there best 11 featuring Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain's little brother.

Vivaldy is currently their key player and is in his 9th season with Guernsey after being released by Southampton.

Cambridge City had a poor patch then a lot of improvement but are getting worse again, they're predicted 2nd this season.

Jack is their best player, and is on £1,700 p/w!

As is life in one of the 2 most difficult league to get out of, the other being the Spartan South Midlands Premier Division, here's how it finished last season:

A good start in the league, we usually start bright and then struggle for the final 6 months of the season! We're through to the FA Cup where we'll face Sandbach United of the North West Counties League Premier Division, they've lost all 3 of their league games this season and this is their key player:

The extreme pedant in me is bothered by the fact that the FA Cup qualifying round draws aren’t regionalised in the file you’re using. Does make things more interesting though.

I guess it's just one of those things that is nigh on impossible to do, even with the advanced editor.

September, the month of cups and we're through to face Bradford Park Avenue, we managed to scrape past 7th tier side Wootton so can we do it again in the 3rd Qualifying Round? We still have to face Brentham away from home in the FA Vase replay as well.

Some much better form, albeit in the cups mainly. In a decent position with games in hand.

I'm in a similar position, I have 5 games in hand on most clubs but sit 4 points off the top.

Hopefully our decent start to the season will last a bit longer than it usually does, we've managed to go 4 weeks without playing a league game!

A very good season you're having there, hopefully your form stays strong as well.

We've gone through to the 1st Round of the FA Cup!! We face Sheffield United, currently 13th in League 1 but predicted up in 3rd so it is definitely one of the hardest games we could get, we're not the only 9th tier side to reach the 1st Round either as we're joined by Sheringham who are away to Wigan, London Colney who defeated us in the FA Vase 1st Round are at home to Vanarama National side Bromley and Great Bentley are at home to Vanarama National side Fleetwood Town.
