We had a load of injuries last year too, it's just history repeating itself which makes his decision to leave himself with such a sml squad even more ridiculous. We can talk all we want about LVG building a too thin squad, relying on the academy too much, but you can't exactly plan for having 15 players out injured or however many it is. Every squad in the world would suffer from that, never mind how depleted in quality ours was to begin with. The guys out would arguably make a better team than the fit ones.
