In my first season, there were lots of injuries.

I am currently in my 5th season now and I have got only one minor injury for a whole season and no red cards. Few certain players in my first team did get enough yellows for automatic match ban though.

It might have something to do how players are used to a certain formation and training workload. Besides match fitness and condition.

Stop playing Arsenal? But in all seriousness, you're probably playing with a team that has a high injury proneness average and/or a high dirtiness rating.

When I play a possession-style save, tackling on cautious, and so forth, I rarely get cards at all.

there are other problems more significant than this. I dont even think it is a problem. The ratio of red cards and injuries is spot on in my opinion and was in FM2011 as well.

Injuries are actually the best I have seen them. Pretty realistic at the right rate. Used to be the worst feature of the game.

Very few people complaining about it OP. I'm sure as they get used to the new game they'll see what they are doing wrong at present to cause the injuries and sending offs.

refresh the squad and the injuries will be less

1 player sent off in over 60 games on my save with no serious injuries, the worst being Fellaini out for 4 weeks so I disagree completely.

Everything seems fine to me on the card and injury front. What I have noticed is the annoying number of own goal that my team scores. Its happened on two different saves.

Agree with most everyone here. Injuries and cards aren't a problem at all.

The majority of my injuries have come on international duty, I don't see an overall problem though.

2 sending offs for me in 50 league games so far and only 1 serious injury that was for more than 3 months so i cant complain

I think I had the best disciplinary record in the league in my one season so far. 2 sendings off, but not a single suspension from bookings.

I've had a lot of reds and injuries, but playing in the Colombian Second Division I'd expect nothing less:D

No problems with injuries or cards here either, seems the only common factor is your management style ?

I've seen two red cards in 17 games, one for me and one for AI which is not a problem (mine was a double yellow). I have had 6-7 injuries in that time to first team squad (22 player squad), the worst was 2-3 weeks but most are a few days each.

I find the balance spot on so far. As long as the injuries are not just the first 11 I am happy, it is a squad game. In-game knocks seem to be less frequent than previous versions which is less annoying.

Perhaps you have the wrong person set as captain. If you have an aggressive, dirty player as captain then his influence would mean his team mates getting more aggressive and dirtier.

Injuries could just be bad luck. Injury crisis can happen IRL as well as in game. In a previous FM I had 9 players out at one time for a few days or a couple of months. You might also have a bad quality physio or training them too hard.

Let's have a bit more info, like how many games into the season are you? And how many injuries/red cards have you had?

If i buy a player that will be key for my team he will guarenteed get injured in either a friendly or his first competetive game for at least a month. Happens to me every team every time every FM. I just sort of expect it now.

Please confirm number of number and length of injuries. On player reports do you take notice if a player is suxeptable to injuries etc.
