England is too easy and gets super boring. Only had 2 promotions so far in 6 seasons, as there's only one promotion play-off spot in the Scottish lower leagues. Which means the money from TV rights must be low and there must be a few teams clearly superior to the rest. If the top teams in the country are too weak, then you'll overtake them in no time. If the TV money is too high it will be too easy as well. So i'd exclude England and Germany. Presumably your best players will demand to leave and theres no way you can invest the cash directly into the squad.
